I always leave it to their creativity to come up with a beautiful bouquet or arrangement and they always come out beautiful! They have a large selection of beautiful fresh flowers and they always last a long time. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but them. They are amazing people and know how to take care of you. I happen to be walking by this place on one of my trips to toronto from the U.S. As I scroll in there to be curious and buy a single flower for my girl, they treated me as if I was buying two dozen long stem roses or more. Absolutely great place, excellent customer service. As I was speaking to the owners, I realize they've been doing this for over thirty year, Impressive!! Long story short, this time around, I called them back to buy two dozen long stem roses for my girl lol I highly recommend this place. now just exited to see my girl's reaction. Thank you pine valley, keep up the good work!

I was so happy I found them as a same day occasion based flowers delivery service. My mom got her flowers with her balloon by noon and she couldn't stop going on about how beautiful they were. Thanks for making her birthday begin with a bang, I definitely recommend anyone who wants to deliver flowers to a special someone, to use their services. I ordered the goodness and light bouquet for my mother for Valentine's Day. About a week after placing my order I missed a call from Pine Valley florist and called them back immediately. When I called, the woman that picked up was very rude asking me "What do you want," and sounded extremely agitated. When I explained that I was returning a missed call, she told me she never made any calls that day and became increasingly frustrated. After approximately 10 minutes of back and forth, she explained that she had called me because of an issue with my card payment but that it had been cleared up sometime last week. A week later, what arrived was nothing like the picture. I chose this bouquet for its soft colours and hints of yellow. Instead my mother received a bouquet with dark pinks and purples and two yellow flowers. The flowers in the bouquet were also completely different than the picture online. I understand if changes need to be made due to the seasons or low stock, but I never received a call or email about these changes and was charged the same amount for cheaper flowers. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed. If you're not able to provide the product advertised, notify your customers before-hand and offer them a solution.

This has to be the best, and most fair priced florist in the GTA. I always find they go above and beyond, even when I order last minute. I only wish I lived closer, but will sometimes make the drive from Oakville to Woodbridge just for a bouquet.

I have been buy flowers from pine valley florist for 30 years and they have done my and my sister's wedding and all so our funerals they do the best job you will find. Flowers are very fresh and last a long time. Maria and Anthony are the friendlest people you can find.

Update: owner called and sent a new bouquet of flowers. Appreciated the follow-up. Raised from 2 stars to 3. Ordered from their website and chose one of their bouquets ($70 before tax and delivery!) But my mom got flowers from them in the past and they looked beautiful so I thought, okay, they're worth it for a special occasion. So unimpressed when it got here, it was smaller than I expected. The flowers weren't fresh, my mom (her birthday flowers, no less) picked out a quarter of the bouquet by the end of the week. Wish they had an option like some other sites do to make a bouquet from what's fresh at the moment. They were good in the past but really disappointing this year.

You choose from the website and you get the better flowers! You make a mistake on your delivery date and you call pine valley florist; they know how to handle your mistake and squeeze you in their busy schedule. Awesome service!

I recently ordered flowers for a very special occasion from Pine Valley Florist and WOW ! My niece just LOVED the arrangement so much- the flowers were absolutely stunning and over the top! I was so happy with the quick, and friendly service and more importantly the quality of the flowers and design of the arrangement. In fact, I was so happy with Pine Valley Florist that I ordered another arrangement a few days later for my brother's 25th wedding anniversary - my sister in law was blown away by the floral arrangement that she kept the business card so she can order from Pine Valley Florist too. I ordered a dozen long stemmed roses from Anthony and he was very helpful. Unfortunately the roses wilted within a couple of days and I let him know.
