Beyond expectations! After placing the order online, I received a call from Stephanie. Since the flowers were going to a workplace and would be potentially without water all day, Stephanie suggested a vase be added. It ended up being a great idea. My beautiful and deserving friend sent me a picture when they were delivered and they are gorgeous. Stephanie and I chatted on the phone for a few extra minutes, she is wonderful to deal with. The lady didn't believe me that the flowers were wilted and told me to bring them back in if I wanted to exchange them and that 'this is how they are'. First of all, I'm sick and I shouldn't be responsible for returning dying flowers, second it's a bad business strategy to give out wilted flowers, and third you shouldn't ask for feedback from your customers if you have no intention of looking after them if there is a problem. After I sent a message back saying this was unacceptable they said they would pick them up and my work can arrange to deal with another florist. So disappointed.

Ordered flowers online to be sent to my wife, mother and mother-in-law for Mothers Day. I ordered on the 7th, earliest date I could get for delivery was the 11th (no problem, I should have ordered earlier) However, only two of three orders made it out. One the afternoon of the 11th, the other the morning of the 12th. Both mothers said they looked lovely. One missing star for one missing order. Given how overwhelmed she is with orders and lack of staff... Not too bad. Update: "missing" flowers delivered in the afternoon of the 13th after being told they would arrive "in the morning". The flowers were extremely beautiful, fresh and well arranged! While my wife did not answer the call that flowers were being delivered on the 11th, as the purchaser of the flowers, it would have been nice to receive a call or email stating "flowers could not be delivered" rather than having to follow up to see where the flowers were. Since the flowers were so beautiful and well priced, I will pick up in store next time instead of delivery service.

Coolest little shop ever! All year round costumes and accessories. Great for events when places aren't selling costumes. Huge selection and you can rent or buy. Prices are very fair. She also will make you hand made costumes or outfits if you give her enough time.

I used to think very highly of this place. I came here on two other occasions and had pretty good experience and made note of it because its one of the only good florists places I know that opens on Sunday. Today though was another experience and I won't be returning. I came in on my way to work and was greeted by a young girl who was so clueless I don't even know why she was there. Stephanie didn't even say a word to me herself, she let this girl do all the business. This girl didn't know the price of a single thing. She would go ask Stephanie for help on every little thing. She just kept repeating "what are you looking for? what are you looking for?" like shut up. I do not know. I am trying to figure that out. I then asked if I was allowed to go into the fridge and I grabbed two plain bouquets of flowers. I stepped out of the fridge with them and I was really excited because the other few things I saw there were very minimal and not that nice. They had barely any selection (which is so stupid considering its mothers day). After I stepped out of the fridge, the young girl then ripped the bouquets out of my hand and put them back in the fridge and said that they weren't for sale because they had 12 online orders to do so they couldn't sell them. Okay, don't touch them from my arms. Explain the situation first? Tell me that before I go in the fridge? Don't display things for online orders in the same section as bouquets that are for sale? (They had NO pre made bouquets) Just because there's online orders, the happiness of walk-ins doesn't matter? This young girl was useless and had no business even being there. I ended up walking out after she aggressively said "What are you looking for?" for like the fifth time and just kept following me around and pointing at the overpriced pre made pot sets and I said no. Save your time and honestly, go to Walmart.

