I was overseas and had to do a last minute order, the night before as next day was my sisters birthday and I had a previous gift bought weeks ago that communicated last minute they had to cancel the order so I was scrambling to get something. I spent hours on different floral shops, Petalino had the nicest orchid plants. Unfortunately, they replied their first email to say their new orchids wont arrive until few days later, I was left in dismay. But eventually, they took inconsideration and made it work! So my sister was able to receive something on her birthday! Thank you for helping figure it out. During covid times also, it makes a big difference being able to give a smile to someone's face . Thank you, the orchids are beautiful ❤

This company held a groupon and never followed through with the event. They will NOT refund me my money. After telling me they would give me a bouquet for my Grandmothers funeral and to come pick it up the day before. There was NOTHING there for me. TERRIBLE COMPANY!! For months I called endlessly, several emails with no response from the owner. Every response to this review is false. This company is clearly so disrespectful of others money and time. I can’t believe someone could falsely make an event, then not follow through. Then not even refund. Then regarding the funeral exchange, My mother showed up and there was nothing after she confided the day before. On one of my many phone calls!! This woman is on GLUE!!

I wanted to order flowers for my friends birthday. But because I had left it so late they were out of the particular flowers I wanted. Thankfully the Petalino staff called me right away to offer options. I asked if the could make something similar with the same colors and boy did they deliver. They created something even more beautiful and my friend absolutely loved them. They managed to do it all same day. Outstanding customer service and care. Definitely recommend!

This place is THE place for designer flowers. If you're looking for a special gift for someone and are shopping for flowers go here. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. I've never had a bad experience with them ever, the entire store is creative and all their designs look great! Not some cheap stuff you get from the grocery store. If you're paying a florist you're paying for quality and design, that's here. I've had a designer there, Marissa, make me a few designs and she was phenomenal! The designs stand out and everyone asks where the bouquets came from! Don't sell yourself short, take those cheap flowers and can them! GO here for your next special purchase. Holidays, Valentines day etc.

Ordered a bouquet for mother's day with less than 24 hours notice and they did up the most beautiful arrangement. The flowers were incredibly fresh and the design was exquisite, mom was really pleased. Would recommend this place to anyway looking for high quality, fresh, and tasteful flower arrangments.

Petalino was recommended to me by the funeral home since I am not from the area. I found a beautiful arrangement of peach roses that were horizontal rather than tall and look very luscious. I asked if they could switch the peach roses to red since that was the favorite color of my relative, and they made the change without any hassle or increase in cost. I was very pleased working with them on the phone to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you! (Wish I could add a picture of the arrangement.)

Have had 2 deliveries from this flower shop - both very disappointing - Christmas pot had one had 1 pointsetta stem with no roots that died quickly in what seemed like my backyard garden soil (including the stones) and the second one for my birthday was very boring. I can better arrangements from a grocery store than from this florist!

I visited the Petalino website because I wanted to send flowers to friends in Vancouver and I live in Ontario. I used their easy form under Contact Us to ask a question about a special arrangement. I received a quick reply and a link to purchase an arrangement for the price I had in mind. So Easy! On the day I wanted the flowers delivered, Gelareh messaged me 2 pictures of the arrangement which was BEAUTIFUL! Gelareh was also so professional in letting me know that the flowers were out for delivery and then when they had been delivered. My trust in Petalino was totally rewarded with the quality of the flowers and the friendliness of the staff. Most importantly, my friends were delighted by the flowers!

I want to share my experiences with you . Petalino Bar and Events has sent me an stunning designed bouquet on my birthday on oct.16th. I can't believe my eyes as I see most of the flowers are still alive and fresh after let's say more than one month ,I keep them in a cool place in my balcony at nights . I have always been satisfy and happy with their arrangements. They always been loyal and stick to my orders with their beautifully arranged flowers and,also within my budget .They are punctual, kind and with a good taste. My colleagues sent me flowers from this florist. Upon delivery I was told that the flowers were not the ones that were originally ordered but was replaced with comparable ones. Unfortunately the arrangement contained a large number of small flies. They were so numerous that we had to place the arrangement outside. I emailed the florist to let them know and received a rather short reply - no apology nor acknowledgment of the issue. I was quite disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the flowers the way they were meant to be. I would have given only one star however the second star was for the friendly delivery. I would like to be able to support a local business - maybe another time.

Petalino Customer service is Great!! The lady that helped me on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and on top she gave me a discount on the delivery for being in the area. I hired Petalino Flowers for my wedding in October and was impressed with the online form to calculate costs and the response from Gelareh to come in or call to double check the amount of flowers. I could not find much inspiration on the internet as to what I wanted, but I did really want purple flowers for all the arrangements. With simply a colour scheme, Gelareh produced beautiful arrangements and bouquets for my wedding. I did not know exactly what to expect for the arrangements after an in person meeting where I only pointed out flowers I liked - but this is because I had no vision and this is exactly the reason to hire someone wonderfully creative like Gelareh! The bouquets were beautiful and had such amazing shapes! And my two bridesmaids had subtly different arrangements which was a really nice touch. Everyone thought the purple was an interesting choice but Gelareh made it work and all the flowers were fresh, held their shape throughout the day, and I could not have been more impressed with the product. Thank you very much for the beautiful flowers!

She provided an amazing customer service and despite the last minute quality of my order she still fulfilled it. I’m truly happy with professionalism and the quality of the work.
