**UPDATE** 19-Feb-19 Floral classics responded to my Google review and refunded the delivery charge! The confirmed that all of Ajax is in the free delivery zone. In the Valentine's rush I didn't contact them directly about the charge, which I usually would do, but they fixed it anyway! Now THAT is outstanding customer service IMHO. 14-Feb-19 The flowers were beautiful and the same day delivery was great! The only reason for 4 out of 5 is that delivery fee. It said free delivery in Ajax, with an asterisk saying 'within designated area,' but they don't say where that is! (Unless I missed it?) It would be helpful to know if you're using "free delivery" to advertise. Either way, I bought them, paid the $10 fee and mom was thrilled. Can't put a price on that!

Found Floral Classics after a quick Google Search in my friend’s town. They were better rated than other florists so went on their website - quickly saw an arrangement called Florists Choice which made it easy to decide! Let the experts choose what is fresh and in season. The arrangement was delivered quickly same day, with notifications coming to me by email to let me know the progress. Ordering was quick and easy and my friends said the flowers are beautiful. Thanks you Floral Classics for helping me brighten my friend’s day. My only constructive feedback is that it would be helpful to see where your free shipping area is - I was surprised to have an extra delivery charge since I purposely chose a florist close to my friend’s house. But overall a great ordering experience and result with Floral Classics.

I was online looking for flowers to be delivered to my fiancée for our 3 year anniversary and discovered Floral Classics. I chose to order from them because I find that they have some of the most vibrant and refreshing floral arrangement designs in Durham Region. Their website was very user friendly and Floral Classics kept me up-to-date on the process the entire way with emails on when they were working on the flowers, when the flowers had left for delivery, and when the flowers were delivered successfully. My fiancée thought they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received! Fantastic service!!

My wedding planner recommended Rachelle's business to me and I couldn't be happier with our floral arrangements!! My bridal bouquet especially, was to die for!! It was beautifully put together and was complimented by all of my guests! Paired with mirroring bridesmaids bouquets, these were the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen (biased, but factual). Rachelle was super accommodating with my unconventional request for no flowers in our bouquets but just greenery, and with the additions I added up to a month before my wedding. I ended up adding very simple anemones to my bouquet and couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. She also nailed the wreath I ordered for my husband's boutonniere. I couldn't have chosen a better florist to work with and am definitely going to continue supporting her business!
