Pathetic. My friend ordered flowers for a suprise for her mom. Then they came 2 hours early when no one was at work. Then called her mom to tell her she needs to come grab her flowers for a 2 hours out of her way trip. Then charged my friend $20 over what they said. I'll never go there.

I was in need of purples flowers of any kind, she had none. But she was able too accommodate my needs. She then took pink roses and air brushed the tips purple and added a shiny glitter. An amazing turn out I was so impressed I bought a dozen. She made a picturesque fresh cut bouquet. I ended up buying a beautiful vase along with my bouquet. The receiving party was so wowed. Smiling and in awe. 10/10 will be returning

I've never dealt with such difficult, unprofessional people before. I would give -5 stars if i could. I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to my moms work for her birthday, as a surprise. But the delivery driver showed up 2 and a half hours early(so my mom wasn't at work yet) and called my mom to come to her work and pick up her own flowers. She even asked the driver if they could just come to her house, to which they said no. So the surprise was ruined, (i called them in regards to their mistake)they then gave a complimentary bouquet that would be delivered at the right time. But that was an hour late as well. Then on top of it all they charged my credit card an extra 20$ then what was agreed upon. The bouquet was not even a full one like i wanted. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Just save yourself the hassle and go to a different flower store, there are many better ones in saskatoon.

1) said the order was 18$ total. Never mentioned anything about delivery or delivery fees. 2) arrived 3 hours BEFORE hand and ruined our plans 3) called and said we needed to meet him at the drop off location, when asked if the delivery driver could bring them to another location since he arrived early and out of time frame (office was closed when he arrived) he refused and said we needed to come to the original location. 4) asked for a full bouquet, received 4 flowers and a bunch of green. 5) called back and complained of the above issues, recieved a complimentary bouquet, (another set of four flowers) also, I always thought a bouquet was twelve flowers but I guess four is close to twelve. 6) got the second set of flowers delivered, driver was now an hour LATE. I'm not too sure how difficult running a flower business is, but it surely cannot be that bad...

Sheila is a phenomenal woman. We had a coworker have a heart attack and wanted to send him some well wishes and some positive vibes for a speedy recovery. After getting the run around at royal university hospital the gift shop had next to no flowers and no nice pleasant balloons. After googling flower shops I came across Creative compliments and they didn’t have balloons but wanted to send a gift basket (filled with processed junk packaged foods - sorry have to be honest) the person is in for a heart attack and I’m too send him junk food ? So that was an instant hang up. Called Sheila at Sheila’s state of the art flowers and she was the most delightful lady whom was able to give me guidance for patients at the hospital . She helped me pick out the perfect balloon/flower combo and notified me she will call the hospital daily until there’s clearance to drop off items and at that point she will charge me. Such a caring human being and I recommend her 100 percent. Thanks Sheila !!!

Called from calgary for an arrangement for my mom's birthday the following day in saskatoon. She listened and created exactly what I pictured. Absolutely beautiful, can't be happier, only thing I won't see is my mom's face when she receives the delivery! Very friendly, approachable, professional and most of all helpful with a beautiful result. Definitely recommend if you want a unique, thoughtful and gorgeous arrangement! Thank you Sheila!!!

Our father passed away and my sister ordered 2 beautiful arrangements delivered to her hotel for the memorial service on the long weekend. The arrangements were almost as ordered (in person), but most of the greenery used was branches of elm... looking like trimmings from a local scraggly hedge and which actually had holes in the leaves from insects. The vases ordered were ceramic yet the ones delivered were plastic. The 2 arrangements cost almost $600. Delivery was at the last minute on Saturday of the long weekend, so we couldn't have taken them back to store to have them changed or corrected. Although my sister may have seemed "prima donna" during ordering, the arrangements were more for my grieving mom, a new widow, and nothing really to do with the person ordering. I gave Sheila's 1 star, but only because it's the lowest I could go. I am absolutely appalled these arrangements were ever delivered for a memorial service. There is absolutely NO excuse for this.

I had Sheila make up the bouquets for my wedding. We described the colours we were looking for over the phone. What she put together was absolutely perfect. I chose to go with fake flowers, and she took every step to make the bouquets look super realistic. She's truly so talented and I would 100% recommend seeing Sheila for any floral arrangements!

I highly recommend this store - its more than just a flower shop. The owner, Sheila Beck, has exquisite taste and creates beautiful and unique floral arrangements. The flowers are always very fresh and there is a wide assortment, including exotic flowers such as Bird of Paradise. In addition, there are other treasures for sale, such as Belgian chocolates, stuffed animals and art pieces. A really fabulous place!

Sheila did the flowers for our very small wedding in August. She and I had worked together for our original wedding date in April but when CoVid struck and it had to be cancelled she was gracious and understanding about it all at a very difficult time. When it came time to re-plan, our requirements were reduced and Sheila accommodated changes along the way bring my revised vision to life. Our arrangements were so beautiful and completely transformed our venue. Delivery was prompt and professional. The arrangements were very fresh and lasted quite a long time. Had so many comments on how pretty the flowers were and we were so pleased with them! Better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Sheila’s services.
