It was wonderful to work with Andrea and Caitlyn to craft the perfect pieces for our wedding day. They were so friendly and kind and gave us great advice regarding the types of flowers and colours. The flower crown, bouquet and boutonniere were absolutely perfect and we got so many compliments throughout the day. I was worried about getting fresh flowers for the wedding, but they stayed beautiful throughout the day and for a while after as well. Would highly recommend True Flowers for all your floral needs.

Cute store and the arrangements are lovely. I recommend sticking to buying cut arrangements only. Went home with two potted plants, only to find one had mites. I accepted that was my bad for not being a better shopper and examine my purchases more closely... Didnt take much to understand the other plant would be compromised too from proximity.

I discovered True Flowers through The Sweetest Thing in Oakville (tagging it works people). I started ordering flowers form them last summer when I bought my boyfriends mom and sisters flowers to celebrate their birthdays and they were loved so much by not only myself but the receivers so I started to use them for anyone I wanted to send flowers to in the Oakville/Burlington area (I live in St. Catharines now). Everyone that I've sent flowers to from True Flowers has called me instantly telling me how they are the most gorgeous flowers they have ever received (my mom declared that I should always use this florist upon receiving her birthday flowers). They are so friendly and accommodating when you call to place an order and every order I have placed arrived on the day. Had the pleasure of receiving a gift of a bouquet of flowers from this florist. Oh my goodness, they were absolutely gorgeous. It had roses, orchids, hydrangeas & some smaller flowers. They stayed fresh & beautiful for nearly 2 weeks. AMAZING! So nicely presented. Do not hesitate to purchase flowers from here. You can really feel the care put into the arranging of them.

You never are quite sure what to expect when you order flowers online. I couldn’t be happier with the arrangement Andrea made for me. I was hoping for flowers to look like I just picked them from my garden. This is exactly what I received. I ordered the flowers for my daughter’s baby shower and she was thrilled. Yeah... if you need flowers delivered - contact these guys. I called about an order i placed online and asked when it will be delivered - the gentleman on the line told me he'll check when the delivery pick up is, but if I need it sooner rather than later, he would deliver it himself. Flowers are flowers, but it's all about how you handle your customers. Free delivery to Oakville, AND great service? Hit the nail on the head. I will definitely be ordering from you guys again. Wonderful quality, great service. I visited for Mother's Day and was treated to a lovely bouquet that my Mum enjoyed for many days after. The selection of flowers was excellent. Plus, I noticed there were workshops there which I will definitely plan to attend as well. This is a great local spot which I would not hesitate to recommend.
