Absolutely lovely arrangements and bouquets every time, never ever a disappointment. Flowers are always fresh and clean and smell very fragrant. I ordered over the phone and from the beginning of the conversation right to the end, I was thrilled with the whole experience. I wanted to order 2 vases of tulips and she told me that I was in luck because they just got a shipment of tulips in from Holland. My tulips were going to 2 Dutch girls who had just lost their mom. Amazing flowers, you can tell they were made with passion, no flower is identical to the other one and no flower is just a filler, each was put with intention and detail. My mom was up to the sky with how beautiful it was and unique of a bouquet it was. I will and always will go here for future flowers. Keep in mind the prices are a little premium but you do get what you pay for. So yup every dollar was worth it. Not to mention the place was clean and beautiful, the employees were lovely to work with and very relaxing to talk with. 100% recommended!!!

On numerous occasions, the flower merchant has been my go to for all floral arrangements! Even when I have had to get them delivered to Brampton, Flower Merchant made it happen, for a low price delivery option. Two weeks ago the Flower Merchant did my wedding flowers. Heather took an initial in-person visit with me pre-COVID to discuss all my arrangements that I was looking for (I took 1-1/2 hours of her time). Before the big day, she was so helpful, ensuring that my arrangements got to two different locations on the day. On my wedding day, I could not have been happier with the final products she produced. They were absolutely stunning and unique (a wild flower bouquet !) Nearly two weeks later, my bouquet flowers are still going! Nothing but the best from these guys! Was recommended to this lovely little shop by my fiancé who described it as 'good vibe central' Wow! He couldn't have been more right! These lovely ladies helped me with an impromptu bridal bouquet for a friend and it was just beautiful. When I remarked that I'd have liked to gift the bride with some yummy treats from Sweet B's bakery across the street (which is closed on Mondays) the lovely lady insisted that she phone Sweet B's right away 'in case she's in the kitchen!' You could buy $100 dollars worth of flowers from anywhere else and a $20 dollar bouquet from the flower merchant would be 10 times more beautiful. This last weekend she out did her self with the flowers for my wedding. All our guests, and even the owner of the restaurant commented how beautiful the table centre pieces were, and who was our florist. Our bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were absolutely stunning! They even went as far as delivering our Wedding cake with the flowers to the restaurant. They really went above and beyond to make our day special. She was so helpful and explained when it would be delivered and would send me a confirmation. Not only did she send me a confirmation but she sent me pictures of the arrangement.
