I made an online order from Special Moments flowers (as its one of my absolute favourite locally owned businesses) and I was super happy with not only the colour choice of flowers, but the speedy delivery. I was on a bit of a time crunch and needed my order on short noticed. I called Jennifer as soon as they opened (after I made the order an hour prior) and I received my flowers within less than a few hours. I've never been disappointed by the look or smell of the flowers and they have always stayed vibrant for quite some time. I would recommend popping into this shop for the beautiful aesthetic alone. Thank you for your wonderful service! I will made purchases from you for many years to come.

Beautiful displays of plants and cut flowers spilling out the inviting doorway. Elegant designs I find it difficult to leave without a new treasure. Cute cards and candles round out some of the easily gifted goods. I had requested a photo to see the changes requested pre delivery which was accommodated as promised. I ordered flowers the deluxe seasonal arrangement to be delivered to my grandmother on her birthday and she was over the moon when she received them. She couldn't get over how beautiful they were and they really made her day. She spent 30 mins on the phone to me trying to explain the different colours and guess the types of blooms. If only she knew how to work a camera I wish I could see them myself! But what is most important is how special you made her feel and I just wanted to sincerely thank you from both of us. Easy to use website with lots of options and customization. I placed my order online from Ontario for a friend in North Van and Special Moments was able to deliver day of. Pricing was reasonable for flowers. The cost of including a card was a big high. Would be nice if there was a simple $1-2 option.

Jennifer was AMAZING!!! She did my wedding flowers in November 2021 on short notice (we found her a month before the wedding date), she took last second requests (like a week before the wedding we added a giant arrangement to our ceremony arch), and our flowers matched the reference photos we gave her EXACTLY! She gave me specific flower types that other vendors said they wouldn't be able to get and I was so happy with everything. Her prices and delivery fees were also very reasonable. She was a pleasure to communicate with. We can't recommend her highly enough. 10/10!!!
