Today I called 4 floral and gift shops in orillia, On. My granddaughter is celebrating her 4th birthday so I was asking for a specific Disney character for my gift to her. Although the other shops were pleasant-no Disney!!! I called April flowers and gifts and spoke with Ellie who was willing to go to the Disney store in Barrie, On and purchase items for my granddaughters birthday. This was amazing!!! I have managed large and small stores for 35 years and I know how important customer service is for a company. Ellie you are truly an asset for April flowers. This is a great little flower and decor store just opened in Laclie street plaza. I bought a beautiful bunch of cut flowers that included four big luxurious roses. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. I have my eye on quite a few items in the store! Shop local ????
