Verona was absolutely wonderful. We used their services for decor, linens, flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, extra flowers, etc). We could not have been happier. Diane went above and beyond our expectations and was so wonderful to deal with. When my husband and I walked into the hall the day of our wedding we were blown away by how beautiful it all looked. We picked Verona Florist as our wedding vendor and we couldn't have been happier. We were attracted by the amazing google reviews, prices and service. Diane was very accommodating in making changes/substitutions to the "package" that was being offered to make sure we have the right number of centrepieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc. Verona delivered the flowers to two locations (hotel where we were getting ready) and the venue and set up the room. Everything went extremely smoothly, the flowers were delivered on time and they were exactly what we wanted. We were actually surprised because the centrepieces turned out a lot larger than we were expecting. Our guests were fighting over them at the end of the night - everyone wanted to take one home. My wedding was 7 months ago and to this day I can't get over how unhappy I was about my decor. It honestly ruined my whole night. When I walked in I honestly started crying but I had no time to call her and tell her to come fix anything because it was too late and guest already were arriving. I didn't get anything I asked for. 1. The head table was so cheaply done...The lienen was short on the head table and most people noticed it and it was so ugly in pictures...so embarrassing!!! Looked like I hired a cheap planner to decorate!!! 2. When I first had my meeting with Diane the first thing I pointed out were these ugly gold candle holders that I specifically told her I hated!!! I asked for those clear candle holders to go all across the head table...which guess what? I never got and only got 4 of them and the rest were those ugly gold ones I told her I hated so much!!! When I asked y her response was "didn't have enough" 3. I asked for pearl trim to go around the lienen on the head table..I got this ugly gold trim!!! Again when I asked what happened to the pearl trim, she said "didn't have enough to go around the whole table. 4. I asked for a chandelier down the centre. Well I'm not a wedding planner but if you're going to put all gold on the head table wouldn't u put a matching chandelier?...either something with gold in it or just the clear crystal one...nopeeee she gave me a SILVER chandelier!!!!!!!!!! 5. I asked for a rim of flowers to go all around the cake table...which I paid 600$ just for that table, she said it will go all around thats y it's going to cost that much...never got that either, I only got half the table done so when we cut the cake u couldn't even see any of the flower detail because my photographer had to take pictures on the other side....her response to the cake table was...well the quote I gave u I thought we can do the whole table but we couldnt because it wasn't in the 600$ budget I told u, it was going to cost more to do all around! So why give me a quote for 600 telling me it'll b all around but only do half?!!! 6. The centre pieces were ok, the only problem I had with that is I asked for pearls to b at the bottom of the vase and each rose to have a pearl pin in the middle...I got the pearls at the bottom but she gave me crystal pins in the roses. Againnnn, when I asked her response was "didn't have enough pins". 7. When the crew came to pick up the decor they didn't even ask if we were done. People were still in the hall and we were taking the last few pictures. They couldn't even give us 2 mins to finish the family photo and u can c them in the back taking down the back drop....Ruined that family photo!!!! 8. Very impatient...one of the guys came up to me and told me to empty the money box...I said k give me 2 mins let me find my husband and he can help u. He said no just get a bag I'll help u. So he pretty much was rushing me so I grabbed a bag. He asked me to hold the bag while he dumps the envelopes in. When he was doing that the flap on the money box opened and hit me right on my forehead which gave me the biggest bump!!! I had a bruised forhead for my honeymoon...thanks! I mean he could have done something else and just waited but he was being so pushy. Also we paid for the centrepieces and there was quite a few left that our guest didn't take home. They didn't even ask if we would like to take them since we paid for them...they packed them up and took them! Mind you I didn't only tell her what I wanted...I also gave her pictures and a drawing of how I wanted everything. And the contract was written exactly what I asked for but never got half those things. After I got back from my honeymoon I msged her and all she pretty much said was..."I gave you a pretty good deal for what U got" Umm ok but it wasn't anything I asked for. Regardless we lost and she was paid the day before the wedding so we couldn't even Negotiate a price and she didn't even really apologize or offer to give some money back!!! Will never recommend to any of my family and friends.

I had my wedding at Graydon Hall Manor and Diane captured the exact vision of what I wanted. We had a garden ceremony where she was able to replicate the picture of what I had provided. Flowers were gorgeous and she was organised. Her prices were much better than everyone else and she was flexible with set up and pick up. Everyone she brought along with her worked quickly and efficiently. I have no complains and would recommend her services to family and friends and anyone else . Thank you

My company was panicked because the person who was suppose to do our centrepieces flaked so we came here hoping they could accommodate centrepieces on 24 hours notice - and they did!! Unfortunately it was my first order from Verona Florist in Woodbridge. I was dismayed and disappointed with the floral arrangement that did not resemble what was offered online .It was for the funeral for my Aunt who passed from Cancer. I had picked the arrangement because it was simple and elegant online. What I saw when I went to Ward's Funeral Home last week was not what I ordered, it looked terrible and substitutions made it awful. The "deepest sympathy " arrangement was in a peagreen vase and the flowers were sparse. I would of appreciated if they had called and asked me, if change was needed. I did call and address my concerns afterwards because I was deeply hurt. An apology is ok but the memory of the last thing I did for my Aunt turned out so bad is hard to forget.

Verona Florist was the florist and decorator for our wedding. Diane from Verona Florist is friendly, professional and extremely patient. She is one of the only vendors in the industry who will not pressure you or try to upsell products/services that are not aligned to your vision. One of the best decisions I made during the entire wedding planning process was booking Verona Florist over a year in advance. Diane carefully selected flowers that would best complement the colour scheme and theme. She encourages her clients to send her inspiration photos as part of the design discussions. Diane took the inspiration photos and managed to produce centrepieces that were more beautiful than the inspiration itself! The bridal party and all our guests were completely blown away by how gorgeous everything turned out. Diane was by far one of my favourite vendors to work with during the wedding planning process. She is extremely dedicated, talented and truly an artist. Thank you so much Diane!!

