However, the fruit basket I ordered for mothers day arrived right on time, beautifully wrapped with fruit that was slightly under-ripe (better than overripe let's all be honest here!) Included the largest pineapple I have ever seen. Great experience and would order again.

Just came here to wait for 10 mins then I left with nothing. Don’t even come near here ! Edit after reply from the “Ital Florist Limited”; I do not think your team will be happy to help. I came to your store more than a month ago and you just found time to reply to my comment after seeing that many people are reading it. When I came to your store there were more than 20 people working behind the counter, all of then hear the sound coming from the doors and I tried to call them but none heard me due to the noise. I waited too long there and nobody helped even someone passed beside me without any word. This is the wort customer service I experienced with a florist in GTA. I strongly suggest other customers to try another shop.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ITAL FLORIST AGAIN!!!! Ital Florist completely ruined my mother's birthday rose gift surprise. I ordered a bouquet of roses 3 days in advance of the delivery date only to have the roses delivered in a mashed up box well after 6pm at night!!! I was forced to buy roses from Metro which looked of much better quality than the one's from Ital. Definitely not worth the money and delivery service is HORRIBLE! BUY YOUR ROSES ELSEWHERE!! EDIT: Note the Manager contacted me directly the following day and provided a full refund.

Meh... Don't trust their site. Sent flowers to my mother-in-law in the hospital. Spent $120 and received an underwhelming, smaller than expected arrangement. The roses were described as "anemic". Some flowers hadn't bloomed yet, while others were already passed their prime. I guess we got the scraps. Won't be using them again.

The worst florist ever. The arrangements aren't what the descriptions are on the website ... I bought the premium arrangement for the bouquet I wanted and when it arrived to my aunt's birthday it was the smallest most underwhelming reaction ever when I asked why it was that small they claimed that thats how many pieces were suppose to be in the premium bouquet...for 170 dollars I could have went else where and got something better... if that's their premium I wonder what small would be? A single stem? If you're looking to make someone happy and feel loved by splurging on flowers for them find someone who actually cares and does it right it's the thought that counts but also give me what I paid for! For anyone considering this place you can do better. Worst florist ive ever used.

Ital florist has been my favorite place for flowers for a couple years now. I received my first flower from there when my grandmother passed away in 2019. Of all the flowers we got back then, their lasted the longest, had the best smell and beautifully arranged. Since then, they have always been my first choice. They have beautiful arrangements, the freshest and long lasting flowers I have seen to date. A photo of my latest delivery is below. Customer service wise they are also top notch as well. When I screwed up my order, they helped me fix quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone and everything. She has such a welcoming manner and was so easy to work with. The flowers for my wedding were absolutely gorgeous. They really stepped up on the day of - I'd dropped the ball on finding the flower girl a basket for the flower petals, and they found one for her. They weren't expecting round tables (we'd changed the plans and I hadn't mentioned this) but they took it in stride and made the place look fabulous. I ordered this sympathy arrangement for friend who had just endured a terrible loss. It was very important to me that the roses be yellow. I scoured the internet, looking for a beautiful arrangement with yellow flowers and I found it! I was worried that the flowers wouldn't be delivered as pictured, or that they would be "delayed" in delivery, but I am happy to say that the flowers arrived on the scheduled date and they were as pictured. So glad I went with Ital Florist and I would totally recommend them.

For the first time ever I got to be "that person" who received Valentine's flowers delivered at work! I was super excited by the thoughtful gift from my boyfriend. However when I opened the box there was a card inside that was addressed to someone else entirely (I hope that couple also leaves a review!) I get that mistakes happen and I had a good laugh about it, but when he called to let Ital know of the mistake they were rude to him on the phone as asked him "what the card was worth" to him! Could you imagine if this had happened to someone else and the card contained a proposal or ended up causing a rift in a relationship? I also work in customer service and that is Not how you handle a customer complaint when your staff clearly made a blatant error. I mean my name was even on the outside of the box which shows not a lot of care was taken during the packing..

The person who helped me was not very friendly or helpful. I ordered flowers on the spot from their catalogue and they looked nothing like the pictures. The florist also did not explain what would be the difference from the pictures from the final product (ie change of flowers or change of vase). Flowers were also much pricier than other florist I've been to. I wanted to try a new florist that day but I definitely regret that decision.

