I've been using Bloomex for floral deliveries for years. Their arrangements are always very nice and I've never had a problem with a delivery. Most of the time when I buy flowers I just go directly to a florist instead of paying for a delivery, so this always feels a bit expensive, but I'm still using them because I'm very happy with the service I've gotten.

Placed an order and a last minute emergency came that required to order to be cancelled and not delivered. Order was still 6 days away from being sent out. I offered them to keep my money and not provide a refund, but not have the order delivered. The request was refused stating it's peak times and we cannot modify the orders once they go on. It's a big company and I feel they should have the resources to deal with such situations. Total lack of empathy towards customers while providing service.

Ordering flowers for my daughter’s 40th birthday. Was a simple and easy process with no difficulties occurring. The delivery is to a different address for a certain date, and this was very easily sorted. Will definitely use Bloomex again. I’m sure my daughter will love them too ????

I had initially left a favourable review before the order was delivered but realized my mistake immediately when the person who received the order let me know that the arrangement was left on their porch in the freezing cold. They were home at the time but never heard any doorbell. The leaves on the Poinsettia were all curled and damaged and they have not recovered. The arrangement was supposed to be Christmas themed in green, red and white flowers and foliage but they substituted yellow flowers instead of white which ruins the holiday appeal as far as I’m concerned. The arrangement is smaller than expected and they also did not include the big beautiful festive bow nor the lovely basket with handle that is featured in the advertised image. I feel like it was a waste of well over $60 and I’m embarrassed that the person who received it thinks this is what I chose for them. I will never place an order with this company again. I had actually thought that I was dealing with a highly recommended local flower store as this website came up when I typed the name of the other store in, so I feel a bit duped and foolish that I didn’t figure things out in time. I've included photos of what I thought would be received vs. what actually was received.

I was also provided with welcome offer since this is my first order and their online live chat was really useful to get quick clarifications. In addition, there was also an option to write a special message to your loved ones which will be printed on a full size card. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! Ordered a bouquet as a thank you for a friend and was absolutely shocked when she sent me the picture of what was delivered. It looks absolutely nothing like what was shown online and looks like it was literally THROWN into the vase 1 minute before delivery. Cannot believe I was charged for this service. Take my advice and do not use this company.

DO NOT order anything from them. Such a waste of money. Just compare what I ordered “sunflowers in a mason jar” with what my friend received “ugly BS”. And when I told them they made a mistake, they said look how happy your friend is in the photo!!!! Of course she is happy you #*#*…she is happy because I sent her something, not because you did a great job!!! They offered me store credit!! Why the hell would I want to work with you again?! Either refund me or send my friend what I ordered!!!!

Ordered flowers to arrive on Friday, they arrived dead on Monday. Requested a refund but was only offered to have the order resent or store credit. They failed to fulfill what I was paying them for, I'm not interested in dealing with them again, so store credit is not acceptable. I strongly do not recommend Bloomex. Based on other reviews, I'm far from the only one that received this treatment.

Ordered the "stunning calla lillies" for my wife on our 10 year anniversary. Surprised I'm still married after giving her these. After discount I ended up spending $100 for 10 flowers. I have a better chance of being stunned by Stone Cold Steve Austin than by being stunned looking at these flowers. They were the wrong colour, tiny (although the box was 4 times taller than the flowers) and many of them were already dead. I wouldn't pay $20 for these never mind $100. I have weeds on my front lawn that look better than this bouquet. I will never use this company again and will be trying to get my money back.

Avoid Bloomex. Ordered a fruit basket for my mom’s 79th birthday. Paid for the upgrade. $83.00 yielded a broken basket, the most hideous and tacky mini balloon and a fruit basket that contained 6 apples, two oranges, a pineapple and a mango. Our office ordered sympathy flowers for our boss. Only giving this place 1 star because the delivery was on time however, the flowers received was not as expected. The website is VERY deceiving. We thought the flowers would come with some kind of vase, but it arrived looking like it was in a floral casket. If NO VASE is included, this should be stated clearly on the website. We thought the additional cost for a vase would be for a different type of tall vase. The photos on the website included flowers with a rounded vase. Moreover, their customer service is terrible. One of my coworkers tried to complain via chat AND phone though Bloomex customer service did absolutely NOTHING to try and resolve the situation but make it worse. Never ordering from here again. I will take my floral business elsewhere next time.

