This place is amazing and Ray went over and beyond on a last minute notice to supply tulips and vegan cake for daughters birthday who moved to Canada from Australia for marriage. We ordered from Australia and were able to deliver outstanding service, Ray was very helpful and efficient.

Fantastic service! I recently got engaged and my friend sent me flowers. I received the flowers 10 hours after sealing the deal! <3 It was such a beautiful gesture and the flower arrangement is STUNNING! They have brilliant customer service and impeccable product I was placing the order for my friend in Vancouver, however I had an issue with the post code, for some reason it took the post code but for Victoria instead and I realized this after the order was placed, and it was a next day delivery. As I am in India and there is time difference it all needed to be sorted out in timely manner. I panicked and sent them voicemails, emails and insta messages. As soon as they opened they responded to me on insta and informed me that they have made the changes. It was a relief. there after I also had them make some changes to the message as well, through all of this they were very helpful, patient with me also with the delivery as well they made some adjustments and gave a Stunning product at the end of the day. And I would like to especially thank Ray for this, he is a star... Amazing Customer Experience. Very patient and polite. If I was in Vancouver I would definitely use them regularly.

Just the best service - my guy is out of the country but sent me balloons, flowers, my favorite perfume and a tiramisu cheesecake he had made for me - all picked up, organized and delivered not only by the company, but by the lovely owner Ray himself - great job; absolutely made my day! Of course I have to credit Deon (my guy) who apparently spent a lot of time making sure to get it all right (such a heart!), but he needed a great company here to help make it happen - and he found it. I feel very blessed. <3

Beautiful website to order flowers, with a huge catalogue, but I was blown away by how fresh and fantastic the designers choice floral arrangement was. This is definitely not 1-800 flowers. Every flower seemed to be hand selected for my floral arrangement to be delivered to my best friend Ellen’s retirement party in West Vancouver. She was absolutely thrilled. Wow! Above and beyond service! I contacted Red Rose for out of prinvince, we got a special hotel room for a surprise birthday and Ray and his team set up the room beautifully! Not only that, but about 5 balloon companies fell through last minute and Red rose saved the day! They made a special balloon assortment just in time and really pulled through. 100% would recommend to everyone!

There is still kindness left in this world! I live in Turkey and found Vancouver Red Rose from internet to deliver cakes&baloons&flowers to my sister&nephews who live in Vancouver. It was my nephews' birthday and my sister and one of my nephew turned out to be Covid positive on kids birthday! Although they do need 24 hours to prepare cake, Ray made it possible until the same day afternoon. Although he knew that there are Covid positive cases, he made the delivery by himself because all the drivers were busy with Christmas deliveries. If it was not for Vancouver Red Rose, I couldn't make it due to time difference, pre Christmas etc. He texted me from whatsapp, got approval for the cake and the note. And I think, the greatest part is he somehow wrote this note in handwriting in a language he doesnt speak. I do thank Ray a lot!

I no sooner placed my order on line when the owner, Ray called me to apologize for the fact that he did not have the featured blossom of the bouquet I had ordered. As we all know the current ‘State of Emergency’ due to the terrible flooding that exists in BC and I was just happy to be able to send anything.
