Terrible. Ordered and paid for a dozen roses for Valentines and a Vase. Received 8 and no vase. One of the ladies who answered just put the phone down and just left me waiting while they were chatting. I hung up and got a different lady and she hung up after telling me she would fix order. I called back and got the other lady and she said she didn't remember talking to me. This is after calling repeadidly and they wouldn't answer. They finally did answer and told me they would send what I ordered in an hour One and a half hours later, nothing. Called back and they said driver was on his way and then asked for the address??!! The shop is two minutes away! Not impressed. Having flowers delivered requires knowing that you can leave the details for this to happen in capable hands or it doesn't work for the customer. This didn't work. Customer service severely lacking. Going elsewhere next time. 2 hours and still waiting........... Mike

I placed my order a week prior to Mother’s Day. I chose the Very Bery passionate arrangement. I liked how vibrant all the flower were which led me to order that particular one. However, when it arrived it looked NOTHING like the picture. It even had some wilted flowers to the mix. I’m extremely disappointed in the arrangement. I will never shop from this boutique every again and I want my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I hired them to do my wedding flowers and I was beyond disappointed. None of the flowers were what we discussed or shown in pictures, plus they provided all fake flowers for our ceremony circle which I paid for real and contract says “all real flowers” My husband and I tried to call prior to the wedding and got no call back, was just sent to voicemail every time. I never write reviews but this company is the worst and I don’t want another bride being disappointed for their wedding like I was.

Order was not delivered as advertised, and had to call to ensure it was delivered the next day. Full order was not delivered. And now no return email/phone call/text. Most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. 1 star, only because I can't put zero. Find somewhere else to buy your flowers.

I don’t love sharing negative feedback. But I’m pretty upset and disappointed. I ordered two bouquets for Mother’s Day, and neither of them look like the pictures on the site. Not a single flower in those bouquets is what was ordered. Not one. If it was supposed to be a mixed bouquet, I would maybe understand. But please look at what I ordered and what I received. This is not ok. I am never ordering from this place and I would like a refund.

We used Ann's flower boutique for a corporate floral arranging workshop and it was beyond magnificent. Tendai and Sue ran a marvelous workshop and the flowers were absolutely stunning, it was well received and adored by all participants. I also have gotten a bouquet from Ann's and it was beautifully arranged at more than fair prices. Best flower boutique in halton region, they will always have my business!

I ordered a bouquet for my mom's special 60th birthday called Craving Purple which is her favourite colour. It was pictured and described as having beautiful jewel toned purples and pinks and when I went to pick up the bouquet it looked NOTHING like the photos. I can understand not everything being available seasonally so it won't be the exact same as in the picture but this looked nothing like the picture on the website and instead only contained one flower that was in the colour palette described. Upon reading the recent reviews this seems to be a common issue. Needless to say I am not the least bit happy after spending over $100 on this bouquet as I upgraded to the Deluxe version. I would have been more than happy to have spent the money on the bouquet if it actually looked similar to what is pictured and described on the website but it did not. I've attached a photo comparison of what I ordered vs what I got.

I ordered some flowers for a friend's birthday. They were delivered and left outside the door (although she was home). Sadly, the flowers seem to have been stolen by someone, so my friend didn't receive them. The shop delivered another beautiful arrangement. They went out of their way to make up for it and the flowers got glowing reviews!

I was in a hurry as I knew there was a deadline for same day delivery and I really needed to get a gift to celebrate our new grandchild to the Oakville hospital - Ann's Flower Boutique, brilliant! I got the most calm, polite, understanding person on the phone, she helped me decide what I wanted as I wanted a live plant to celebrate new life, a teddy, some chocolates and those beautiful huge balloons they have - they put the package together with a stunningly beautiful plant that I know the kids will cherish for a long time - and the price is unbeatable - you cannot get a better price, but given the most important thing was the gift and getting it there on time - if that's what you need - Ann's Flower Boutique in Oakville is the absolute way to go - Bravo on an excellent product!

If you won't be able to deliver on a special day (Valentine's Day) to an address 10 mins from you, just don't take the order maybe and inform your client on time? And please don't blame the weather (Sunday was pretty awesome in Oakville and again 10 mins away??). The special dates are kinda important to people and that's why businesses advertise over them. Missing the delivery without notice, delivering the next day after tons of calls and still the order delivered incomplete is inacceptable. I have a small business myself, and I try to emphasize with my clients, mistakes can happen but I try my best to make it up to them. So I can say as a client that you lack empathy and your customer relations need a lot of improvement.