FALSE ADVERTISING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Let me start by saying it's not usually like me to slam a business like this, especially a small one, but my experience with Bloomex was such an expensive waste. The website doesn't give ANY details of the exact contents of your basket, and if you purchase a card, it doesn't give you the option to write your message until AFTER you have paid. Truthfully that isn't a big deal but they again don't state clearly that you have to pay before writing your personal message. I had an issue where it was getting close to their cut off time of 1pm (the only thing that IS stated clearly) and their live chat took an excessively long time to respond saying "after you pay you can write your message in the delivery section". It was about 12:58pm when I finished paying and constructing my message, sent and confirmed the order. I felt relieved for a moment knowing that my grieving father would receive his basket the same day because it was before 1pm, their officially stated cut off, and I just wanted to thank the costumer service rep and just confirm that it would be sent for delivery today. The response I got was "We'll, because your order was so close to the cut off time, there is no guarantee that it will be delivered today." This drove me crazy obviously as I wasted so much time trying to navigate their pretty minimal website just to be told that the cut off time is basically a sham. I would understand if it was passed the stated time but it wasn't. It wasn't 1:01, it wasn't even 1pm, it was 12:58PM! WHAT POINT IS HAVING AN OFFICIAL CUT OFF TIME IF IT'S NOT ACTUALLY AN OFFICIAL CUT OFF. rant over....

They sent the flowers on the wrong date. Also the arrangement that I purchased was called beautiful in blue and in the description said it had white and blue flower and it showed up with only white and some green and they said that it is up to their standards and blue flowers are seasonal? If that’s the case don’t have a picture of what your selling unless it’s accurate or state in the description flowers might look different from the picture. For me the worst was the unacceptable customer service and I will be asking my credit card company to refund. Absolutely BS.

I placed my order June 7 for delivery on June 9 for my mom's birthday -- I ordered the snapdragons and even asked for the biggest size option for the bouquet (not that it even made a difference apparently). The flowers showed a day late, and I know this is a frequent occurrence for your company, as I saw on Better Business Bureau after placing my order. Not only that, but the flowers are damaged and browning and most are even dead. The flowers look nothing like the photo on the website or even what I was hoping for -- I will not even be gifting these to my mom because of the state of them. Honestly this is all just appalling and insulting as a customer.

I didn't have any prior experience in online ordering. Believe me, everything, my daughter was taking care of. After I placed the order at 1.45 pm, I was anxious if it would be delivered on time. Wow, my sweet heart got the flowers right on time when she was hanging around with her friends. She was surprised as usually delivery person (Like other Food delivery) would struggle to find the building that she resides. But the guy from Bloomex was right at the corner her building to deliver. I think that even 1 star, if too high for their service. Ordered flowers, got a completely different bouquet, there reply was: they reserve a right to change the flowers based on stock without notice. *see photos: I have ordered the autumn bouquet and got something completely else. I have paid total of 60$. Asked to cancel the order and was denied because you can only cancel 1 hr after placing the order (even before the flowers been delivered). The flower arrangement they sent wasn't even looked like professionally made! Paid 20$ for next day delivery (on a birthday), got delivered 2 days after. Poor customer service. The worse experience ever. will never going to use their services. They have many policies that protect them but not the integrity to provide you with the product that you paid for. I had the feeling that they gave me this "special " treatment because I called and complained. I have also filed a formal complaint with BBB. They offered me a store credit which I declined- I will never going to use their service again. The feeling is that you are talking to a wall. (I have dealt with the customer service as well as Winnipeg location)

The one suggestion I would make is to provide the customer with a picture of the actual flowers that have been delivered so that I could know the quality.

Terrible experience. Ordered snapdragons to send to a friend on her first day at new job. I included a note to wish her good luck. Instead Bloomex delivered 8 random colored roses with no note in a box that was already cut open. Friend was confused because roses are her least favourite flower and she didn't know who they came from. Needless to say, what should have been a celebratory surprise ended up as a confusing experience for both of us. Contacted the support center and after 5 days of emailing back and forth, they said that they cannot provide a refund but can offer store credit or re-send the original order. I will not be ordering from this company again, so I opted for re-sending the original order.

My boyfriend ordered a bouquet to our hotel with the morning delivery option (9AM-12PM), paying $30 extra, in hopes that it will get to us before we have to check out the subsequent morning. The delivery did not come on time at all and there was minimal communication, and when it had arrived (around 4PM), we were already on our way back to the city and could not receive it. We understand that delays could happen but when we had called to ask for compensation for our losses, the person on the other end did not follow through with their promises. They said a refund is possible, and that they’d follow up with an email. No email has been received whatsoever. Then we called once more, and the person on the other end said that store credit is possible. Nothing on our end still. Then we called a third time only to have Bloomex tell us that the ONLY thing they can do for us is $15 store credit. That amount doesn’t even cover the $30 delivery fee, for a delivery that didn’t even come on time. This is the ultimate solution that a big florist company came up with after three calls. We are extremely disappointed and urge that unless you have the capacity to deal with subpar service, the inability to even follow through with said service, and negligent attitude towards customers, don’t waste your time and money.

