I have renamed the girls that work at the shop my little flower elves ✨ I bet when they have no customers around they break out into a musical! That’s how perfect everything was. I planned my wedding Decour over the phone with Allison, who is the sweetest person you could work with! She helped me select flowers over the phone and via email ( I didn’t see until two days before the wedding) and the flowers were perfect !!

Placed an order with Erica the day before my Fiancee's birthday, she was very helpful with my many questions. They arrived on her birthday and looked great. The bouquet was tied together to keep it's shape and design, making changing the water a breeze. Great experience overall and I will use them in the future.

I wished to keep his memory a little longer and after paying nearly $300.00, I expected them to live a little longer. Had they used old flowers for the arrangement? I had expected better. On day six, I went back to the florist to replace the dead ones, they charged me the full cost. Very disappointing and I will no longer be a patron. Cindy Sheridan

Make sure you use sunstrums if you don't want the flowers delivered on time. These guys are great if you want your order passed off to a national delivery service that uses Purolator to deliver from Toronto and, of course, damage and throw out the bouquet, resulting in Manu hours over a three-day period to sort out. Missed my mother's 91st birthday. Sunstrum's ought to be ashamed of themselves

Sunstrum was absolutely amazing!! They created beautiful bouquets for my first mini COVID wedding and then our fun reception later on! Erika was such a sweetheart and she was so willing to make last minute changes because of COVID. They did an amazing job, my flowers were gorgeous!! Easy to work with and beautiful products!

Can't beat Sunstrums for fresh flowers and lovely arrangements. I have two sitting flagrantly in my living room right now, and ordered three for relatives nearby. One came in a vase that looks like a bulb and can be used as a future candy dish. So cute and such a smart idea. I had to order two arrangements for my out of area brothers and their wives, they were more costly and not half as nice.

I have always received flowers from here for various special occasions and the never disappoint!!! They have always lasted at least 2 weeks and sometimes longer. Their vases the choose and decorate are always so pretty! Whenever I get an arrangement from Sunstrum's it always puts a smile on my face.

A bit pricey for their floral arrangements but they seem to go above and beyond. My girlfriend was very happy with the arrangement she received so no complaints on my end. Only thing I could suggest is using a taller vase when long stem roses are included so they are not leaning over.

Sunstrum's driver was speeding down a rural road in the rain and refused to slow down for a woman, her autistic child and her two dogs which were walking down the road. While speeding past with his window rolled down, he was asked politely to please slow down. At this point he went into a rage, threw the company vehicle in park in the MIDDLE of the road, and charged towards us like he was going to attack us. My son started crying, dogs got aggressive, but the driver didn't care. He just kept raging! All he had to do was acknowledge his speed and slow down.Instead this man chose to get aggressive with a single woman and her young son on a rural back road where help is not readily available. The company was informed immediately about the incident but chose NOT to follow up or reprimand this man for his unsafe, unprofessional and completely un-called for behavior towards a woman and child!!! Shame on you!

I came in to order a wrist corsage for my son's friend. I explained I wanted a longer arrangement with white and red roses and baby's breath. I showed a picture of something simillilar, and described how I wanted the alterations of my coarsage from said picture. The lady mentioned she would add a black shiny ribbon, to which I replied do as you want just ensure its elongated with white and red roses. The next day after work (2 hrs before grad) The corsage I got was all red flowers with red plastic looking berries and green sticks(?) hanging off it. I PAID $35 for a horrid, cheap looking arrangement! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Sunstrum's created an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my Aunt's 100th birthday! They were so helpful in picking out flowers that were colorful and not too fragrant (to avoid allergy problems at the Senior Living Home). The bouquet was put on display during her birthday party for everyone to enjoy. My Aunt was thrilled with the arrangement and it really made her day. I will definitely contact them again when in need of a beautiful, creative gift!

Overpriced compared to other local florist!!! My husband switched to them for the convenience of online ordering and after receiving 2 extremely disappointing bouquets for what he paid he will not be ordering from them again. 6 roses in a variety of oddly matched greenery and a flimsy plastic "vase" to be delivered for over $80. Pathetic compared to what I have received from 2 other florists for the same price.

Got my wife flowers for our 43rd anniversary. The delivery was on time and the arrangement looked great. Problem was that it barely lasted 3 days. Very disappointed with quaility of flowers, with proper care they should have lasted at least 5 to 7 days before showing signs of deteriation. I know from what I speak because we were in the florist business for years. Not pleased at all.

My husband got bouquets for myself, my mom and my mother in law for my bridal shower from Sunstrum's (see photo) and our wedding flowers were from Sunstrum's as well(see photos). From the time that we booked them in for our wedding until the wedding day they were always there to reach out to and very quick with responding. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had sent them pictures of my wedding inspiration and they made it all come to life the day of the wedding better than I was imagining. All of the flowers were so fresh and beautifully arranged I cannot thank them enough and would choose them 100x over. Highly recommend this flower shop and will be using in the future!

Restored my faith in buying flowers again. I previously had a terrible experience with purchasing flowers online from Bloomex ( would never recommend them). This time I purchased through Canada Flowers and Sunstrum’s fulfilled the order. They did an amazing job. They were exactly what I ordered. They were fresh and beautiful. My mom was so pleased to get them. She sent me a picture of them with the caption of “gorgeous”. I will include a picture of what I ordered and what was received. They were excellent. I would highly recommend Sunstrum’s. Thank you for such a great experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service, they wrote the wrong name on the card and the delivery took ALL DAY! I called to let them know that the experience was not great and the girl who answered had no regard for my concern. I would not recommend this place and will never order from them again.

I don’t know much about flowers, but I know my grandmother likes common daises. Before going to visit her I called around for a bouquet. When talking to Sunstrums they said they had white common daises several times and even put me on hold to confirm. They got them ready right away and at first I was impressed by the fast service. However, when I got home after picking up the bouquet my girlfriend, mom and sister all said that what they had given me were chrysanthemums and not daises…. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I had asked for 8 white daises in stock and received 8 white mums. I’ve edited my review to be 2 stars instead of 1 since everything else about the experience was good, but receiving the wrong flower is hard to excuse. I had driven 20 minutes to your store and driving back wasn’t an option

Terrible. My boyfriend sent flowers to me twice from Sunstrum's via 1800 flowers. The first time they left the flowers on the front step in 30+ weather and they were wilted by the time I got home. No phone call, nothing. The second time, they did the same thing. Left the flowers on the front step, no phone call nothing, the vase had knocked over and the water split out in the cellaphane.

I sent them an email to ask if there was anyway they could get the flowers today. They responded that they would make it happen.