Ordered flowers for a co-worker whose father pasted away, and later heard the flowers were never delivered. After speaking with the florist they told me that they tried calling the credit card holder contact number (only number left), which is for my companies account. (They did not try to email, but they did try to call - my accountant never passed the message along.) As soon they found out about the situation, however, they immediately corrected it. They sent out the flowers on the next available delivery (even though same day deliveries are typically only in Toronto and this was for Burlington) and even gave a discount. They also added a note to let the recipient know when this arrangement was supposed to be delivered. I would recommend this company!!

I ordered a funeral tribute flower by phone this early morning and asked if they can delivered it around noon to Lynett Funeral Home in Toronto. She checked and found they have another order need to send to same place this noon by 1:00pm. She said It is okay she could take my order and they will send it together with the other order at 1:00pm. Your customer service sound professional and effective when you were taking the order. I thought I could trust. I am very very disappointed with the flower arrangement even though it is in a short notice. My order requested to put some blue flowers. The invoice is also shown the instructions. It turned out there is NONE of BLUE flowers in the funeral tribute. I don’t know why you didn’t add blue hydrangeas that is easier to find. IF YOU CAN’T DO IT YOU SHOULD NOT PROMISE. I can’t try another floral shop. The reason I asked for the blue flowers because Joe loves blue colour. The request is made. He is the dad of our future-son-in-law. We want to send the best flower as they wish. Furthermore, my original budget is $150 but I boost it up to $195 so I thought you will do a better job and use the colors of the flowers as I instructed. You recommended me the 1st one is “Treasured and Beloved bouquet” that is White and Blue $135. I believe you have blue color flowers otherwise why you recommended it at the beginning. There is no reason why you don’t have put some blue flowers in my ordered bouquet. I won’t place another order in future. Trust has to be earned. Business is business you should do as what customer request especially you have promised. By the way, the basket doesn’t look as good as the picture showed. I am very disappointed. I should give 1-star but give another star for the efficiency of taking the order. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I ordered a fruit basket (item#: IFG-101) and requested delivery for Father's Day 2020 in Toronto. Ital Florist followed my specific instructions perfectly, confirmed delivery via email and sent a beautiful fruit basket with excellent quality fruit. The basket comprised of a large pineapple, a mango, 2 apples, 2 pears, 2 oranges, a large bunch of green grapes, and 3 kiwis. As mentioned, the fruit was of excellent quality (not overly or under ripe; just perfect) and the presentation of the basket was very professional. I had never purchased from Ital Florist and they performed phenomenally. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Ital Florist have the best customer service and their flowers are of the best quality! The day I placed my order I forgot to include the recipient's last name and they called me immediately to get the full name. Also, on the day of delivery my mother was not answering the phone and the driver had to leave but they tried everything they could to make it work. They called me later that day to let me know that the driver was going back to deliver the flowers on the same day. It made a huge difference because my mom received her flowers on mother's day. I will never use another florist because Ital Florist is the best!

I received top notch, A++, AAA service (whatever you want to call it) from Mirella when I called in with my dire situation. She was such a pro and solved my problem - and kept me cool at the same time. Trust me when I tell you that she was able to help me out in a dire situation. Time was of the essence and she took care of my ordeal with no issues. We are talking about getting an arrangement delivered within 60 mins. I'll never use another florist again. Last year on Valentine’s time I didn’t get my flowers you sent them to the wrong address twice so Valentine’s passed so my husband canceled the order. Your flowers arrangements are very dated. Ital Florist has since reached out to me regarding the original posting below. They fully apologized for the flowers that were sent and refunded my account. Thank you Ital Florist for making this right. It goes a long way in restoring my trust in your companies high standard of customer service. Initial post: When I walked into the viewing area I couldn't identify the flowers I had ordered! I had to check each arrangement card for the one from my family. The flowers and colours sent weren't even close to as advertised! I had ordered a richly coloured arrangement suitable for a man, and got a pale wishy-washy arrangement for a female. Very few of the flowers themselves were also not the same as ordered. I can except some substitute but those weren't at all acceptable. I called and left a message the same evening,got no response. I phoned the morning before the funeral,spoke to Clarissa who said she'd look onto it. She called me back during the time I was at the cemetery. She said she could offer me a $40 credit I said that was unacceptable, she put me on hold spoke to the florist who came back and said the flowers were there and could offer a further 10. $50 total. I told her I was done and couldn't discuss any further. I've taken a day to decide I should receive a Full Refund. The flowers and colours used are unacceptable. They were for a beloved Italian Nonno. The flowers sent were an insult to the name Ital Florist. Please review my order and get back to me. Thank you Jean and Wayne Porter

We have used Ital Florist for over 10 years and we have never been disappointed. Arrangements are always fresh and beautiful and always exceed my expectations. There have been times that I called Ital Florist with a rush order as I had forgotten to call earlier and they processed and delivered my order on the same day. Recently, when my grandmother passed away, Ital florist took care of all of our family needs. All the arrangements were stunning and exactly what we were looking for. The quality of their flowers were incredible and they lasted for weeks. Ital Florist made a difficult time easier for my family. They even went out of their way to ensure that the flowers looked like spring flowers even though it was in early January as my grandmother loved spring flowers.

