I've always had a good experience, friendly staff. Just ordered a bouquet for a birthday which happened to coincide with Mother's Day - even though they were busy busy I had no problems. Beautiful fresh fragrant. Not many florists around so happy to give them my business.

I got my wedding flowers here and I was in love with them. They were so much more beautiful than I could’ve pictured. Service was pretty good. Only real complaint was that the stamen were not trimmed from the lilies, which made quite a large stain on the front of my dress.

My husband paid $75 hfor a dozen roses for mothers day and within 2 days they were wilted & seedy looking. The roses I bought for our daughter from a grocery store still look beautiful! Very disappointed as I have recommended this shop to lots of folks including my husband ☺ and yes I changed the water daily and even recur them to try and save them. Save your money.

POOR customer service. I was appealed to various beautiful plants and flowers in the store, so I walked into the store and wanted to ask them if they have a specific type of plant. There was a customer at the counter, so I waited at the door. The staff didn’t look at me or say hello, even though I was looking at them and hoping to ask them a quick question. I waited a couple of minutes and had to leave.

It's a radiant, reverent expression of faith that will be appreciated for years to come. WHERE ARE THE LILIES AND ALSTOEMERIA..YOU SUBSTITUTED TULIPS! Sorry to say you have cheaply done a bouquet for a wonderful family in my name and with my money...poor poor business! ????????????Reply next day via email... janetsflowers Sorry to hear you were disappointed, the arrangement itself is worth125.00 the extra was tax and delivery, And unfortunately we had no lillies, and no white asltro so substitutions were made the colour scheme was Done in purple and whites and was also made larger to give you the value, it had tulips and roses and cremons, As stated on our website, substitutions will be made on available flowers ????????☹☹

Amazing flower shop! Nicest most helpful folks. Ordered a bouquet for my Mom in hospital. It was sent out for delivery within the hour... but she was released unexpectedly early. No problem! They called me straight away to let me know and delivered it to her home instead, and graciously declined our offer to pay an extra delivery fee (sooo friendly!). Mom says it's one of the most beautiful arrangements she's ever seen. They totally made my Mom's day! Best customer experience I've had in ages! Thank You Janet's Flowers!

I've visited the store to purchase plants and was given lots of friendly/great advice. They made my 3 year old feel involved and even gave her a multicoloured rose to take home, which she was so proud of. I've also received bouquets as gifts and they never disappoint! Great local business.