Ordered Sweet Spring Bouquet Deluxe for 60th Wedding Anniversary on short notice. The bouquet arrived on time as promised. The flowers were fresh. The colour palette & variety was as shown on the website photo. Deluxe bouquet was generous. Very happy with the service and this beautiful bouquet!

Excellent service and gorgeous flowers. I live in the UK and needed flowers and a balloon for mom's 60th birthday. The selection of bouquets were beautiful, it was hard for me to decide so I actually ended up asking for a mix of two different ones. I added their WhatsApp number and kept in touch with them - they sent me a picture of the final bouquet and kept me updated on the delivery. My mom was so surprised and loved her flowers so very much! The personalised balloon just made it even more special! Thank you soooo much for making it such a memorable birthday!!!

What a terrible experience I had with Anna's flower boutique. They took orders over the Mothers Day weekend that they knew they could not fulfill. I asked my Mom if she got her flowers & when she didn't I found out they had cancelled my order without so much as a call. I agreed to a designers choice bouquet so it wasn't even that I had a specific request. When I called to inquire the sales rep could've cared less. Disappointing experience.

This place is terrible. The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday, May 8th, a bouquet of white roses for my beloved mother. When I called at noon today, I was promised that they would arrive in three hours. It is now past that time and all calls are going to answering machine so I can't even get a refund, and mother's day is ruined. I have now resorted to disputing the charge on my card. Since the goods and services were not rendered, it is now a fraudulant transaction.

Ordered flowers for Mothers day to be delivered on Sunday May 10th. The order was placed and paid for Wednesday May 6th. It is now 6pm on Mothers day, and moms got no flowers. After calling the store at 5:30pm Sunday, they mentioned that they were sold out and were not delivering any more. There was zero empathy on the phone and awful customer service. How do you not even call the customer and let them know that they over sold bouquets.. This is extremely disappointing as we are located in Vancouver BC and could not get our Mom her flowers.

Similar to some of the previous posts, I had issues with my Valentine's Day order. I ordered 2 bouquets to the same address - one for my sister and one for my mother. I received a text on February 14th, notifying me that they were behind on their orders due to "inclement weather and COVID restrictions." I did not make a fuss about this, although I was disappointed. The next day, only 1 of the 2 bouquets were delivered. I emailed them at the end of the day to notify them and see if they could rectify this issue. No reply. I understand that mistakes can happen but am left very unimpressed by the lack of responsibility taken by the business.

Your arrangements are stunning and made with quality florals. This is the second time I have ordered from you. The recipients have been blown away by receiving your arrangements. This order however I was a bit disappointed when the flowers were left on the porch of the recipient. My in-laws changed their plans and so the flowers were left on a hot day - no call was made to me or the recipient. The flowers didn’t love as long as a result.

I had ordered a bouquet for mother's day, but had received no confirmation regarding its delivery whatsoever. Tried calling to confirm its arrival over 5 times and each time was directed straight to voicemail. I find this to be extremely irresponsible and unreliable, because as a customer, I'd like to be notified if my flowers are not going to be delivered, so that I can find an alternative solution. Thankfully, my flowers were delivered much later on in the day (5pm) without so much as an acknowledgement or a notice of delivery. The flowers did not look like the picture on their website. Later on I found out that I was one of the lucky few whose orders were met- it appears they had overbooked for mother's day and many were left without flowers at all. All in all, this was rather an unpleasant experience. Generally speaking I'd stay away from this place, but I would HIGHLY recommend against ordering from them for a special occasion, as they are a rather unreliable business.

I placed an order online that was supposed to have been ready for next day PICK UP at noon. I arrived around 12:30pm and was advised that the order was not ready and I was asked if I could wait around for 30 minutes. The owner came out to speak with me and also advised that the order had not yet been started, that she could have the arrangement done in "15 minutes" (yikes) and offered to have the flowers delivered to me and would not charge me for the delivery. I, in turn suggested that they could have called me in advance to advise me of any such delay along with the fact that the 'free' delivery' would of course be free considering I was there to PICK UP but my order was not yet ready. My order was recently delivered and - I'm disappointed to say the least. The arrangement looks NOTHING like the website images. Complete misrepresentation and false advertising. Please see the attached images for the ADVERTISED arrangement vs. what was DELIVERED. I would not recommend this place for any of your floral needs. It should also be noted that the owner took no accountability for their lack of integrity and was defensive and dismissive of any feedback given.