I've attached my order VS what I received, and their responses. Their policy states that if they are sold out, they can replace flowers at will, so if you select roses, and they are out of roses, they will just send what ever they have, without informing you of any changes. Maybe if you call and ask what they actually have, you might have a better experience, but they have no requirement to call you. I truly thought they just got some shipping labels mixed up, but after asking for an exchange to the correct order, they declined, stating it was fine by policy(see attached photos). I think they offered me a $20 dollar credit after but I just wont be ordering from them again. What they sent looks nothing like they tired to replicate the original (see attached photos) I ordered red and white, two colours for the occasion, and they sent a rainbow. So I had to go out and buy more. A great small change to their policies would be to call the person whos ordered the product in chance they run out of stock, I gladly would have subbed followers so long as there was still a two colour theme.

Sent my mother-in-law the Flower Basket from Bloomex and she called to thank us and informed us it was a very beautiful arrangement! We’ve been using Bloomex for the last 8 years, whether it’s for a birthday, Christmas, a wedding anniversary and even for funerals and the recipients have always told us that the arrangements are beautiful and there are never any issues with the delivery. Bloomex is our only preferred on-line floral shop!

This is the third time I have used Bloomex and overall been very satisfied with their prices, selection and on-time delivery. On this occasion I ordered the "Holiday Alstroemeria" bouquet of flowers for our friends in Toronto. Although they were very pleased and sent us this picture I was disappointed that the bouquet did not have a mix of white and red Alstroemeria flowers as advertised along with red holly berries......only contained red flowers. However Bloomex does state that they may have to make substitutions if necessary. I will have to keep this in mind next time.

Don't waste your money and disappoint your loved one. I sent an email complaining about the quality and dead stems and they reply "Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy." The second picture posted is my replacement flowers which are gorgeous and I received an apology note which I appreciated. I hope the company starts rectifying any issues a customer has when it’s brought to their attention to avoid negative reviews. INITAL REVIEW: These are are roses I received on Valentine’s Day. Most of the roses came as buds and dying. Only a few of them look nice. I contacted customer service & they refused to either send a replacement or a refund. I called customer service and asked for no dark chocolate to be included and they accommodated my request happily. Customer service was polite, responsive and courteous. Pretty disappointed. Was reccomended to go with Bloomex for my parents 40th anniversary. Ordered a set that was 50% off so I decided to, "super size" it and add a vase. Well what I got looked nothing like advertised. Gave it a 2 because I also paid $19 for morning delivery, and that was on time.

I've had a very disappointing experience with this company, but with the customer service provided and truly genuine apology after I wrote my initial public Google Review, I would be willing to give this company another chance on a non-holiday occasion. I would warn that it is very difficult to contact anyone in this company except for Google Review customer service, and the people who answer the phones lie, and the flowers are left outside without any notification, which can be an issue if they are delivered in the colder months for things like Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc. I placed an order 12 days before Valentine's Day to have a gift basket and flowers delivered on February 14. On February 14, nothing was delivered and there was no communication as to what was going on, so I called the business and could not get through and left a message. I also went on their website for their 24/7 chat, and messaged Jon (the company AI). At 8PM, Jon said my order was confirmed by the florist to be delivered on February 14 but I was still waiting. At 10PM, I checked with Jon again and then the status of my order changed to "under investigation" without notifying me of any changes. I asked Jon if a refund could be instated as the occasion was missed but I had paid a premium to make sure the gift was delivered on that day, and he said he would put in a request to upper management. I also called the company and left a message asking for a refund as the basket was not going to be delivered today and I did not understand why I was paying a premium if the gift wouldn't be delivered on the day the company was charging me a premium for. There was a total absence of communication between the business and their customers and honestly, if the company had reached out to let me know that it was busy and the delivery would not be on time, I would have been more understanding since I know Valentine's Day is very busy. The next day at 12PM, there was still no delivery even though the company notified me that the basket was delivered at 9:31AM on Feb 15 which was completely WRONG, so I called to ask for a refund again and to discuss their poor service, but nobody picked up and I left another message. At 12:30PM, the delivery finally arrived but it was a day later than promised: not even a knock at the door or ring at the doorbell and the flowers and gifts were left on the porch in -10 degree Celsius weather. I called the company again as I asked for a refund 15 hours before this delivery even occurred but couldn't get through to line to place an order nor the line to ask about my order, so to reach someone I had to call the corporate line and Nick kindly put me through to customer service after almost 1 hour of trying to get through to them. I reached Lisa on the customer service line and she said the basket was already delivered so I was ineligible for a refund even though Jon told me on Feb 14 that he placed requests to upper management to cancel my order and refund me. I spoke to four additional people who promised management would be in contact with me over the course of 3 days: Lisa, Tyler, Sarah, and Kate - but nobody contacted me until customer service saw my Google Review, and only then did the company decide to take action. 2 days after Feb 14, Google Review customer service finally reached out to me after reading my review and genuinely apologized. They also sent another flower bouquet, gift basket, and an apology card, which meant a lot because no other employee ever acknowledged with the importance of this holiday and brushed their customers' feelings aside for their mistakes. Thank you Google Review customer service; I hope the rest of your company will be able to improve their customer-facing services to your standard.

