Your website does a great job at displaying the styles and different options for bouquets. I called my order in at the North Bay location and the lady who answered was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had several questions about some of the styles and she offered descriptions and information on available flowers. She helped me customize the bouquet so it’d be exactly what I was looking for. The pricing was true and reflective of quality and workmanship of the bouquet. Delivery options were also great and on time. Exactly as described. The only thing that could’ve made this experience better would maybe to send the purchaser a picture of the final bouquet as a confirmation. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Thank you so much! I have used this florist three times. Twice remotely from Vancouver and once while I was visiting. Each time they went the extra mile to accomodate the request. Most recently I called just after the shop had closed and the florist still patiently took my order, made suggestions and answered all of my questions. It took 45 minutes. I called from out of town and spoke to a very nice lady. She was friendly and helpful while speaking with me about sending my Aunt something special for her 92nd birthday. Although I didn't see the basket sent, my Aunt was very pleased and so amazed how big and beautiful it was. The staff at the garden centre suggested we put a single yellow rose with baby's breath in the ribbon that tied the basket. My Aunt loved that part, made a special comment about the rose. Having used here before, see post earlier this year, I called Kelly on short notice for Mothers’ Day. She aced it again. My mother is beyond happy. Five stars all around! Thanks Kelly. Found this place online as I live in Ottawa. Within 10min of leaving a message a lovely lady called, efficiently took my order for a custom arrangement for my mother, suiting her tastes. Next day, around 11 it was delivered and my mother called saying it was the prettiest arrangement she’s ever gotten, gushed that everything was perfect: the colours (spring like I wanted) size ( low profile, again per my request) cheery (Mom loved the added butterfly on top. Nice touch!) It made my mother so happy which of course made me happy. Well done The Flower Garden. I would definitely reccomend and use again. Thanksgiving 2020 My Mom just recieved her flowering plant, she loves it and the pho-birch bark container. Once again Kelly and Kimby were sweet to work with and delivered exactly as and what they promised. I continue to give them 5 stars and will most definitely use them again.

I found the website quit helpful but decided to call the store and see if they could assist me. They were very helpful over the phone and I appreciated their friendly advise in placing my order. I ordered a Blooming Basket Planter and they were able to customize it in my price range. They even offered to hand write my message on the card. The item was delivered the same day and my friend sent me a picture. It was exactly was I was looking for. Thanks again for your help!

Very helpful was trying to send flowers to my friend for birthday. Couldn't do it in line so I called. The service was amazing the lady assisting me was very helpful and happy to help. I have ordered from them twice, and they have done a terrific job! The Mother's day bouquet I ordered from them is stunning, and my mum absolutely loved them! Came in a beautiful planter than can probably be reused. Friendly service when I picked them up, and I noticed they had a bunch of other gift ideas, like chocolate and balloons, also available. I booked my wedding flowers and decorating with the flower garden and they did an incredible job. The bouquets were stunning and the decorating very detailed. The quality of their product is exceptional also. My Aunt took home a bouquet of roses from the flower garden and they lasted 2 weeks! I know from experience one is doing good to get just one week out of roses from the grocery store. I would recommend this florist to anyone.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Flower Garden and Kelly was disappointing. After Kelly provided a quote for my wedding and we decided to move forward to her, 1 month prior to the wedding she significantly increased the quote without communicating the reason to us. She also became very difficult to get a hold of - telling us how busy she was. When you’re planning a wedding you need a vendor who is available, transparent and professional. Unfortunately, the Flower Garden did not stack up. We ended up finding a vendor 3 weeks prior to our wedding who was 1/3 of the price and provided exactly what we wanted. If you’re planning a wedding I’d take your business elsewhere.
