For an industry that runs on customer service and satisfaction the Sackville shop truely doesn't get it. With many flower shop options in the area choose wisely. Orders are requested to meet an occasion on a certain time and date that's it. That's what a customer expects when they order. So when I order flowers to be delivered on a Friday for my grandmother's 104th birthday party and you don't provide that service you can hopefully see the issue. My feeling after calling on Saturday to see where the order is that you truely don't get it. The excuse was... Wait for it "do you know how much construction there is in the area" no apology nothing. She truly believes that was a valid excuse not to deliver on the requested date. Not even a call they just closed and thought it is fine if it got there Saturday. How can they in good conscience treat customers like this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They don't deserve your patronage . Follow Up: Here is the update after I left the less then favorable review. It now appears that construction traffic wasn’t responsible for the delivery not making it on schedule. It now has changed to they didn’t have the right address to deliver to but without reaching out to inquire for a verification of the address they magically delivered it to the right spot on Saturday. To be clear I am not looking for anything back only to highlight my experience so you can decide if your willing to take the risk.

I have used Blossom in Sackville for several years now and they have never disappointed. I have always left the arrangements up to them and I'm extremely impressed every time....and my wife even more :-) Recently, just before Mother's Day, I purchased an arrangement for my wife and had asked for them to be delivered on a Friday The day before they were to be delivered, I was advised by my wife that should had got the next day off (therefore, she wouldn't be at work to receive her flowers). I called up the shop and told them of the change of plans and begged for their help haha. The staff advised me that she would have to look into it to see if they could squeeze me in, but before she could call me back, I received a picture from my wife thanking me for the flowers! Have been using the Blossom shop now for several years and they never disappoint! The arrangements are always gorgeous, the customer service is fantastic and they are always super helpful if you need some advice on what to order. Today on very short notice, placed an online order sending a photo of the arrangements needed, they arrived within the hour and were absolutely perfect! It made my bosses very happy! Will never be buying anything from this shop ever again, I should have listened to the reviews before I had bought from here, but since I like to make my own opinions by myself without having someone else alter them I wanted to give blossoms a chance. I had gone to order a corsage and boutineer for my prom for June 1st 2019. When my boyfriend, his brother, his brothers date and I walked in the lady working had came out with an angry look on her face, as if we had disturbed her while she was working. She was very snappy with all of us and at one point I actually had turned to my boyfriend and told him that we should leave because of the horrible customer service that we were getting. Her colours were also very limited for ribbon and she tried to argue with me multiple times. I had asked if she had any burgundy ribbon and she showed me hot pink and tried to tell me that it was burgundy...Her attitude had only gotten worse, all she was worried about was us paying. My boyfriend and I asked to pay for each others separately and she replied with "really? now I have to do two separate transactions". As soon as we had left we were relieved to be out of that shop. Prom day, my boyfriend picked up the flowers and they were horrible; bracelet was too big and missing jewels, white flowers were turning brown and you could see glue and fake leaves everywhere. Totally unimpressed, will not be recommending to anyone and will for sure go to "four seasons" instead as it seems like they always have to clean up blossoms mess.

I went in to drop off a Resume they was not friendly. I also got a couple of Roses for people that was grieving they died within three days. Same with the Rose a guy pickt up for me years Latter so I figured I would put up this post so they can fix the problem. I was so embarrassed when my guy friend told me how uncomfortable he was getting the flowers in sackville instead of Halifax we’re he was comming from so they would be fresh.

This is by far the rudest store we have ever dealt with. I should’ve have followed my gut and not used them since we’ve had several bad experiences in the past with them. My husband ordered a centrepiece and arranged to pick it up on Dec 23rd. He got busy and forgot. While most businesses would take the 30 seconds to place a courtesy phone call as a reminder, this “business” couldn’t be bothered and they closed up their shop on the 24th knowing that my Christmas centrepiece was sitting in their fridge. It wouldn’t have taken them any time at all to be polite but I have come to realize that this woman is incapable of that. He wrote them a pleasant email and what he received back was disgusting. No aplologies, no understanding...just the rude behaviour we are accustomed to. I’m not surprised they have so many negative reviews. Please don’t ever use this flower shop. You’ll be nothing but disappointed.

So disappointed in the prom corsage and boutonniere we received on Saturday June 22 2019. Roses were wilted, brown and curled on the top and the baby's breath was dead. When I questioned I was told "that is the color of the flowers" and when I pointed out that roses didnt come with brown spots I was told they didnt have any others to fix it with. Terrible product. Paid for it and took it down the road to another florist who fixed it as best she could with limited time. Won't be back.

Terribly disrespectful costumer service!! I was in tears after dealing with them over the phone. I received a replacement for the dying flowers they had delivered earlier but it doesn't change the fact that a business that had made a mistake should not treat you so rudely. The replacement wasn't even the same flowers that were originally ordered. This was supposed to be a sweet Valentine's surprise but turned into a nightmare. Stay away!!!

I ordered flowers for my husband's funeral. It was a very difficult thing for me to do and my experience was not pleasant. I wanted blue and white and was quickly told blue is hard to get, almost impossible this time of year. I know this is wrong because I received a beautiful arrangement from my employer, all blue and white. I didn't leave, wish I did but I was not in the mood to go all-over the place . She said they didn't have a lot of inventory and expected more Monday.. funeral was Monday morning (yesterday) I chose a bouquet anyway Asked her to please just make it beautiful . Then she wasn't happy I needed it delivered to the church before 10 am. Didn't know of it was possible. Said she will call...went ahead and charged me. In hindsight I should have walked out. The flowers arrived 10 minutes before the funeral began, too close for comfort and the small amount of blue she put in were brown on the edges and wilted. She said she would add red roses, 4 added and not arranged pretty, all put in one side so it didn't look even. For 75 dollars plus delivery and tax , over 100 dollars im not happy. I will never use them again nor recommend them. During such a difficult time in my life you would think they would put a little more effort into it. Absolutely horrendous service,barely had tome to speak,take a direction,unreal and told me no price and to top it off she told me I should have pre ordered to get anything delivered..really? It’s a wonder this shop survives with a horrible attitude like that.WILL NEVER order a flower from there again...go with the reviews guy and gals....they are very accurate in my opinion.lets just hope the flowers are good .they need to be cause nothin else was.

I arranged a delivery of florist’ choice flowers, a stuffed animal and chocolates for my mothers birthday. They were delivered on time and were beautiful! The florist made excellent choices and the bouquet was beautiful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I can’t believe I need to even give them a single star. I went into this establishment to talk about ideas and what was in season for an October wedding. I was met with absolute disrespect and felt like I, a paying customer, was annoying them. I had simple questions about colours and what was in season and they would not give me the time of day. Don’t waste your time on such miserable people— head down to 4 Seasons on the corner of Leaside and Sackville drive. (546 Sackville Drive). They have saved many folks from ignorant people at this establishment. Very upset with today’s customer service.
