Sorry folks,,, I ordered these flowers this morning , my order was daisies( which you were out of but had Gerber Daisies which I accepted) and carnations .. 70.00 worth. I called numerous times and only got an answering machine every time. I heard nothing from the lady I sent them too. So I decided to personally go to the store and check on the status of the order. Hadn't even been done or , sorry you were just working on it at 5:30 at night. Not one carnation and not a single Gerber daisy. The girl who took my order was fantastic. Kudos to her , She did take my phone number in case there might be any issues. Not a single attempt to let me know that this was going to be turning out the way it did. I picked up tithe flowers and took them to my girlfriends work place and delivered them myself. Trying not to let her see me. Ya know. Surprise Wasn't what I wanted and I didn't even get a single appologogybfor your lack of courtesy and service And all I got was a delivery charge taken off.

My hubby ordered for a bouquet in a glass vase as a surprise as l was unwell. I was happy and thrilled when it arrived. He was travelling and ordered online through their website.when I shared the picture with him.. he said that it's not the one that he ordered and paid for. Sharing pics from my other ID as this ID is not letting me upload pics to see what he ordered and what I received. We called the number mentioned so many times and also mailed to them...but no one answered any calls or emails. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Edit: The Flower Mill gave me a full refund because of my experience. For that, I am impressed, and raising my rating from 2 to 4. ------------------------------------ When placing my order, there was no option to choose a time window for delivery, nor was any time mentioned whatsoever. The day of the delivery, I called multiple times to try to get an estimated time, after about the 4th call, when someone finally picked up, I was told it would be delivered before 3pm guaranteed. I made sure the recipient was home until at least 3pm as she had prior engagements after. At 1130am, I get an email saying my order was delivered. I spoke to my recipient and she said nothing came through. She checked around her house - nothing. Well, the surprise is spoiled now, thanks Flower Mill. I called them again, after the 3rd call, someone told me the email was to let me know my order was out for delivery.... seems weird to email the customer saying your ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED, when you mean out for delivery. The order finally reached the recipient at 320pm, and she had to wait 20 minutes sitting at her door for the order to arrive as she had to go out at 3pm, and I told her it would arrive by 3pm LATEST. Not a good experience, especially for the price.

I was so impressed with The Flower Mill. They were sold out for Mother's Day, so I ordered from another flower shop - which cancelled my Mother's Day order last minute :( I placed an order for the Thursday after Mother's Day, thinking that was the next best thing, and they surprised me by delivering on Mother's Day since they saw it was for that occasion. I was so impressed by that customer service, and also by how beautiful the flowers were! My mother-in-law loved them. Thank you!

I can’t express enough how totally impressed I am with The Flower Mill , the owner and the excellent customer service! Totally top notched. All of the arrangements that I’ve ordered are total masterpieces! You could tell just how much love goes into these beautiful creations! The 1st pic were flowers in memory of my daddy that were placed in the church and our priest & staff were in awe with not only how beautiful they were but how long they lasted. 4 and a half weeks! I love the exotic flowers that are placed in the arrangements too! I was so happy in fact that during the holidays my friends and I attended a fantastic flower arrangement workshop and let me tell you, we all were blown away by our creative skills and that’s a large thanks to this beautiful from the inside and out owner! Did my arrangement on Dec 10th. Today is Jan 19th and my arrangement still looks the same! Beautiful and fresh! It was worth every penny and my friends own still look the same too! We all agreed that she’ll always be #1 in our books! So thank you for all that you do! You are our floral earthly angel for a lifetime!We highly recommend The Flower Mill! I ordered flowers for delivery Friday before Mother's Day Sunday and they were delivered promptly, and they look absolutely beautiful. I let the florist decide on the flowers as the pandemic is probably affecting stock, so I sent the delivery sight unseen. By far THE worst florist in Milton. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt’s funeral for 10:30am and they weren’t. I placed the order online and received an email (which I didn’t get) stating that they didn’t deliver to Guelph the morning of!! When I called to ask why my family’s flowers weren’t there, the lady on the phone told me they didn’t deliver to Guelph...THEN WHY IS IT AN OPTION ON YOUR WEBSITE?!?! She told me she sent an email. Really?! You think I’m checking emails while getting ready for a funeral? There was a phone number attached to my order and you didn’t even have the decency to call? Absolutely disgraceful. Horrible customer service. Horrible business. Thanks for making a sad and stressful time even worse. Thankfully, another florist in town came to my family’s rescue last minute and put together a gorgeous arrangement. Should have went there to begin with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