This morning I placed an order for a plant to be sent to a funeral home and asked that it be delivered before 2pm today if possible. I received a phone call to let me know it may not be possible by 2pm but would be there by 5pm. I received a message from my daughter (who was at visitation) before 3pm letting me know the plant had arrived. It was a beautiful peace lily. My thanks to Ital Florist for handling this so quickly and for providing such a nice, healthy plant.

I would not recommend using Ital Florist for your flower delivery for special occasions. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day and they included the wrong card with different people's names rather than my gf's name and mine. Yes, this is an honest mistake, but it is a lack of attention to detail on my order. The more disappointing aspect of the business however was their customer service after I called to let them know about the card mishap. I told them I was very upset as it kind of messed up the Valentine's Day gift to my gf and asked how they could rectify the issue. Rather than dealing with it right away, I was told I'd receive a call back. After not hearing back for an hour, I called back and the person I spoke with was condescending and rude. She downplayed the mistake and did not offer me anything for their mistake. She said that the card is "free" and that the recipient still received the product (WHAT?). After saying I was not satisfied with that, she asked well what is a card worth and condescendingly offered me $5 (on a $130 order that they messed up). In the end, I had to really push to receive 10% off. Definitely not the way a business retains customers after making a mistake on an order (no matter how "honest" of a mistake it was, as they liked to call it).

A truly wonderful company. I'm based in the UK and ordered a standing spray to a very close family friend who had passed away and was based in Toronto. I made a mistake in what I'd ordered and Mirella came back to me really quickly to suggest a slight deviation to make it work and didnt charge me extra. It arrived on time and was beautiful. I purchased an azalea plant for my sister's father-in-law's funeral 5 days before the funeral. The night before the funeral I received an email stating that my selection was unavailable. I was offered a basket or an orchid. Orchids die in the winter so I chose the basket. I had no choice that late and asked for a pic. I was unimpressed with the basket and asked my sister for a pic of it. I was furious! A stem was broken and some of the plants were dying .Contacted the florist and recieved no respose so now I am writing this review. I have the pics of all 3 items but I am unable to post. Update: I have been in contact with Ital Florist after I wrote this review. I am satisfied with the outcome.

Ordered flowers from Ital Florist 2 weeks ago to be delivered last week, in another province. Ordered 20 tulips, the best of 3 options as per the FTD description and they arrived but contained 11 scrawny tulips. Emailed and sent photos, got a call back from Ital and the 3rd party remote florist resent an arrangement. Got a follow up call from Ital today. Thanks Ital for trying to fix this. Too bad it took so much effort on the sender and recipient's time. Cost + time.

If I could give this florist 10 stars, I would! I was grieving after the loss of a dear family member, unable to travel to comfort loved ones due to COVID, and so ordered some flowers from Ital to express my sorrow and support. I have previously used 1-800 flowers, as I am in USA and my family is in Canada, but I wanted to support a 'local' business this time. I placed the order online.... in my grief I quite obviously did something incorrect and the flowers ended up being delivered to me instead of my Godmother. I contacted Ital immediately... I was distraught, and in shame I was probably more than a little rude during the call (no excuse, bad behavior, for which I am sorry!) Anyway, Dalia was GREAT with me, she was sensitive, understanding and kind, and sorted it all out, and a gorgeous arrangement was delivered to my precious Godmother the day after. Times like these, you REALLY appreciate acts of kindness, humanity and professionalism! They tick every box, and MORE!! YES I recommend HIGHLY, and I will be using them again in the future!

I wanted to send sympathy flowers on short notice (Feb 29/20), and living in Oakville I did not know any florist in Toronto. I picked Ital because you delivered on Sundays. I gave all the information I had for the funeral home and was pleased they would be delivered. I was unavailable until after 4PM that day, and when I checked my phone, there were msgs from Ital. I was informed that the address I had given was not correct. Panicking, I called my source of information and found out there was another address. When I returned the call to Ital, I explained who I was and immediately the young lady knew my name. She confirmed the address before I was able to give it to her! Stunned, I asked how she knew, and her response was, "we checked the obituaries and found the information we needed"! The flowers were delivered on Sunday. Now, that is service! I spoke to a close family member yesterday, and she said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Since her Mom was cremated, she took the arrangement home and informed me that the flowers were still stunning. I know the review is unusually long, but I felt your customers needed to understand the sensitivity of the transaction. I give top ratings for Ital. I only wish I had a flower service in Oakville as excellent as you.

