Nathan was very nice to work with when planning the flowers for our wedding. He accommodated our unusual request to use potted plants and small vases for centrepieces, and helped us to create beautiful centrepieces for very little money. My bridal bouquet was lovely and they made sure to make it very colourful as I had requested. The bridal party flowers and boutonnieres were great too. What I appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy unnecessary floral pieces and he was totally willing to work within our budget and customize everything to us. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW: Had an absolutely stressful day at work yesterday and at the very end of the day I received a GORGEOUS delivery of flowers from Brown's. Apparently, they have changed delivery providers and wanted to "make good" - so, kudos to them! Amazing timing on the delivery date - could not have been a better surprise at the end of a bad day. Thank you for making things right! Have used them over the years for various occasions primarily for the convenience of a local, family owned business. However, most recently very dissappointed. Flowers were ordered with the promise of delivery before 5:00 the next day. They did not arrive and when called to enquire they said the driver got stuck in traffic. Expected the flowers to be there the following day - however, receptionist said that no deliveries were even attempted. Followed up with the store again. They apologized, said they were using a new delivery "network" that has failed them. Again apologized and said they would credit the amount, and as a gesture of good faith, deliver them at no charge..... Had to follow up again to receive the credit and NO flowers were ever received. So, hubby's suprise was ruined and I was sadly disappointed after expecting but NOT receiving flowers THREE times..... Understand "life" happens, but good business sense and customer service would have made good on the situation. If they were unable to deliver to downtown, it would have been better to say so from the start to give the customer an option to shop elsewhere. Instead, took the business that they were not capable of handling and disappointed - more than once.... I would have gladly recommended with rave reviews - but instead I am inclined to do the opposite.
