Working with Sarah up to the wedding day was amazing. I changed what I wanted a couple times and she flexed. She was easy to work with. Understood what I wanted and delivered it. While I did not see her to thank her on the day of! I could not have been more happy with how it all turned out!!

Would not recommend Sarah, with how much stress she caused on our wedding day was something we could never take back. Not professional, barely received a "sincere" apology from her, as her "apologies" were always defensive as you can see in her comment to my wife's review below. Book with a well known flower company with a good reputation, we avoided the negative review, but wish we did not. Issues were not resolved, the mums my wife ordered did not even look like the photos she sent her at all, and she was going to keep our money for the 2 extra mums that we never received, she did not say anything about it at all until my wife messaged her saying we did not receive the 10 we payed for, then she just blamed her supplier … She is not honest unfortauntely, people have the right to know this and what we went through.

I highly recommend using Sarah for your wedding. My bouquet and boutonnieres turned out amazing and exceeded my expectations! Sarah made sure to go over all the design details with me to ensure she got my vision perfect! I can't thank her enough! ????

Sarah was so great to work with! I hired her to create all of the flowers to be used for our wedding. I honestly know nothing about flowers so I didn't really know what I was looking for except the sort of colours I wanted. I sent Sarah some examples of what I liked and she made some suggestions on what she thought would look best for the ladies and for the men. There was multiple times that I added some last minute changes or additional orders and she had no problem fitting that in. I found her prices super reasonable compared to other places I had shopped around at as well. The flowers were delivered the day before and they were just what I had wanted and turned out so beautiful. Sarah was so sweet and I would recommend her to anyone.

Worst experience on my wedding day!. Sarah was very late to deliver my centrepieces to my venue. My guests were all at the hall and nothing was on my table, she would not answer any phone calls and had every excuse in the book as to why she was so late. I left an honest review on her fb page and she deleted it and blocked me! Absolutely do not recommend Sarah. My flower arrangements were poorly put together and not the sizes I requested. Wish I had hired the watering can! You were not contacted 5 months after the fact! I have conversation records to prove that! Actually I contacted you once I came back from my honeymoon! I provided all ribbon and you were asked to return it and did not! Also to rectify the situation you offered a floral arrangement as an apology which you also did not provide. A review can be positive or negative, and I have come across a few Un happy brides of your service but you delete our reviews of your poor service. You were more than 45 minutes late and my guests were waiting in the lobby because I requested the hall to close the doors and not let anyone be seated so people don’t see Un decorated tables. I am by no means slandering your business but I believe brides are entitled to read about every experience you provide. Weather it be positive or negative. Unfortunately you dropped the ball. The hall was is in thorold and you live in St. Catharines. There was no communication with you that day except the fb message you sent me in the morning asking how late you can set up the hall, when you were told 3pm.