Amazing service!! I don't live in the Toronto area but recently ordered flowers for a close friend's birthday. Given the circumstances of this year we have not been able to see each other and I wanted to surprise her with flowers to brighten her day. The flowers arrived but there was an issue with security at the building. The man doing the delivery called me and explained the situation to me. My friend was not home so she was not able to let him into the building. He waited as I contacted her and she then called security to approve the delivery. The man stayed on the phone with me and was so kind. This level of service means a lot to me especially in this circumstance. For any other orders in the Toronto area I will only use Ital Florists. Good service and customer support is essential and this business does it well. Thank you for helping me in this scenario and doing it so kindly!

Product was wonderful. Delivery driver and his wife were shaddy and very scary. They seemed to be scoping the house. Just their appearance was vey unprofessional. He was in a tank top with tattoos all over. She wasn't friendly and was sneeky. Won't use them till they get rid of the unprofessional delivery drivers.

I was in awe to see what Ester and her team were able to put together for both events all while respecting our budgets. Ester herself is a beautiful person inside and out. She has such a passion and talent for what she does, and you can see it come to life in the arrangements she puts together. I was a very simple and easy-going bride. For both events, I had no vision at all for what I wanted my flowers to look like. I walked in for the consultation with the words "I just want everything to be beautiful, but simple, elegant, and classy". I didn't know a thing about flowers, so I let Ester run with her ideas and visions. Ester was very open and honest with me about everything and did not fail to communicate with me about anything, even when I told her that I couldn't decide and to just do what she thought was best. The day I walked into my shower I was so happy to see the centerpieces and little arrangements she put everywhere. She made everything so cute and exactly what I wanted (without actually knowing what I wanted). I was so happy. The day of my wedding was an even better surprise. Needless to say I didn't know what my flowers were going to look like until I saw them that day. Everything from the bouquets to the way they decorated the church and the hall was so beautiful and left us in awe. It was everything I wanted it to look like but couldn't put together in words for Ester. I couldn't believe the size of my centerpieces with the budget I gave. Ester brought my dream of an elegant classy theme to life. I will forever be recommending Ital Florist to all of my friends and family and will definitely be using them in the future!

I called Ital florists for advice as I wanted an over the top arrangement for my amazing boss. Ital florist was recommended to my from my friend whom is having her wedding flowers done. I spoke to Esther whom took the time to listen what I was looking for and OMG she sure did. Due to Covit on the day of the delivery Ital florists was so accommodating to change the place of delivery from work to my bosses home. The bouquet was gigantic, massive and was so amazed as it had so many of her favorite flowers. I was so impressed. Ordered flowers from here because it was close to wear I needed it delivered and they had some nice examples on their website to pick from for sympathy arrangements. I asked for two flowering plants to be the main part of this arrangement, one azelea which was my main want as a base in this arrangement and another smaller flowering plants around it instead of so many cut.flowers, as I didn't want the family I was sending it to to have a whole bunch of dead flowers when the time comes, instead have something to plant that will grow and stay alive, the girl kept having to ask questions so she ended up passing me to another lady who was able to answer the questions, I thought she was understanding me perfectly, she even told me she could repot the plants to make it lighter, and told me about 125 just for the plants, and I told her that was fine as long as there was more stuff in pots that will live, and then just fill it in with cut flowers to make it more colourful and full and I was ok with spending 200, plus delivery and taxes,I ended up spending 250. Turns out there was they ended up making it what looks like a small single orchid ($50) and just a whole bunch of cut flowers, so about $150 bucks of cut flowers which is exactly what I didn't want! Call the rectify and was told thats not what was understood and that's it....now left with a very sour taste and very dissappointed, guess I should have been even more clear, if you are ordering over the phone maybe ask for pictures before they send it out because you might not be getting what you actually wanted. Really wish I could be giving a higher star rating as the ladies seems so helpful at first and it was a nice arrangement, just wish they listened and understood me better... I do not know how to respond to your comment,can't find a reply button, but no nothing was ever done, I believe I didn't even get a sorry....but this was a while ago, nope just a slit taste in my mouth any time anyone mentions your company name, never had a bad experience like this with a flower place, either that or your just wayyy over priced and not clear at all...thanks for the sorry at least!
