Was going to give 1 star because flowers were not delivered and no-one answers emails or phone calls. In the end, flowers came a day late, left at the front without a delivery notice (so it took another day before anyone realized that had been delivered). However, recipient is happy, so 3 stars it is.

Didn’t get my ordered delivered the day it was supposed to get delivered. 24 hours later still no sign of delivery or any update from the shop. Called, no answer and no reply to text or email. Avoid this place at all costs.

Online ordering easy to use. However, paid for two dozen roses in deluxe. Received 15 red roses instead (see photo). Left message to inquire about my order - never heard back.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order in the morning, I have been calling them and sending emails, no one answers. Tried to cancel the order, still no one is getting back. I have been calling the number since morning, leaving messages. I don't even know whats going on!!!

What an amazing flower shop!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a beautiful flower arrangement for any occasion. I had over the years used them multiple times, specially for business parties! The delivery service is super great. They were all wow and very special. The staff is very helpful and listens to you, they will find a way to implement your requests and make you smile once they finish the flowers. All the flowers were so beautifully done and always get lots of compliments. Thank you

I am live in India while my best friend lives in Ontario and for the same reason I couldn't visit him on his birthday. As he is very fond of flowers so while I was searching for online portal, I came across Toronto Flora. I got to choose from varied options of flowers. Instantly, I placed my order and the time I expected it to be delivered it was in front of my friend's place. I really loved their service while the collection they have is just amazing. SCAMMER!!!!! I ordered flowers from here and I received no email confirmation. My friend hasn’t gotten her flowers and no one has picked up the phone or emailed me back. Terrible service and product not delivered and money not given back. They scammed me out of $112. What a joke!!! This company should be banned.

Be aware that it is not a legitimate business and they will charge you for services that won't be provided. Basically a scam which tries to convince people that they are legit with fake reviews to make up for the bad reviews they already have and SEO to go higher on the search results.

If you have ordered from them by Paypal you can file a dispute. They are now flaged as scammers because of so many complaints. Apparently their store doesn't exist physically. They make money from you by being a middle man and ordering flowers from a different store. Selling expensive items to you where you could have just bought it from a legitimate store. If your order ever arrives it would have come from a different store. Look at names of the 5 star reviews here, They are all the same bunch of maggots trying to fix the rating.

Disappointed with my order overall. Ordered a small bouquet to be delivered only to have received one flower (not a bouquet) one full day late. When I reached out I received no response. I can understand if there are delays given its Valentine's Day but would appreciate more transparency on delivery updates and the products you sell

So I ordered a bouquet from Ireland for a friend’s anniversary to be delivered in Toronto. The bouquet delivered was nicely done. In my friend’s word .. Flowers were very fresh, beautifully arranged in the bouquet and delivered in-hand.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is dishonest and unreliable. I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered on Feb 14. The flowers were not delivered. After sending an email to Customer Service, they responded saying the flowers had been delivered on the 15. But they hadn't been delivered. My emails since then have gone without a response.