Sarah was not sympathetic with any of the issues I had that was created by her. My wedding was a few months away, I made sure to CONFIRM with Sarah via email (which I have read multiple times) all of the changes we made to my invoice, she replied with no issue at all, she got everything, & we were good to go. The day of the wedding comes, her husband knocks on our door, to drops off the flowers, their were 3 corsages (bracelets) which were supposed to go to the reception at my grandmothers tables (this is something we had changed via email and Sarah stated she got, everything was good) So that was 1 thing that went wrong, I felt like I wasted my time doing the entire email I sent to her before the wedding. She arrives to drop off the Boutineers for the men, they put them in the fridge, and Sarah left. A while later, the guys went to go get dressed, put on their Boutineers, to notice the one was missing a pin, he had to go to the Mac around the corner to buy a sewing kit before the limo arrived so he can put a pin into the Boutineers to attach it (I understand this can happen no PROBLEM But when I mentioned it to Sarah, instead of saying "I'm sorry I must have forgot the pin" she replied "well why wouldn't they tell me when I was there I always have extra pins on hand" she tried to turn this around on them, not taking responsibility that HER as a FLORIST MISSED THAT it was HER MISTAKE! The guys did not open up the Boutineers until she was long gone, this is not something they thought they should have to check with our FLORIST before she left. Thirdly, our ceremony was at 5 PM, I had my husbands groomsman calling my phone at 4:15, saying we don't mean to worry you on your wedding day, but the flowers aren't here yet, the wedding coordinator told them this never happens the flowers should have been there by then, she showed up at around 4:30, no apologies to anybody, just drops off the flowers and leaves. After I spoke to her the next day her ONLY REPLY about BEING LATE was "well it only took me 2 minutes to set up" that's lovely, just what every bride wants to hear and feel, very important on my wedding day, thanks Sarah. I'm not sure if she takes on to many events in the same day or something, but she definitely could not keep up with what she had going on. We go to pick up our flowers the next day after the wedding and we notice there were only 7 mums when we ordered and PAID for 10!. I messaged Sarah a photo saying we only got 7 mums and we also had multiple issues I am not happy with. She replied with " I had a supplier issue with the mums she only provided me 8, so their was definitely 8 mums their, and what other issues did you have?" My issue with this is FIRSTLY, were you even going to message US to tell us we only received apparently 8 mums BUT PAID FOR 10? No, it did not seem like it, you were just going to pocket that extra money, which is wrong. I told her numerous amount of times, from what I see today, there is only 7 mums, she told me maybe one of my guests stole it from our wedding, basically calling me a liar. I was SO busy on the wedding day and so nervous and overwhelmed that I was not able to count if there were 7 or 8 mums, however, if I were in Sarah's shoes, and I had a very upset bride who had 5 different issue's with my business the biggest day of her life, I would have apologized, refunded her the 3 mums for any inconvenience. She refunded me the 2 mums (that was apparently a supplier issue, she does not take responsibility for her own mistakes because she SEE'S the flowers after she picks them up and knows what she is delivering, she refunded me for the 3 corsages that were her mistake it took her 24 hours to refund the money even though when I placed my order, she wanted the funds ASAP so she can "Pay her distributor" after all of this she refunded those 5 items, I still to this day did not receive a sincere apology. When you have a small business at home and are trying to make it succeed, you really should think about how your customers feel on the most important day of their lives Sarah.

All I can say is WOW. I cannot recommend Sarah enough. She did an absolutely amazing job on our flowers for our wedding day. She delivered to not 1, not 2, but 4 locations (both getting ready houses, ceremony, and venue). The set up was beautiful. She was extremely flexible, answered all of my questions, helped me with recommendations and changes for my vision throughout the process. Postponed with us through COVID twice, hassle free. The attention to detail was second to none. She allowed us to drop off items to her home days in advance so she could prep them, making our lives so much easier. Her prices are a great value. Thank you for all of your hard work to make our day special and our wedding look beautiful. We are so appreciative and wish you all the best!

Sarah was wonderful to work with, our wedding flowers were beyond gorgeous. She was consistently responsive to our inquiries, super sweet, helped me choose gorgeous colours and flowers, and delivered them promptly to us - even the night before the wedding, she delivered them straight to our bnb, then the rest in the AM at my request. The flowers were STUNNING, and her prices were unbeatable. Sarah did our bridesmaid bouquets, bride bouquet, toss bouquet, boutineers, guest table flowers and our wine barrel flower displays - all incredibly fresh and gorgeous. I couldn't believe how good the light pink guest flowers smelled = heaven! I would recommend her to anyone getting married (and already have to a few of my friends!). I also separately won a fall planter with her which was delivered to our house, it was also amazingly gorgeous and HUGE!! I was so pleased. Great job Sarah!!

Sarah was amazing to work with! we had a very simple and rustic vision for our flowers and she pulled it off better then we could have hoped for! She was also very easy to communicate with. during the planning process our order had changed a few times and each time she responded very quickly and had no issues with changes.

I had a wonderful experience working with Sarah. She worked with my budget and even went searching for a more obscure flower for me (and found it!). Sarah understood I wanted something different for our wedding flowers and she nailed it! I loved my bouquet so much I even got a tattoo of it afterwards.
