I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day for $72.99. The bouquet that was delivered was similar to what you can get from Costco or Superstore for $20. The flowers were dry, wilting and dead after two days. I typically use a different company and receive a well designed and beautiful arrangement that arrives in a vase or basket, for similar cost. What my mom received from In Bloom was vastly inferior! I tried emailing In Bloom after the fact and received no response. I was hoping to give my business to a local company, but I won't be using In Bloom again.

We ordered a funeral arrangement from In Bloom and were very disappointed with the results. The size and quality of the arrangement was not at all equal to the cost and it was not made to our specifications. When trying to discuss the issues with the woman in the shop my mother was treated unkindly. Generosity and kindness go a long way in a small town and in a service business. Hopefully things will improve in the future as a good flower shop is a necessity for Didsbury.

I asked for a creative arrangement and told the lady to have fun with it. I was nervous because I had asked the same at a flower store in Olds and was very dissatisfied. I had the arrangement delivered and WOW!!! I could see the love and passion that went into creating such a lovely piece. You made my day and went above and beyond. I would for sure recommend In Bloom.