If I could leave 0 or negative stars I would. Wow. Just leaving here now. We've received many flowers from Stephanie's this past year on account of my fathers passing away. Always ordered from family friends and such. Never dealt with the ordering process before. After ordering the Peace Lily Plant "Premium" for $90 with tax, we received a plant that was not yet bloomed sent to my mother to mark a religious holiday she will be spending alone without her husband for the first time in 45 years. The description on the website for this flower specifies the beautiful display of Lilies and "impressive display" to help soothe "stressful times". When the plant arrived it had not bloomed and was just the green leaves. No sign of being anywhere close to blooming. So of course, we called Stephanie to inquire maybe we had the wrong order. Stephanie's behavior and attitude was disgusting and heartbreaking. With no regard for the reason why we purchased the flowers. She was aggressive and rude and made me feel like she is not in the right state of mind to be operating a business. She indicated she only just received the lilies Friday so that's why they aren't bloomed. And we should wait up to TWO weeks and regularly water and put it in the sun. I told her these were a gift..to be delivered exactly as showing on the website...and promising the "impressive display that soothes stress". How can you deny that to your customer and argue with a customer when they call to ask you why it's still just a plant? It's not our fault you just got them Friday. Then hold onto them a week more until they bloom and deliver them when they look like the 90$ flowers plant you sold online. I was disgusted that this had even escalated to an argument of LOGIC with Stephanie. When I said that we ordered it so my mom could enjoy the beauty of the flowers right away (not in two weeks) because my father passed away a year ago, and my mother is ill.....Stephanie responded with "then why did you order her a plant" and "I thought this was for a religious holiday" as per the description on the card that read "Happy Eid.. " a personal message for our mother. I wanted to cry when she spoke to me that way. Do I really need to explain to YOU why I'm sending someone flowers? Why are you saying anything you can to just try to feel like you're right? You sent a plant with no flowers and falsely advertised. I do.not.care that the lilies showed up unbloomed from your supplier, and you are not willing to keep them another week to ensure they bloom before you RESELL it again to your customers. That is YOUR PROBLEM!!!!!! Maybe offer a different bouquet to exchange or just give me my money back and apologize for my inconvenience. Why did i just stand there trying to prove to you why i needed the flowers, as advertised, ready to go? You have to be kidding me. Whether it's for a special memory of a loved one who passed or a religious holiday that is none of your business. You don't decide when to send subpar orders and when to send exact orders. So disgusting, confusing and disrespectful. Please close your business if this is how you operate. You don't need to be making money if it's at the cost of people like me who are ripped off. I am not the only one. Customers: Please go somewhere else. Or if you get an order and it's not right (apart from her disclaimer which says she may make "substitutions") please hold her accountable. This isn't a one off occurrence. Stephanie in my opinion is not well. And is ripping off customers when she sees fit. It's not right and I'm not okay with how she spoke to us today in such a disrespectful and rude manner. I am scarred after my conversation with her today.

First time using Stephanie’s Floral. They had an easy online ordering process. I ordered the florist choice selection, which had no description or pictures, and always makes me a bit hesitant when ordering something you don’t know what it will look like. That being said, the flowers arrived the same day I ordered them, and My wife absolutely loved the flowers they selected. Good size bunch and good value for money. My only bit of customer feed back is maybe print the message for the card rather than hand write it, as my wife did find it a bit tricky to read the hand writing. Other than that, I would definitely order from here again and would recommend to others.

What an awful experience! My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary. Stephanie was given specific instructions to please not add any flowers in the bouquet that would be toxic to a cat. Stephanie did not take the time to research what flowers to not include. My cat ate a part of a Lilly and was hospitalized for three days with life threatening kidney failure due to toxins from this flower. Stephanie is rude and I would never recommend her as a florist.

I don't know who I spoke to on the phone, but from the moment I got on, they were being hostile with me when I was just asking for when a shipment was going out. I ordered for a delivery for today and didn't hear back, so I just called to check and would have been okay to get it tomorrow, but they were just being very hostile from the beginning. They eventually SCREAMED at me on the phone just because I was asking for information so I could change my plan if needed. They kept talking over me and wouldn't even let me talk, saying I wasn't listening (ironic). I understand they are busy, but I was just trying to get information and didn't deserve to be treated this way as a paying customer. I don't know if it was the owner, but this person has no business working in customer service at all. I've never experienced someone so insane. HIGHLY recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Always perfect. Ordered an anniversary bouquet for my wife, due to covid not all flowers were available. Recieved a call from Stephanie's explaining they would substitute and make it beautiful and they sure did. Subbed out with some beautiful roses which were not expected and I was beyond thankful. Thank you for making my anniversary gift perfect.

Not the best service. Placed an order on their website that advertised same day delivery for my mother for Valentine's day. Did not receive anything all day so I thought I would call to see what was going on. Tried to call multiple times between 5-7 pm and the line was continuously busy and could not talk to anyone. She called me at 8:40 pm saying that they needed 24 hr notice for online order but yet website says same day. She said she would deliver them next day but called today and they are not getting delivered until maybe 6 pm. Horrible service and timely delivery. Will not use again.

BUYER BEWARE: Disappointed with the bouquet I had ordered from Stephanie’s flowers. Please be advised that her photos online do not match the product you will receive. Owner is very hostile and unprofessional when asked very simple questions. Do yourself a favour and order from Vine Street Floral, I have always had an awesome experience with them!

Placed an order online, called to add a requests for no substitutions to a particular flower for allergy reasons. The woman on the phone was short tempered, rude and extremely unpleasant. The order received was nothing like the picture and the flowers were wilted. Never again!

She went out of her way to send me a picture of the actual arrangement which was just as we discussed.
