I went to this location to order flowers for my dads funeral. I selected one of the standing sprays on their website and asked if I could get it with red and white flowers instead. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. After I paid for the order, I noticed the invoice mentioned a container. My husband went back inside and confirmed that we did not want a container, we wanted a standing spray. A few days later when I went to pick up the flowers, I asked if they were mine as they were in a container and didn’t look like the flowers I had ordered. They got the lady who made the floral arrange to explain to me her reasoning. I suggested to her that if you’re going to change someone’s order, or if you have questions about it, you should call the client. They offered to re-make the flowers, but I didn’t have time as I still had to travel 2 hours to the funeral. I left disappointed and in tears. No one from panda flowers crowfoot ever reached out to me to apologize or try to make it right. I’m I wrote them a private message on Facebook, no reply. My husband called them and they offered to provide me with some fresh flowers. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to go about collecting them, or if I will bother. I wish I had just picked up flowers from Costco on my way out of town instead of having this disappointing experience. 2 stars because the lady that took our order was very kind.

These corsages and boutonnieres were absolutely beautiful. Ordered many different kinds and canceled/added on to the order multiple times and the service was amazing and they were very helpful. Ordered for the 23rd and 24 On the 23rd, it was beautiful i love it so much and had no complaints. Flowers stuck on all day/night! Reused on the 24th and was still good. For the order placed for the 24th it was a real disappointment. Flowers fell off not even an hr of wearing them. Spent $176 combined and every one of the corsages a flower fell off. Maybe they didn't glue it on properly but for spending up to $32 for some flowers i expect it to be made with good quality like the ones ordered on the 23rd. Was extremely disappointed. Boutonnieres were good. Shame because they looked beautiful.

Went in to get flowers and the lady said they were low on the colour i wanted but she would try to make it happen. I ended up receiving the colour of my choice and on time. I walked in on the pick up date and they had it ready right away. Was very impressed with the quality of service and flowers! I will be back if im ever in need of flowers again. Would recommend

I was very disappointed with the fresh cut arrangement I ordered for $60. It looked no different from what I could get at a grocery store for half the price. The paper wrapping was messy and rushed looking; not what I would expect from a florist. I called to express my disappointment and was offered a $25 credit towards a different purchase, so I will give them 3 stars instead of 2.

Two nice staff helped me out on picking something for my mother's grave on her memorial day of the month. Which I'm not familiar at all with what kind of mixture or coordinate to make it nice. So they made something goes along with Christmas and also they didn't sell anything perennial plant but yet strong in cold environment. I really appreciated for a help on make something special. We live overseas but our parents live in Canada. We ordered three similar items (grinch tree with same price value and style ) all were nearly identical online from three different florists in two different provinces and unfortunately the one from Panda crowfoot was significantly lower quality than the other two. There was nothing wrong with it, however it lacked anything “extra” where the other two had either added flowers, glitter or even a small string of Xmas lights this was one very basic and low effort.

What a great family run store! My daughter graduated high school this year, and with all the ceremonies cancelled due to Covid, Panda Flowers was the only store that had corsages when ceremonies were suddenly back on. They were able to put an amazing orchid together for the corsage along with two roses in a vase and I didn’t feel I paid a premium for them. The flowers all looked great and lasted for a really long time! Thank you Crowfoot Panda Flowers!!

Called crowfoot panda flowers in September of 2017 in a complete panic, wondering if they could make a bridal bouquet of flowers, with less than a week notice. Was willing to take anything at that point, and my request was simple - Any white flowers with some baby breath mixed in. Picked it up a day before my wedding and IT WAS STUNNING. Received a lot of compliments on it and with such short notice, it didn’t cost me any more than $190, which is unheard of in terms of bridal bouquets. They’ve wrapped it so elegantly with a satin ribbon and they put it in a nice little vase, in which I’ve put the bouquet back into, and now I have the flowers completely wilted so beautifully and I keep it on my bedroom dresser. Thank you for being a life saver!

What a joke. Incompetence and stupidity all rolled into one package !! They open at 830 and if you walk in at 900 asking for a simple flower arrangement to be delivered downtown by 300 PM they say they cannot do it.

I would not recommend this florist ever, I called today for confirmation of my order that they apparently did not receive because they said their printer was down funny how my credit card was charged immediately, I ordered an expensive Arrangement and now they're going to rush it and deliver it today, I guess we'll have to wait and see if my money I paid was worth it. Walked in today looking for a large bouquet of roses for a family members milestone birthday. When we told the lady what we were looking for, she went to check with the man up at the front desk about our request. I’m assuming he is the owner/manager. At that point, he practically looked us up and down and said it would be $350 in a condescending tone as if we couldn’t afford it. We would have been more than happy to pay that price if we could get what we were looking for, but they acted like they didn’t want our business. I know this was a large request especially since we were hoping to leave the store with the large order same day, but if they didn’t have the supply to accommodate the request, they could have just said that they wouldn’t be able to do it the same day instead of acting like it would be a huge inconvenience for them and use up all of their stock. Last I checked flower shops actually wanted to sell to customers? Especially during covid when the economy is taking such a hit. Seems like they pick and choose which customers they actually want to accommodate. When we left we discussed going to take a look at Costco, at which point they told us we were gonna “get what we pay for.” So you act like you don’t want to do an order for us but make snide comments when we talk about going elsewhere? We found what we were looking for at Costco, the flowers look just the same and a fraction of the price????????????

Had a very nasty encounter last evening . I was trying to get into the disabled parking space in front of your store but there was an employee loading up with orders from your store. When I asked him to vacate the space he refused. Eventually after an exchange of words he did move his vehicle. There is no way your shop should be using the disabled parking space in directly in front of your store as a loading space.

I have ordered GRACEFUL DEVOTION FUNERAL FLOWERS for $180, the biggest size but received very different bouquet . The first picture is what should be and second one is what delivered!!the third is the one they sent after I complained. ! Just more embarrassing , it was for sympathy and they sent colourful (!) few branches to make up for the first bouquet ! Such an embarrassment! Awful service! Awful flower! One of my worst experience ever! So disappointed and don’t recommend this shop at all