I ordered the purple bouquet pictured for my grandmother's birthday. I paid extra to "supersize" the arrangement to ensure she received a full and beautiful gift. The arrangement she received was garbage. Not only did it look NOTHING like the website picture, it was sparse and did not look like a professional arrangement at all. After complaining to the customer service, they claimed they didn't have the correct flowers and upon review of my pics, the arrangement I received was in "accordance with their policy." I don't see how what I paid for can compare to what was received. I will NEVER order from this site again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is the absolute WORST florist to deal with. I placed an order a week a go for next day delivery, which has yet to show up. Every time I contact their customer service team I'm told my "order is in transit and will be delivered today" .... For the seventh day in a row! They only offer in store credit to rectify any issues, which is redundant considering I will never use this company again. They are awful at answering emails as well. Save yourself the time, headache, and money and use a different florist. I'm seriously disappointed as these flowers were for my mother recovering after a serious surgery. Bloomex, you should seriously considering teaching proper customer service to your employees and start living up to the claims of being the "#1 Online Flower Delivery" because quite frankly I've been treated otherwise. Do better. Update: the flowers showed up 7 days late (with a delivery date on the receipt to even show proof of such a late delivery) completely frozen and dead. I'm embarrassed they even showed up at this point.

Bloomex is always my go-to for flowers, whether I carefully plan sending them or have to last minute. The order process is easy, there is a large selection and they always arrive when they are supposed to. My one grievance is that sometimes the delivery person doesn't follow the instructions that you leave on the order form. Other than that, I think the flowers are great value, they are always fresh, they look and smell nice and my expectations are always met. (Pictures are from my last order) - just placed a last minute order for today now and I am confident that Bloomex will deliver!

I hate giving terrible reviews, and honestly this is the first time I ever done so on such a public forum! But my experience with Bloomex was so terrible I have to share it and implore people not to waste their money on their service. There are so many better companies to buy from! I used Bloomex because I found a coupon for $20 off. I ordered 2 dozen white roses for my Mother's 50th birthday last week. Since it was a surprise I had them sent to my house so I could deliver them in person. I am so thankful I didn't have them sent directly to her! Bloomex substituted the white roses for pink (per their policy when they don't have a particular flower). However, in addition to giving the wrong flower - with no advanced notice (which I think is horrible when you order a bouquet of one particular flower verses a mixed bouquet) - they also included little greenery and no babies breath which was pictured on their website. This is after I payed $14-$15 extra for the 'Supersized' product. The overall quality of the substituted flowers (brown tipped on every one) and lack of accent flowers took my $100+ gift and made it look like a rush purchase from the nearest convenience store. I attached pictures of what I ordered verses what I received in this review... honestly my camera made the pink flowers look pretty good, but in person there is so much more brown and wilting! If the flowers and customer services was not bad enough, the fact that the flowers were put into the shipping box upside down - which I am sure did not help with their condition - is just icing on the cake! Of course I contacted customer service and was told to submit photos online and a manager would get back to me right away. Cut to the next day I finally got a response and was told that they would only give me store credit. Through multiple back and forth emails (each one taking a whole day to get a response to because my responses were being treated as new emails), I was told that what I received was a 'fair a reasonable substitute', that the florist had 'followed the recipe' and that, again, all they could give was store credit. My last email to them informed them I would be giving a bad review, and a request for confirmation that the store credit would at least include the cost of the flowers, shipping and tax. I have now gotten an email saying that all they can give me is $20 in store credit!. At this point I am so drained and upset I have given up and accepted the loss - they won! They got their money! I can't afford to get my Mom something else, so it was just a complete loss. Please, do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else to order from. I honestly believe that I was fortunate to have sent the flowers to myself first rather than have my Mom receive those on her special day. I think that this company relies on that; that you won't see the end result. It isn't like the gifted person is going to tell you they don't like your present! I found out after this that a friend of mine had a similar experience. They ordered a sunflower bouquet and then their significant other received 2 flowers total (not what was pictured on the site either). Beware of ordering from here!

