I don't live in Canada but I needed to send an arrangement for my mother. My mother was so pleased with her flowers. I have gifted and been gifted flowers from Wild North multiple times and am always been impressed with the beauty of the arrangements and the quality of the individual flowers (always fresh). The arrangements are a delight - the way the WN team plays with shape, form, colour, and textures gives each arrangement a distinctive but classic WN touch. Delivery has always been smooth as well and the flowers arrive in great condition. While the cost of their bouquets is a little more expensive, I do find it worth the money because whether you're sending the flowers to yourself or to a loved one, the flowers really do make the recipient feel treasured.

I placed an order for my mom's birthday. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and are premium quality. Ontario grown is amazing! They followed my design notes about colour and certain must-have varieties and it arrived within the delivery timeframe. My mom loved the flowers. The only issue was that the vase arrived slightly cracked and water was spilling out. I let WNF know about the situation with a photo and they graciously offered to replace/refund the order. I was sent a replacement the following day and the flowers and arrangement were equally breathtaking. It really made my mom's day. The driver/delivery person also made sure there was no issue this time before leaving. Wild North Flowers customer service is top notch. The staff truly represent their business and they are wonderful. I definitely recommend Wild North Flowers and would order from them again????❤️

Secondly, delivery is included in the prices, so it seems 20% more expensive than other florists in the area, but it came out on par. Love Wild North!!! I ordered one of the glass vase arrangements for a friend, you can choose the colour type (soft, bright, etc) and for same day delivery too (very reasonably priced). I think I ordered at 10:55am (cut off is 11am) and it was delivered by 4pm. I received a photo of the arrangement before it was shipped (in an email that was written by a real person!), and they included my message exactly as it was typed in the order. It was so easy to order online, and the process was very user friendly. But what I loved more than the service was the quality of the actual flowers. The arrangement was beautiful - they really put a lot of thought into flower and colour choice (wish I could attach a photo!). And they also tell you exactly what flowers were used in the email with the photo! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Would definitely use them again!

We were blown away by the beautiful work that Cass and her team did for our wedding. We had requested ikebana arrangements for the aisle and the table centrepieces because we prefer the delicate, minimalist look. Ikebana of course takes much more time to set up, and they delivered! All of our guests were remarking on their unique and beautiful features. Every ikebana arrangement was unique in the best way, as they all came together for a cohesive theme and colour palette. They also decorated the large tree around which the ceremony took place, with a panel of flowers crawling up the trunk and main branch. Beautiful. Cass was very responsive, professional, and courteous throughout this process. I really appreciated her organization in our correspondence in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

I had 3 opportunities to order flowers this month, and now I appreciate Wild North Flowers even more than I did originally. Firstly, the recipient is extremely happy with the arrangement, and from the photo that Wild North Flowers emailed to me (and also those sent by the recipient) I can confirm that it was a lovely arrangement. It arrived on time blah blah blah but what I especially like is that the arrangements seem to be original to the company. When I tried to order flowers for different occasions from florists in different parts of the country, I kept coming across photos of the same arrangements, as if many local florists are branch offices of some huge chain. Finally I appreciate that the flowers are grown in Ontario so I assume the health of the growers is protected. Very happy with the service all-round!

I wouldn't even give 1 star. The customer service team did not assist me in getting the floral arrangement delivered to the correct address. I had an email address but no contact number for the recipient as she had just recently moved to Toronto from Australia. The company told me it was not their policy to contact recipients by email only by phone..this was very unhelpful and highlights that they really didn't care if the arrangement reached the recipient or not! Instead they sent me an email trying to charge me more money for redelivery charge and a "refresh" of the floral arrangement after 2 days of failed delivery..Wild north had an opportunity to contact the recipient by email and didn't do it..I certainly won't be using them again! I had a very weak response from the owner, by the way. If anything goes wrong they'll take your money and run! Awful over priced robbery. Worst customer service policy I've ever come across. Save your money and use another florist equally as good but doesn't rip you off in the process.

