We were really impressed with the standing funeral spray for a very dear friend. And the service was equally impressive. Thank you Julie for taking that extra mile to deliver the funeral spray on a Sunday considering the store was closed. Sending a funeral arrangement is always very hard and emotional. Your suggestions and flexibility made our lives easier in trying times. We will make Heaven Scent our flower store for all occasions.

Wow n wow...what great service!!!! I phoned in an order from BC at about 2pm Pacific time ...for delivery to the Oakville hospital...beautiful flowers arrived at her room about 90 mins later ...you guys ROCK.... thanks soo much ...fantastic service!!

I purchase flowers for my wife on a somewhat regular basis (never enough from her perspective ????). The flowers are always beautifully arranged and top quality. When our children purchase flowers from other florists, they are not quite as spectacular and certainly never remain vibrant for as long as the arrangements from Heaven Scent. I highly recommend them.

I walked into the shop and the lady DID NOT get up from whatever the heck she was doing on the computer. I was there left staring at flowers I barely knew much about. I needed help, that's why I went there in the first place. I could have just picked up a prepackaged bunch of flowers from Freshco. Customer service? ZERO in capital letters.

If I could rate a ‘0’ I would. Sorry to say but needs to be said. Disappointing. Very disappointing. The flowers I bought were basically dead and wilted when I purchased them. The very next day they were wilted on the petals edge and clearly browning. The flowers were dropping with no life. I purchased 6 roses for a recital performance for my daughter. Very difficult to present dead flowers after her performance. Not to mention the arrangement was unbalanced and in my opinion none presentable. Baby’s breath was also missing from my original order. Definitely not witty $30 for 6 roses. I think better quality at your local grocery. Sorry to say.

When I spend over 50 bucks for a dozen roses I expect them to stay alive for more then two days. Roses looked nice but at this price you expect quality...better off buying roses at the grocery store...1/3 of the price and will stay alive longer.

Nice lady, nice arrangement. Sunflowers look good but holy smokes was it expensive. Over 60 bucks for 5 sunflowers in a vase. I know nothing about flowers, and it was the same price on the website when I checked later so my fault. I should have asked how much it was before I had her make the arrangement. Lesson learned.

I have a wife, two daughters, a mother, a step-mother, and a mother-in-law. Between birthdays, Valentine's Day, anniversaries, and Mother's Day, plus any other special occasion, I am constantly buying flowers. Heaven Scent Flowers has always been most courteous and pleasant. In Oakville, we have several options for flowers. The quality of Heaven Scent flowers is truly exceptional. I am looking at the roses I bought my daughter for her birthday three weeks ago and they still look great. Flowers from other florists cannot come close to that. Everyone who receives flowers from this store raves about them. Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

I scent flowers to a friend today (see what I did there ;) lol) and she posted a photo online. they were beautiful. pretty much exactly what I wanted. I own a small floral shop in a different area and my description when sending was particular, but they managed to full the order exactly how I asked for it. I feel like she rushed me while I was ordering over the phone and wasn't very informative about my selections. she was overly eager to complete the necessary information and wanted me to call back with the missing information rather then just wait a minute while I gathered it. not pleased with the customer service and will not be ordering from here again

Their service is horrible. I ordered flowers over 48 hrs in advance for a specific day, and they didn't get their flowers on time. When I called to inform them when the recipient was going to receive their flowers, the lady said within a few minutes or into an hour. Wrong!! The arrangement wasn't anything like the picture.

Horrible service. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was quite rude and unhelpful. I asked if there was a way for me to see the flowers before I sent them (without going into the store) and he told me it's a bouquet, they're nice flowers and if I'm not interested to find somewhere else.
