I was recommended this shop by Tide & Vine Oyster house. My partner and I (from Vancouver) got engaged at Niagara Falls on Nov 6 2021 and had lunch at Tide and Oyster. I called and spoke with a really kind and sweet lady at the Flower House and I told her my story and what I wanted for flowers and she made it happen! She was so sweet and I felt like I knew her for 10+ years. I wanted something small yet elegant. Small as we were flying out the next day and couldn’t take the flowers with us. She made it happen. The beautiful flowers were delivered on time to the restaurant and were there on the table when we arrived. Totally made our day! Thank you and so lovely to talk to you! Wish we could have met you and your store in person.

Definitely the most unique flower arrangements in Niagara. I order from the Flower House for every special occasion and who ever receives the flowers always compliments the beauty of the arrangements. I cant them enough.

If you aren't from the city and ordering via phone, ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE. The picture below is the flower arrangement I received for $205.00CAD, which I had bought via phone for a funeral! There are 20 steams in this arrangement and greenery. This comes out to be over $10 a steam and they're not even all premium flowers(roses), and this occasion didn't occur on a holiday either. When I went to the viewing of the funeral they had miss spelled a name on the card and I had contacted them the same day to change it because this is an embarrassing error. Someone advised me this would be changed, the next day at the funeral there was no correction. How do you justify charging $205 dollars for this arrangement? This is terrible. I can get a better, more plush arrangement in the heart of downtown, this is a premium. You should be embarrassed as a company trying to justify ever error over the phone and coming up with ever single excuse. 9 roses 5 Carnations 3 Hydrangeas Babys Breath Green

I called the store on August 12 morning and Cheryl answered. I requested a hand bouquet of flowers much like the Citrus Smiles Bouquet but without the vase, to be sent to a friend that same afternoon. I live in Mississauga. By 1:45pm, Cheryl sent me a picture of the bouquet (at my request) before having it sent and I was so happy. My friend received the bouquet of flowers within that hour and she was EXTREMELY SURPRISED and it truly made her day????. I am not only pleased with the flowers but also the fast response and delivery time. THANK YOU CHERYL! I will be recommending and using this flower store again.

We absolutely love Adrianna and The Flower Shop. I know very little about flowers so I have to trust Adrianna and her knowledge. She makes gorgeous arrangements with unique flowers at the price point you want. I have used Adrianna for all my flower needs in the past couple years now and the most memorable was our wedding at Liuna Station while she was 40 weeks pregnant! She insisted she visit the venue while her staff was setting up just to ensure everything was executed the way we had planned everything. All the arrangements from 40 centre pieces, to the head table, the front lobby, the welcome reception line, the floral around the seating plan and all the arrangements at the church alter. She added so much elegance to our special day! Would highly recommend this shop for those looking for creativity, reliability, and overall great costumer service!!

My daughter received a very pretty planter today for her birthday, supplied and delivered by The Flower House. Unfortunately, the stench of smoke on them was unbearable. We called the store, and the extent of their solution was "air them out in the basement". So, on top of the absolutely disgusting smell, there's some pretty poor customer service involved. Would not recommend the store at all. I am updating this review to 2 stars. After the store saw my Facebook Review, and I guess this review above, they called my wife back and offered to swap out the plant - a new, nicer smelling plant arrived, and the other was taken back. Too bad it has to come to leaving a review for a company to take responsibility and do the right thing.

I live in Edmonton and needed to get flowers to my girlfriend who currently lives in Niagara. I called Cheryl and over the phone she and her team were able to pick out an arrangement and have it delivered the same day. This is the picture sent to me prior to the flowers going out. I'm so happy with the service and their taste, cause let's be honest I don't have a clue about flowers and I felt comfortable leaving it up to the professionals. GREAT JOB!

Ordering for Mother's Day this past Sunday, was a great experience with The Flower House. When I Googled for a small, independent florist in Niagara Falls (Ontario), I had expected a long delivery date, and over-priced flowers, since it was the Wednesday before MD. Wrong!! The assortment of bouquets, and the vibrant colors were wonderful, and all well priced. My mother in law loves bright yellows. I chose a pretty basket bouquet, with yellow roses, and an assortment of other yellow and white flowers. The ordering process was simple, well laid out, and just easy peasy! The following morning, after placing the order, I received a call from MIL to call the florist. A bit confused, I returned the call. A very sweet, and funny young lady, Sam, was worried about not having a stated flower for the bouquet, and wanted to discuss a replacement bud with me. I was happily shocked! This small, crazy busy shop (2 days before MD), took the time to chat, ask about flowers my mother in law liked, and genuinely wanted the bouquet to be perfect. It was a great conversation, and deeply appreciated. My Mother in law called me just a few hours later, SO happy! She kept repeating how big, and beautiful the flower bouquet is. She sent pictures, too, and it's HUGE, & GORGEOUS!! We are incredibly happy, and very impressed with the consideration, care, and kindness The Flower House put into a simple bouquet. I know I sound like a broken record, repeating myself, but the flowers made my MIL so happy, and bring her so much joy, each day she sees them. If you need flowers, you NEED to order from The Flower House! We are very happy, and can't thank the ladies at The Flower House enough, for the stunning, beautiful bouquet, my mother in law received. The Flower House deserves your business, and you won't be disappointed. Thank you again, so much, Sam, for the gorgeous flowers. We will definitely order from The Flower House. Thank you!!

Super disappointed in the flowers, ordered the cotton candy deluxe bouquet and looked nothing like the picture. It was not full at all, minimal flowers mostly greenery….. will not be a return customer. I understand it is a pandemic but some sort of communication would have been nice. Pictures posted below of what was advertised on website and what we got…. Not good enough for $80 in my opinion.

Very disappointed I called from Montreal to get flowers delivered for mothers day. Everything was very explained in details to the lady on the phone I asked for 65$ bouquet. I wanted geboras, daisies and tulips. I asked for light purple, pink, yellow and white. I asked for the flowers to be delivered on mothers day Sunday. I also asked if she could text a picture. Everything was yes. The flowers ended up being delivered Saturday night and left in the mailbox while my mother wasn't home. She showed me the bouquet on video call, the bouquet was full of ugly greens, all white daisies and purple. No geboras, No tulips, no yellow and no pink. I called the lady to asked what happened why they didn't delivered on mothers day, she says we were too busy. First of all don't make promises on the phone that can't be kept, second of all if you're too busy at least have the decency to call your clients to tell them what's going on! So disappointed!