Shortly after I ordered (about an hour later) I discovered that the hospital Does not allow flowers at this time. I read a lot of negative reviews so I was really worried, but good thing mine didn’t come in a disaster (probably because all I ordered was just roses). I ended up spending $60 on a dozen roses, with $15 going to delivery. For $45, the flower quality is decent, but with $60, you could definitely pick up better quality roses at a local floral shop (just that my situation didn’t allow it)

Although I ordered the flowers on Friday, her birthday was on Saturday and wanted to make sure there is no delay and she receive them earlier rather than later and Bloomex delivered them on Friday in the morning and I was absolutely impressed by the quality of the bouquet. I called customer service to replace the bouquet and was told my file was under investigation for 24 hours. I called again after a few days and customer service told me nothing was wrong with the flowers so, couldn’t received a price reduction or replacement. Firstly, my delivery was scheduled for Monday, however it was delivered on Tuesday, some type of communication on bloomex part would have been nice. If I could give 0 stars I would - 1 star is too generous. These guys are a SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. An order was placed well in advance to be delivered on Valentine's Day and we paid an extra $20 to have them delivered by noon. Nothing showed up all day, I called to make sure they'd be delivered by 5pm since our office will be closed afterwards and nobody on the customer service line picks up and it disconnects you after some time - their live chat is also useless. I hit extension 3 for corp orders this time and spoke to Nick who had advised me that he made a note in the order. We got several phone calls at 9PM about the order attempting to be delivered. Obviously they could not deliver it to a closed office at 9PM and we no longer wanted the flowers as we had picked up a new order from somewhere else. We have been communicating with the corp orders department and customer service to get a refund and they refuse to reimburse us, even though the order was not fulfilled. They are only offering store credit but we can never trust their service again. Not to mention when I told Greg to advise his manager, Colin, to please get back to me or myself, my friends, my family and my office will never be using their services and will leave a bad review - he said I was "threatening him and his business". Please learn how to handle upset customers, that was not a threat to you in any way, Greg. Your business' inability to fulfill orders and lack of customer service is threatening your business. Horrible experience and ruined our Valentine's Day.

I ordered the item pictured below in the light coloured box. It has at least six different long-lasting plants, plus Christmas decorations. The items actually delivered were in a dark planter I had specifically avoided.There were only three different plants, including cheap Poinsettias which don't last. I could have picked up a couple of $5 pots at the supermarket. I emailed to inform Bloomex that the order was unacceptable, and received the response in the photo. It's laughably ridiculous: "Flowers could change position due to the time they traveled." And so half the plants and decorations could disappear? ???? "Variations in computer monitors." Seriously?! So the light planter has made a total transformation to dark brown due to my monitor? "As well as what mother nature produces." Why advertise - and accept payment for - items Bloomex can't guarantee and ends up not having? If this delivery was " Made in accordance with Bloomex policy," then it appears that Bloomex policy needs an entire overhaul. It's shoddy and unprofessional.

My partner ordered a beautiful arrangement with gifts for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my work. I NEVER received the order!!! The order was supposed to be delivered to an address with a receptionist and nothing. When I followed up and finally got through to someone I was told the order was delivered. To whom? I do not know. I guess they just randomly deliver orders to whoever will take it. I have to confidence with this company (as many others have also expressed). I will be making a formal complaint to the BBB, sharing my experience on every platform I can and contacting our credit card company to start a formal investigation for the small chance we can get a refund. We were sent what would have been a very nice and I expect expensive flower arrangement for Christmas. Delivery date was to be Dec 23/21. Delivery actually occurred on Dec 30th. The boxes looked OK but the flowers inside were spilled and the arrangement was damaged. Notified Bloomex. 1st response was you needed to tell us within 24hrs of receiving the flowers. Which we did but they were closed and did not bother to call us back even though our message was clear. 2nd response was not responsible for 3rd party couriers. However, Bloomex was paid to make the delivery and they selected the courier. Just because they outsourced part of their job should not absolve them from being responsible or let them wide their hands of the concern. This is just bad business. 3rd was OK send pictures and we will get back to you. No response yet.

Worst flower ordering experience and customer service I have ever dealt with. Flowers arrived dead, damaged and completely different than what was in the advertisement photo. They were not in a condition worth presenting, so I threw them straight into the garbage. When dealing with customer service, it's like dealing with robots; they just read standard customer response templates from a monitor over and over. The Flowers were extremely disappointing, cost $85, and customer service was only willing to provide a $15 credit for future order. Ya forget that, I will not be ordering Flowers from bloomex again. BUYER BEWARE, customer service likes to point to terms and conditions such as flower substitution to justify why the bouquet you received looks nothing like the advertised photo.