Reasonably priced. The centrepieces and decor for the reception were great and set up on time. However, my bridal bouquet didn’t match the pictures I sent them and didn’t like how it turned out in terms of colour scheme and shape. It seems like they gave me fewer flowers in the bridal bouquet than advertised in the package and replaced with chunky greens (same with the bridesmaid bouquets). The delivery was late by 30 min due to traffic Sometimes, it took a while to get a response in the weeks leading up to the wedding and when we called the store, we were just told to wait for a response. A few of the flowers from my bouquet were already bending and falling out by early afternoon with minimal use. Overall, great for the price and we liked the reception decor.

I just got married a little over a month ago , we had Verona for full set up in the hall, centerpieces that were done exactly how I wanted with hanging orchids and they were so elegant, I still to this day have compliments and people ask me all the time who I used as my decorator . Diane and her team made us our beautiful bouquets and boutineres , stunning arrangements for my home . The arrangements we had at our church were drop dead gorgeous that even my husband looked at me and said they were beautiful , those were transferred and used as my head table arrangements as well. We had bed of flowers on our head table with the orchids hanging so nicely , I wanted a very romantic elegant Eddington so u had floating candles everywhere all over the head tabke also on the tables with the guests, plate chargers , table number stands. My lobby was also transformed into a master peice I wanted something different many vases with different assortnents of white flowers , mirror boxes so that I could put my pretty ccupcakes on . I keep going back and fourth because there's so much Diane and her team did for me I almost can't keep up, my cake tabke was amazing a ring of flowers around the center of the tabke with floating candles on the table and on the floor in front was so stunning also I didn't just want my engagement photo on a frame so I asked Diane to pretty it up for me she gave it it's in area and put candles really made statement. Loved working with Diane she is such a pleasure and has a great sense of humour we shared a few good laughs ????????. Responded to a Facebook ad via Facebook messenger regarding a deal Verona Florists was advertising. They read the message but never replied. Ended up calling the shop and spoke to a man, he said to email them and they will follow up on all inquiries. After replying, Diane was good with replying within a timely manner and provided answers to all questions asked. Upon wanting to sign and pay a deposit I had did a follow up email twice and have no response. Called the shop to ask about paying deposit, spoke to a man and he said he would look into it and call back in a day or two. Didn't get a call back. Sent another email and didn't hear back at all. Service in the beginning was delightful, but due to the terrible responsiveness afterwards and lack of reason to why they were not replying it left a bad and lasting impression. Yes I am aware that I could come into the store to pay the deposit. But when a vendor says they accept credit over the phone or interact transfer and a potential client asks for details on how to proceed or try to make the payment..a response would be appreciated. I would understand if they ended up being all booked up for the day I was inquiring. If I had received a response saying so, I would have been fine. But like I said, the ridiculous lack of response is not acceptable. *it has been three weeks since the initial follow-up regarding making a payment. Still no response since multiple attempts to follow up afterwards. **Update** Received response from company (via email) after I left this review on Google.

Describing Diane and the Verona Florist team as amazing is an understatement! I choose to use Verona simply by word of mouth. They've been around just as long as I've lived in Woodbridge and that tells you something. Having such an outstanding reputation, I decided to hire Diane for my bridal shower and wedding. She was VERY accommodating and not pushy at all. So much so that I didn't even feel the need to hire a wedding planner. Diane came up with amazing ideas and decor concepts at a reasonable price. Other Woodbridhe florists had quoted me twice as much as what Diane could offer and some couldn't even match what she could do! Another major reason going with Verona was because they also do Decor. This was very important to me 1. Save time as I only had to go to one appointment vs two. 2. Diane could match the flower concept with the decor concept vs me having to explain and make sure everyone was on the same page 3. No middle man! You're not paying a premium because they don't use an outside supplier for the decor. They are the supplier!! I Could go on and on, but I'll leave my review with this. Every bride should walk into their wedding and see their vision come to life and their breath taken away. I had that. Flowers were fresh and centrepieces lasted long after the wedding. I had such a great experience that I now order client arrangements through Verona and I always get a call back with awe and compliments!!!

I ordered flowers for my dad’s funeral late yesterday at Verona Florist and as there was not enough red roses we decided to go with white and yellow roses with blue orchids and when I saw the flowers today oh my god they were the most beautifulest flower arrangements ever. They did an amazing job. The arrangement, the colours of the white and yellow roses with the blue orchids was perfect. I will definitely recommend this florist and will go to them in the future. We had our wedding last year in September 2016 and I must it looked absolutely beautiful. Diane and her team did a wonderful job, with everything. We had our flowers and decor done by her team. The flowers at the ceremony were stunning, my bridal bouquet was exactly what a imagined, so full with the flowers I love. My bridesmaids and matron of honour bouquet were stunning as well. When we arrived at the hall and when I opened the doors to the reception I was taken away on how beautiful it all was. The head table, the room draping, the guest tables and the centerpieces were so beautiful I started to cry. Diane was great, with all the emails I sent her she always replied back in a timely manner. I also did my bridal shower with Diane and it was a themed shower. We had a Bridal Tea Brunch where we had tea pots as the centre piece. I must say they were so beautiful. The ladies who took them home had some many wonderful compliments on how gorgeous they were. I would use Verona Florist for any one of my upcoming events! Diane you are the best!!
