I worked with Twig & Twine for my wedding flowers this year. Danielle was amazing to work with from start to finish. My flowers were absolutely beautiful, she captured my vision perfectly! The process was incredibly easy - I found many other florists insisted on an in-person consultation with availability limited to daytime hours, which wasn’t ideal for someone like me who works 8:30-5 every day. Danielle did a simple but structured phone consultation with me at a time that was convenient for me and had a detailed proposal sent to me minutes after we finished talking. VERY professional! During covid, she’s pivoted (like many other great entrepreneurs) and started offering some weekend bouquet deliveries - which I was thrilled with, because she makes the prettiest arrangements with the most beautiful flowers! Now I don’t need a special event as an excuse to get my pretty flower fix! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Danielle was to work with. She was incredibly patient and flexible in light of the pandemic and the uncertainty it came with. I would recommend her without hesitation to any future bride! You won’t be disappointed!

She listened to my simple but important vision and executed them creatively, delivered with a hug and a heart full of enthusiasm on our special day! She was able to incorporate two very special pieces; one my Grandmother's ring as my 'Something Blue' in my bouquet and my other Grandmother's silver necklace that was wrapped around the handle of my Daughter's (my Maid of Honour) bouquet, these touches meant the world to me. We weren't extravagant with flowers but Danielle treated our order as if it was the biggest & the best she had all season. I loved my floral design that Twig & Twine Floristry did for my September 2019 wedding. From first interaction Danielle was super responsive and gave great suggestions! We had a small wedding on short notice about an hour out of Halifax, and we needed bouquets, boutonnieres, table settings, and other floral decorations to be delivered and set up for us, and we didn't have much time during the planning stage to talk about more than our preferred colour palette. I can’t say enough great things about twig and twine! Danielle is the sweetest and kindest person you’ll ever work with. I had the luxury of dealing with covid restrictions on and off throughout my wedding planning process, so I was constantly inquiring about changes to the guest count and making reductions in centrepieces, bouquets, etc. Danielle was more than accommodating! I would also constantly request changes to our initial floral vision as I came up with new ideas (blame Pinterest, lol). Danielle was always quick to answer and make these changes for me! I had planned to have my reception outdoors by the water. On the day of my wedding, the winds were so brutal that our beautifully orchestrated 2 foot tall centrepieces would not stay upright. We ended up making a last minute call to move the reception inside. The twig and twine crew did not hesitate to quickly and efficiently move all the reception floral across the resort to the reception hall. What a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend the full service as there is no way I nor my family/friends would have been able to produce the beautiful work that Danielle and her crew did! I only saw her briefly during make up application when she dropped off our bouquets. As for the rest, she was able to do everything all on her own and make all of my visions come to life! I got to see everything for the first time when I walked down the aisle and I could not have been more pleased! Thank you!!

From the initial consultation, to the communication leading up to our wedding day, to the set-up and presentation of the florals every single detail was well planned and absolutely GORGEOUS. Not to mention she was fully accommodating for our date change due to the pandemic, was able to adjust when guest/bridal party numbers changed (again, pandemic) and was absolutely lovely to work with. Florals were our main decor, so they were really important to me. Danielle was able to bring my vision to life and put together the most beautiful bouquets, centrepieces, boutonnieres, and ceremony/reception decor. I seriously cannot recommend her enough!!