My Valentine’s bouquet just arrived. Three days early!!! I called and was told their supplier in my area only delivers Tuesday - Friday, no Monday delivery. I asked them why they didn’t advise that a Valentine’s Day delivery was not possible. They take no responsibility at all for delivery dates. Out of their control they said. Fine, but maybe they could tell you when you order that your flowers won’t arrive for the occasion they are ordered for! Thank goodness it wasn’t an order for a funeral or wedding! I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday. They claim the were delivered. However they must have been delivered to the wrong address, as the recipient never got them. After contacting customer service they eventually send me a photo of the porch the flowers were left on, it was indeed the incorrect address. After dealing with customer service for over an hour, they reluctantly agreed to do another delivery at their expense the following Monday. Again, they were never delivered to the right place. The address they had on file was correct. I don't know where they are sending the flower to, but they aren't getting to the right place. I don't know if the flowers are any good, as they never got delivered. Their customer service is terrible. And they incentivize you to leave positive reviews on their website with the promise of a $5 refund upon leaving a review. That is why I am leaving a review on google instead. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE, you don't know who will get them. Update: they ended up shipping out a 3rd batch of flowers that eventually made it. After getting photos of the house to send to bloomex so they could see based on the delivery photos it went to the wrong place again. Was a pain for the recipient as they just got released from the hospital and should be relaxing. The flowers they did recieve where not nearly as full or colorful as the example. Especially after paying for the largest upgrade. I ordered colorful snapdragons, but they were mostly white, with a little pink, and a lot of leaves for filler. I won't be ordering from them again.

I placed an order for sympathy flowers to be delivered for a funeral service and included all the information in the delivery instructions section. Bloomex then reviewed the information and accepted the order. I received a notice at 4pm on the date of delivery that they attempted to delivery at 1pm, the service began at 10am. I am now being refused a refund because “our policy is no refunds”. Absolutely disgusting that you would accept this order with no intentions of following through or calling me to review before accepting. Edit to add: just spoke with customer service on the phone because emailing takes over 24hrs for each response and the gentleman was rude and did not provide any helpful solutions. I just want my money back for your mistake.

Bloomex is one of the biggest scams going on the internet. I ordered daisies and they sent me roses instead. They told me that it was their policy, as if anyone reads that, that if the flowers you ordered were not available, they would send something similar. What they sent were a dozen yellow roses and they were already turning brown. I was told that I got better flowers than I paid for. If they couldn't send the flowers I paid for then they should have contacted me and given me my money back. If you want nice flowers, then try someone other than Bloomex. Do your research and find out the scam they're running. Below my review Bloomex says it would like to help me with my terrible experience but it's a total lie. They did not respond to me when I told them I was going to give them a bad review on Google. Also, the lousy roses they did send still haven't opened and they're even browner than when I received them. What's really sickening is that my wife was out today and picked up a beautiful bouquet of white daisies for $9.99 at the grocery store and I paid $44.99 for ugly roses that I didn't order. Bloomex is a SCAM, so look for a reputable florist instead. When I wrote the first part of my review there were 4000 reviews and today there are over 7000 reviews.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I placed an order to be delivered on a Monday and they did not tell me that it would not be delivered, I had to check on my order the entire day and get in touch with customer service via live chat and they kept telling me to "kindly be patient". They continuously told me that a manager would contact me although nobody did. They were supposed to be delivered on Monday and they are now saying that they will be delivered on Wednesday. One person told me that the recipients address was out of the local zone which is why it was not on time and another person told me they had too many orders, neither of which is my fault and should have been given the proper delivery date options. I have ordered from the previously and got red and orange flowers when I had ordered white and pink ones but thought it was a one time error. Now that I am asking for a refund, they tell me it is not in their policy to give refunds and they can ship out another bouquet for me to the same person when it would be a week late. They also said they can issue me store credit but why would I want store credit for a company that I will never be going back to based on my terrible experiences. If you are looking for a place to get flowers delivered from, make sure NOT to choose Bloomex.

Made my order around 10:00am for same day delivery waited all day nothing, called they told me to wait as the delivery was under investigation, and that if it’s not deliver before 8:00pm then it’s over, that mean no refund, they do not garante same day delivery, they only try same day delivery and if it failed then they will send you the flower when their schedule is open, next day, next week, doesn’t matter to them as the policy is either a store credit or you wait until they find a time to deliver the flower. It’s a scam! You pay premium for the quick deliver but they don’t care! They take the premium money and deliver a week after. Nothing you can do! SCAM!!!