It didn't take long for me to select Wild North Flowers for my special gift order. The beautifully designed website and the selection of arrangements are really distinctive. I knew that my arrangement would be, too. And it is! So is the patchouli/mint candle (hand made in Nova Scotia!) I also ordered, and the wee artsy card with instructions. Wild North followed up with a friendly email and this photo of my special arrangement. I'm very particular, and they have earned more of my business! Karin

Incredibly disappointed and most flowers were dying within 2 days. Bouquet looked beautiful online but did not arrive in the same fashion. They seem to have used the cheapest flowers possible and lots of fillers, not the beautiful arrangement they sell in their online images. A number of the "flowers" in the arrangement didn't even have stems, they seemed to be cut-offs and leftovers they stuck into plastic tubes (image attached). Cannot believe the quality for the high cost of this terrible bouquet. Was a birthday gift for my mother and I am embarrassed to have sent it.

Terrible experience with the delivery of the arrangement I purchased for a friend. Owner was semi-helpful in attempting an amends with re-delivery AT A FEE. Poor communication of the behalf of their messenger ie. incorrect delivery times and lack of follow through for next steps (did not phone me to determine what the best course of action would be). On top of this, their studio manager was disturbingly rude over email.

I had such a great experience working with this company! I requested a dried flower vase arrangement that I loved, Pheobe, to be customized into a bouquet for my engagement pictures, as well as another bouquet of bunnytails (just because I wanted them lol). Both were gorgeous and I was over the moon with my Pheobe bouquet! Its everything I wanted it to be. I will be going with Wild North Flowers from now on as my florist and I will be recommending them to everyone I know ???? kudos to the team for amazing service and such creative arrangements and incredible colour palettes.

I previously gave this place a 5 star review (first time ordering May 2020 for Mother's Day). I had gotten the Peachy Twist and was very happy with it and so was my mom! However I have to provide an update since the last two orders were not satisfactory. It is yet again Mother's Day. I ordered the "Neptune" this year and just didn't like the colors of what was available. That's just my own personal preference. BUT, I'm giving two stars because the flowers are already wilting really badly after just two days. Very, very disappointing... considering flowers ain't cheap. My mom also expressed concern and dissatisfaction since she remembered her last year's flowers lasted at least 8 days. Not cool. I also received flowers from my partner as an anniversary gift last summer and those flowers started to wilt after 2-3 days as well. (I was too lazy to review but after a second time, is clear the flowers were just too ripe already... Really, really fortunate.

The bouquet was exactly like it was depicted on the website. They were very prompt with responding to my inquiries. The customer service was superb. I was worried the piece may come damaged as it oversized and dried but they were very careful with the delivery and it arrived in perfect shape. My sister absolutely adored it and said it was so unique. I love their dried bouquet arrangement and that it will last a long time. Totally worth the money. I’d highly recommend them over real flowers that wilt after a week. 5 stars service for Wild North Flowers!

The staff at Wild North Flowers have an incredible eye for beauty. The flowers are always incredibly fresh and I find the arrangements last for several weeks! The online interface, customer service and delivery have all been excellent. The service is fast and efficient - delivery has always been on time and I even got a picture of the arrangement so I know exactly what is being sent! All the flowers are local to Ontario - and 2% of all sales benefit a different local charity each month! I live in California but I send flowers to my mother in law, family members and friends in Toronto (my husband and family are originally from Toronto). I am so glad I found Wild North Flowers. They do such an amazing job every time. I have ordered for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas and a funeral. I love that they send me a photo of what they delivered. This is my most recent delivery. I have also ordered gifts (the candles and succulents) and the recipients loved it! They were very accommodating when I had to change the delivery date even though it was around Christmas time, and their communication was awesome. They emailed me back right away. I can't recommend them enough! I have to update my review with how amazing they are again! I just ordered something and my recipient ended up going out of town and we had to rearrange everything. Monica was so helpful with the whole thing! I will never go to another florist in Toronto.
