Beyond expectations. My mother had surgery December 7th. I purchased their “grinch tree” that day. I brought it to the hospital and everyone there loved it. Amazing concept. It’s now January 23. Almost 7 weeks and it still looks almost as great as the day I got it. The customer service was phenomenal as well! Worth every penny.

I love coming into this store!! The staff are always amazing and they change up what they have in stock to keep me interested. I've picked up bouquets that have lasted more then the other guys' when I've taken it home. They do such beautiful work here!! If you want to use a local, talented florist, my investment is always well spent here!!!

Called jeans cause I wanted flowers for a friend after a family member passed away. I had no idea what to get and I had no experience in that situation.So I called jeans.They were very helpful and professional and they took care of me nicely BUT THEY ARE EXTREMELY OVER PRICED!!!!! I have since learned that you will pay triple the amount that you’d pay anywhere’s else so beware!

Just a heads up to all who are considering ordering flowers from here.... Our experience started with poor service and when we found a better deal for our wedding bouquets we were refused our deposit back. We decided to stick with jeans flowers... come the wedding day our flowers were a disaster and had to be redone by a family friend and they turned out much better. The bouquet was full of silk leaves, fake flowers and ruined flowers. I encourage all to go elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement that I ordered from their website it looked nothing like I ordered! I work at a Florists here in Cochrane AB which we are 1 of 5 shops and 1 main design center, so I now a bit about the florist industry..if you don't have the product to make the arrangement don't cheap out and substitute with cheaper product..call the customer and explain! And when you order a box of chocolates that's what I want!