Do not waste your money. I ordered a casket spread for my grandmother funeral and a reef. Only casket spread was delivered looking as dead. Also nowhere as big and lively as online. They had to audacity to then tell me on day of funeral via email that reef was not able to be delivered. I found it very deceiving and email their customer service with the picture. Answers that I got back is they are following the policy for alternative flowers. I had initially left a favourable review before the order was delivered but realized my mistake immediately when the person who received the order let me know that the arrangement was left on their porch in the freezing cold. They were home at the time but never heard any doorbell. The leaves on the Poinsettia were all curled and damaged and they have not recovered. The arrangement was supposed to be Christmas themed in green, red and white flowers and foliage but they substituted yellow flowers instead of white which ruins the holiday appeal as far as I’m concerned. The arrangement is smaller than expected and they also did not include the big beautiful festive bow nor the lovely basket with handle that is featured in the advertised image. I feel like it was a waste of well over $60 and I’m embarrassed that the person who received it thinks this is what I chose for them. I will never place an order with this company again. I had actually thought that I was dealing with a highly recommended local flower store as this website came up when I typed the name of the other store in, so I feel a bit duped and foolish that I didn’t figure things out in time. One suggestion would be to show the size of the varying options so buyer has a visual of what to expect. The description said actual flowers may vary but I’m hoping by not much. I would strongly advise NOT to order anything from Bloomex. I have ordered set of mixed colored daisies bouquet and got unbloomed tulips. I ordered a set of flowers and not only were they delivered way past the promised delivery time, it was delivered in the middle of the night when my girlfriend and I were already about to go to sleep. Further, we had received completely different flowers than our original order, not to mention that there were no previous mention of substitutions. Customer service support is terrible, they are replying once every 24 hours and covering up all their mistakes with so called "company policy". There was no regard for customer satisfaction and they expect me to pay for a service that was incredibly late and wasn't even what I had asked for.

I've ordered from Bloomex a few times and have had decent experiences. However, my most recent order was disappointing. On the 8th I placed an order as part of a larger Valentine's Day surprise. I requested that the flowers be delivered on the 13th, but they instead showed up on the 11th. I was given no warning that they may be delivered early and as a result they ruined a larger surprise that was planned. Customer service was not willing to help in any way besides offering their apologies. I understand the busy season and they wanted to deliver early rather than late, but there should have been a clear warning that orders might arrive early. Do not buy from BLOOMEX. I have been meaning to write a review on my overall experience and haven’t got to it until now. Overall my experience was Embarrassing, disappointing, & time consuming. I placed an order on Bloomex’s website for the delicate delight Bouquet for my mom’s b-day. When I called her the day of delivery, she sent me a pic of what appeared to look nothing like the bouquet depicted on site. The flowers were wilted, flowers were missing, with the majority being daisies. This gift was supposed to spark joy on my mom’s special day and I am so embarrassed by what was delivered and feel scammed. I initially called the site to only be notified that the operators are busy. I then sent an e-mail to customer service, and received a reply back advising that they they would rectify the issue by resending a bouquet or sending a gift basket as a replacement, no refund was extended, and no date was provided on when they would be sent. When I reached out to customer service via live chat, they left me waiting for longer than 30 mins and didn’t bother to reply back. I sent a follow up e-mail as a last attempt and received the below e-mail the next morning. “Thank-you for contacting us. We have issued a resend of this order. We are awaiting our new stock to arrive prior to resending this order to ensure it is sent at its freshest state. @Bloomex, why wouldn’t you have fresh flowers available on hand to resend the order? This is a waste of time and money, and worst of all, I feel horrible and embarrassed that my mom received the flowers that she did. I do have to say that my mom ended up receiving another bouquet after the fact, but other than the flowers being alive, it was nothing special. I will never order from this site again. Everyone Beware and stay clear!!! It’s not worth your time. I wish I read all of these negative reviews before buying. Images attached to compare what I thought I would receive VS. What I got.

I have used Bloomex for nearly ten years now and love their service and reasonable prices! I wouldn’t use any other online floral company not only because they have such a large selection of beautiful flowers at great prices, but because I love their gift baskets and have sent more than a few over the years as an expression of sympathy and thanks. All recipients have loved these wonderful and generously stocked baskets and have enjoyed the contents immensely. Maybe I should send a basket to myself to see what they were raving about! I signed up for the 20% discount, but never received the voucher code in time, but upon calling customer service they provided discount and applied it to my order, which is very kind of them. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I purchased flowers for my mother's birthday, and ordered the deluxe size (which I paid extra). What was delivered was pathetic and sad. Thrown together with no thought and so small!!! I contacted their customer service - what a waste of time. Basically said they can substitute what they want - which would be totally acceptable if it were the same value but look for yourself. I didn't even want a refund, I wanted my mom to get close to what I paid for. Read through the reviews - this is a common occurrence and 2 other people I know had the same issue. Honestly my dog could put a nicer bouquet together. Shame on you Bloomex.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My best friend ordered these flowers for my graduation and from the moment that I opened the box two of the rose heads had completed separated from their stems. It’s been less than 24 hours and the roses have already shed an enormous amount of petals. I am not impressed with the company or the way that they have been handling the refund request. I won’t be recommending their service.

