I went in today to purchase a single rose and I was so impressed! I've been to other florists in the area, and none of them were as kind or as accommodating as these ladies. They even gave me flower food which was so nice, and let me write a card for free! I'll definitely be going back!

Great place. Well off the beaten path, but for those that don’t fear the look of a place from the outside you will be pleasantly surprised with the service and the staff. I must admit that from outside it looks like a warehouse and I wasn’t sure I was in the correct place. Going inside however it looks and feels like a flower shops! I got a lovely bouquet for my price range and it has been blooming beautifully for over a week now. Highly recommend!

This place has the worst customer service. I called today to place an order over the phone, and was treated very rudely and made me feel like i was wasting their time. They had advised me very abbruptly that they would charge me an additonal fee of $9.00 to get help in placing the order over the phone. They wanted me to place the order online & were not willing to assist me. Please be warned and take your business elsewhere as these people are not deserving of your business. True RUDE scam artists.

UPDATE: After I reached out to her Robin kindly agreed to replace the bouquet with a new one. It is refreshing to deal with a business that actually cares about it's customers & reputation. I wisely called in instead of ordering online; there was very little to choose from for a same day delivery. The "deluxe" bouquet we received was alright except that several days later some of the flowers still had not bloomed. Most of the flowers have started wilting in less than a week (despite change of water). Quite disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

What can I say... my husband surprised me this morning with a flower delivery for our anniversary! What a beautiful flower arrangement ???? My favorite flowers. As I missed answering the door, a lady from Aurora Greenhouse called to make sure i received them. I was a bit busy and forgot to tell her how beautiful they are! Sorry. ???? Aurora Greenhouse is a true hidden gem. I called Robin searching for some specific roses to send to a client. Even though they made to ordered in advance, Robin was able to pull some strings and help me send a bouquet of roses to my client in short notice. We arrange a surprise delivery and my client was in awe. The bouquet of roses was beautiful and really made her birthday weekend. Thank you so much Robin and team for making this possible. I grew up in Aurora and have used Aurora Greenhouse before so I knew to return to them when I needed to send flowersw the area. I ordered online and received a call shortly after to inform me that the flowers I saw online weren't actually available nor was the vase but that they would use substitutes that were just as spectacular. The next day, I received a photo from my sister-in-law showing me that were indeed as they described! Aurora Greenhouse has always been courteous, honest and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

She has done fabulous work on my outdoor baskets for Christmas and recently pulled together great arrangements for my house sale even though the weather was between seasons and difficult to plan - they are beautiful! I ordered a Mothers Day outdoor hanging basket for my Mom who lives in Stouffville Ont, there were no pics off it online I asked (Robyn) the gal on the phone if she would take a picture and email it to me? I'm sure she was busy and this is likely not the usual protocol when ordering flowers but she happily obliged and did so within 5 minutes, great customer service. This was a terrible experience! Ordered my granddaughter her birthday roses. Sent ones that were already BROWN and splitting down the side. When called in to tell them I was told this is the type of Rose it is. Supposed to look like that. I have never seen roses like that before. Had them replaced but with hot pink roses. Not the colour I wanted. Fed up with it all I asked for my money back (would return the roses). Told a harsh no!!! Also charged extra for baby breath. I have ordered flowers hundreds of times never charged for baby breath before. Stay away from this place!!! Robyn is awful at customer service. Never again!! Big mistake ordering from here!!!!

After a lot of shopping around, I am so glad I picked Aurora Greenhouse to arrange a beautiful bouquet of flowers to deliver to my friends in Aurora. My friend Rebecca (who I sent them to) remarked that they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen or received in her life, which really just reiterates how amazing flowers from Aurora Greenhouse are! The flowers were extremely well arranged, the presentation was flawless, and the flowers even came with a lovely vase at no extra cost. Delivery was also free, and extremely efficient. My friend Rebecca even remarked about how lovely the delivery man was when he presented her with the flowers. I am so delighted that I picked Aurora Greenhouse, and I will absolutely be purchasing from Aurora Greenhouse again in future to deliver to my friends in the local area, after this excellent initial experience with them. Aurora Greenhouse have set an extremely high standard in terms of both high quality product as well as high quality service. I also believe Aurora Greenhouse is, by far, the best value for money of the options available in the local area (and even across the GTA). If only Aurora Greenhouse also operated here in Scotland! For all those reading through reviews of different florists in the area and unsure which company to pick (much like I was when I was shopping around! And being thousands of miles away in Scotland makes it harder too!) - I would absolutely recommend Aurora Greenhouse to you all without hesitation. 10/10!
