I regularly use Bloomen for deliveries, and service is *usually* good. Between my personal account, business account, and partner's account, we've ordered 25+ times. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered today for a friend's birthday. It was dropped at their condo door, without a knock to alert the friend of their arrival. I was working and unable to call or text during that time, so they sat in a hallway (with potential theft issues) for hours before I was able to confirm she received them. When I reached out to Customer Service to ask why the courier didn't knock to confirm delivery completion, Derek's responses left quite a sour taste to the whole experience.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers with “guaranteed same day delivery” only to be served with an email 10 mins before cutoff time saying that the order has been delayed due to “unforeseen circumstances”. Did they forget the order? Did they not have enough delivery people? Whatever the reason is, guaranteed same day delivery is a lie if they can’t guarantee it. I would think twice before ordering from this place if your delivery is time sensitive.

I am not going to sugar coat this as your service almost made a detrimental negative effect on my personal life decisions. Due to the fact I received the wrong colour flowers and NO note, I got extremely angry and upset at my partner. The whole day I was wallowing in my anger that he did not pay attention to the details of what colour flowers I liked. Plus to be so insensitive and not include a note? I was thinking this guy has to be kidding me. I thought he knew me and listened to me, but to now finally be speaking to him again - I realize it was actually your company. I was on the verge of breaking up for GOOD with my partner because of the minor details of your service. I was crying and felt super hurt and to know that your company/website prides itself for it's service? I was even more upset figuring out that I thought it was him and blamed him in my mind. But really it was your service that missed these minor details. I was supposed to receive WHITE roses and a personal note. I received RED roses and NO note. I was so upset yesterday and mind you - I haven't been speaking to my partner in days! This was his gesture of showing me he cared for me & yesterday it really just topped it off for me, I really felt unappreciated and really misunderstood. This may not be a big deal to you as you just deliver flowers but the concept of receiving flowers should be a joyful and pleasant feeling. I was thinking NEVER to ever speak to my partner again because of this flower incident. I am appalled at the level of service your company provides as the minor details of customer orders should be carefully looked over. You have no idea what the purpose of each order is for. To have based my decision on the actions of your company - I am disappointed and really upset that your company messed up and had made me feel like complete garbage for an entire 2 days. Then they sent me the right coloured flowers the next day, didn't have the note AGAIN and decided to EMAIL me the note instead of hand deliver it. However how can your delivery man rip off the most important part? The note! I'm really confused even at the level of customer service you provide as a company. The romantic gesture of him even doing it all - the note was the most special part. I'm not even sure if this even makes sense to you as a company but to even email the receiver the note?! I am appalled as that physical note was what I wanted the most. I really would appreciate if they had another delivery set to send the note. I am super upset at your company for not understanding the little details - the importance it has to someone's life. Even if you read the contents of the note yourself, how special that is to me... Honestly I would appreciate it to be in a physical form. Do you think I would want to print this email out as a keepsake? It would just really remind of of the poor customer service overall than the context of the note. I am not sure but it just seems to me that you do not value it's receiver's or the customer as if it was an important issue then emailing is not the way to do it. Emailing to me seems like its the easy way out, in a sense - I find it a way for your company to "save money" but in a sense disrespect the customer? I understand there was two bouquets sent due to your company's error however I specifically had written an email of distress because I was so overly upset at the scenario - so much so that I needed to express it your staff. The note was the most special part about all this. I don't know if this is something you value - but that note is really something I would ask to be sent in physical form but again they ignored me and never replied. I really would recommend to value your customers and it's receivers. I have never in the history of receiving flowers dealt with unprofessionalism like this.

Really great website and very easy to order flowers for Christmas during these trying times. Without being able to visit family and friends ordering from Bloomen was a really great solution for getting flowers sent out to loved ones all across Toronto and the GTA. Was able to speak to someone about specific needs and putting together different bouquets at varying price points, way more affordable than some of the other companies I found online and no headache and hassle of waiting in long parking queues and checkout lines at big box stores. I will probably be using them again for Valentine's Day and perhaps even other holidays this winter especially if covid has everything shut down again. Ordering flowers here was a good experience, being on the west coast and having a place that was open for deliveries on Boxing Day I was able to place the order and have it delivered on the day I requested without issue. They did contact me to let me know that the flowers I had ordered were not available but provided and alternative which was still good. My first attempt was a bit of a mixup as it was not very clear from the instructions how to create a subscription that had a fixed time (ie 3 months, etc). When my order was received, and the admin realized what I had done, she immediately reached out to me to confirm my intention. Once it was clear what I wanted, she was very helpful in cancelling my failed attempt and walked me through the process. I have purchased a lillies bouqet from the direct website at bloomer toronto for my girlfriend. The order looked nothing like one i received by the delivery guy. When i wrote a complaint email about my order, the complaint department responded by saying that the images on the website are enhanced and edited. So don’t be suprised, if you receive your order and it looks very different from the images on the website. I was so worried about ordering online as I've seen so many horrible reviews of other companies. I had placed my order then realized that I forgot to click on sameday delivery. I received an email back and they had made the correction for me. When I checked my credit card to view what I was being charged, I was so impressed that it was exactly what was stated on their website. No delivery fees, or made up handling or service charges, just exactly as their site stated. They sent me an email when the flowers had left the shop and I asked the online chat attendant what time they could be expected to be delivered. They gave me a time, and the driver was bang on. When they arrived, my wife showed me some pictures, and they were by far the nicest flowers she had ever received. Great product, awesome service, and very helpful and honest people to deal with. Highly recommend Bloomen, and won't use anybody but them in the future.

Highly recommended for wedding flowers. I came across Bloomen Brides's page on Instagram and Sharen was a delight to deal with. As someone who does not know flowers very well, Sharen was very helpful in suggesting what I could use for my center pieces, hair piece and floral jewelries as well. She was very accomodating during this Covid-time. Although the pick up date was a day before the wedding, the flowers were still very fresh. My centerpieces bouquet were bigger than I expected for the price and lasted for more than a week. I would definitely recommend their services for wedding.

These are the most beautiful roses that's ever been delivered by a florist. Background info: I normally send flowers for special occasions from various florists. For the past couple of years I used FTD, because they were reliable on sending pretty arrangements. I was pretty disappointed in their atrocious service fee, especially since I was ordering Mother's Day flowers two weeks in advance. I decided it was time for a change. Ordering from Bloomen: A lot of reviewers commented on Bloomen's outstanding service for last minute arrangements, but my main concern was for sending a beautiful, high quality bouquet. I decided to take the chance and go for it. Their website is highly intuitive and straightforward. I liked how they offered daily deals (50% off a particular bouquet for the day) and there's no service fee. Result: My mother-in-law said it was the most beautiful bouquet she's ever received. So much so, that when she went to pick it up from the concierge in her condo, she had to produce her I.D. She remarked on how the 24 long-stem pink roses were envied by everyone in the lobby. After her response, the timely delivery and the gorgeous roses I will continue to use Bloomen. Thank you Bloomen for making Mother's Day special :)

Perfect flowers for my proposal set-up! I purchased 24 red roses, Heaven Bouquet, Happiness Bouquet, Purple Rain Bouquet and 12 Red Roses Vase and they all showed up looking absolutely perfect, just like the picture!