Terrible service.Rate 0. Call a local florist, do not use this company. Valentine's day flowers came way too late. In all of my years ordering flowers, I have never had problems with on time delivery. Do yourself a favour and call a florist who will take time to listen and deliver your flowers in a timely manner. I will never - I repeat never - use this company again. The first time I used Bloomex, the boquet they sent looked nothing like the one I'd ordered, and I had to argue hard with customer service for some level of compensation. They wouldn't refund the cost but in the end sent me a gift box. Foolishly, this past week I thought I'd try again. My sister is 3000 miles away in hospital, I can't be there, and thought Bloomex would be at least quick and couldn't screw up a Roses order. The delivery was supposed to be there January 28 and still isn't. I've left three messages now with Bloomex Customer Service and no-one has called me back. I am just disgusted.

Very disappointed with my Bloomex experience, if I could give it a 0 I would. I am almost convinced that this establishment is a complete scam. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day as a treat for my mother whom I don’t see often. The moment I placed my order I had lingering questions, I attempted to call the business and each time without fail I was placed on hold by a machine and then hung up on. I attempted to then go and reach out to their online chat and was completely ignored. I received an email today that my flowers were delivered and had called my mother for her to go to the door and see if there was an actual delivery and NO SURPRISE! There was NO delivery. Of course I proceeded to call Bloomex and once again I am placed on hold by a Machine and then hung up on NUMEROUS amount of times. I go and see if i can find some hope though their online chat and once again there is no resolve. For a company that claims to be “Canada’s Official Florist” there is no professionalism and your business should be run with a higher standard. Do yourself a favour and order through another service or pick up flowers in person. This is NOT worth the headache or disappointment, especially when it’s going towards a good cause.

I ordered a bouquet in a vase ..they were delivered dead frozen and without a vase or card...my mother didn't even know who they were from. They wouldn't give me my money back. Worst service ever ! I ordered a chocolate basket for my father in the hospital,. I was hesitant about ordering it so Bloomex sent me a 20% code to save $ , so I went ahead and ordered it. There was no visible place to take the 20% so I after I ordered it I called Bloomex right away. They said there is no way to give me the discount, so i said, I ordered this 5 minutes ago so I would like to cancel the order. The operator told me that it is impossible to cancel the order. I agreed to accept the order. I ordered same delivery so I expected the order to be delivered promptly the next day. Well that didnt happen. My father was discharged from the hospital at 1 p.m, so I called Bloomex at 8:30 to see if I could cancel the order, or at least get it delivered by 1 pm. I thought I could speak to the local florist to make alternate arrangements and pick up the basket. The operator at Bloomex said there is no way to contact their warehouse, or the local florist or even make an alternate arrangement. So I wanted to cancel the order again, and was told no. I have no idea where this basket is or what will happen to it, all I know is that I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY again ! I also will be calling my credit card company to dispute this charge and also make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

It was not the first time sending flowers with Bloomex. Each time they are delivered fresh and in great condition. This time there was a mix up of addresses, but it got fixed rather quickly. The delivery person was polite, apologized and behaved very professionally. Flowers look beautiful and fresh which helps create a celebratory mood.

Too bad there isn’t a 0 star selection. Please do NOT waste your money and buy from this company. There was an article written on their scam a couple years ago, and for some reason they’re still in business. The arrangements are sooooo minuscule for the price, you are better off buying everything and making it yourself into a gift basket. Not at all worth the price, and we ordered twice just to be sure it wasn’t a mistake. However, we sent the second gift basket, sent as a thank you to nurses, although marked delivered, was never received. It was “delivered” to a centre and easily accessible for the delivery driver, despite the nurses checking the lobby and entire access points in the delivery notes and building. It was never delivered to the correct location!!! To make matters worse, despite their mistake, they don’t offer refunds. Instead they patronize you with a scripted response (not a real customer agent) and don’t offer any suitable solution.

Luckily it still looked alright, but as a company you can't get away with just sending something random that was not what the person ordered. I would not recommend this company at all

Awful experience. I ordered a bouquet and the person got a completely different thing wrapped in a plastic bag. After my contact they told me that the local florist they used run out of flowers and sent that tiny bouquet so the person could receive the gift on time. They delivered half of the flowers that were discriminated on the list that came wit it. Payed $80 for something that i can buy similar at Walmart for $20.

We ordered an arrangement from Bloomex online. When they were processing the order they were not able to get the flowers as shown. They called us and explained the situation and gave us different options. By switching the color of the lilies and roses we were able to come up with something very similar to what we ordered and still feature the purple color in the arrangement. They were very courteous and polite and pleasant to deal with.