Order never delivered! Beware - they are non-responsive and won't pick up the phone. I ordered flowers and the add on cake for my friend's birthday via Ann's Flower boutique online ordering in advance of her May 7th birthday (last Friday). At around 4pm her flowers had still not been delivered, so I called the flower shop. A gentleman answered, I asked if the flowers would be going out today, he said let me check, and after a long pause said they are on the way now. I said are you sure, because he didn't sound confident. He took my phone number and order number and said he would call me back. I never heard back. I have called 10+ times since last Friday and they will not answer the phone. I have left 3+ voicemail messages, I have texted the phone number the voicemail tells you to text 3+ times. No response. On May 8th, I received a delivery notification for the flowers. Nothing was ever delivered. This is completely unacceptable, and even when I try to call today (Tuesday May 11) they are not answering their phone. I would show up in person, but I live in the US and was ordering from afar for a friend. Very disappointed. I want you to contact me, as I want a refund.

I placed an order, for a white wine and chocolate gift basket for a client as a holiday gift. It was nothing as pictured, I paid for the premium selection which was $238 and received a cheap bottle of champagne and a bunch of Walmart selection brand chocolates. The box was a white cardboard box, the items in the box quickly fell out of position and the bow was a mess. I was so upset and disappointed, I didn't even bother giving this to the client.

Poor customer service, communication, and lacking in empathy. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day two weeks in advance to be delivered on Saturday, May 09. Ann's Flower Boutique confirmed the order via email, but never delivered the flowers. When I called on the Saturday, they promised I had an arrangement and that it would be delivered the next day. On Sunday by 4pm, my mom still had no flowers so I called again. This time, the owner explained to me that she no longer had any flowers left! I apologized but asked for a full refund as Mother's Day weekend was coming to a close and was not willing to face more disappointment due to empty promises. Her reply, "Ok, bye" and she hung up on me. I found that between the three phone calls we had, she lacked empathy for my situation and lied each time about where my mother's flowers were. Had she given me some notice, I could have adequately arranged a replacement florist in time for Mother's Day. A shame she chose a lose-lose for both of us.

As a client of theirs for years and someone who owns a dental office, I tend to make many flower arrangements for my patients for different reasons. They staff and the owner Tendai always make the orders out on time, are convenient and create such beautiful arrangements. Everyone that receives these flowers tells me such great compliments. They have something that will suit everyone!!! Definitely worth a visit :)

I spent over $100 on a bouquet and not only did the order arrive a day early for someone's birthday, it doesn't look anything like the picture. I totally understand needing to substitute flowers but the colour palette was totally different. Also there were less flowers and more filler leaves than shown in the picture. You're expecting people to pay for flowers so at least fulfill what you are promising. I even called to ask why the flowers were delivered early and all I was told was "it's fine put them in water". Awesome customer service!

Very disappointed with the corsage I ordered. It wasn't at all what I had asked for. I understand that florists cannot guarantee the exact flowers but I asked for red roses with black and red ribbon, green foliage, crystal bracelet and no baby's breath and I got red roses with white ribbon and white pearl bracelet and some baby's breath. The clerk offered to make it again which was professional of her and gave me a discount but even the second one she made had no red ribbon and seemed rushed. She gave me both corsages. Now I have an extra one in my fidge. She tried her best but I still think more effort could have been put into making the corsage correctly the first time. She had the notes right in front of her. It was an expensive purchase for something I was not satisfied with.

I have ordered a bouquet for my wife. The flowers arrived dead. The whole thing stinks like an exhaust pipe of the car. My wife got so upset to receive such a poor item. She tried cutting the stems and putting them in fresh water but there was no use of it. Some flowers are literally rotten. The bouquet does not even remotely resemble what I have ordered. Especially color wise. Overall it was a complete waste of money. I am just glad I tested them first and didn't order anything from here for Valentine's Day as a first attempt.
