I ordered a bouquet for my elopement wedding. I sent a picture with what I wanted & asked if they could create a bouquet that would look like it. In our back & forth communication, I was very specific I didn't want any foliage/ greenery strewn throughout the bouquet; only trailing down from the handle, like the picture I gave them. They said they would do that. On my wedding day, the flowers came to the hotel and the bouquet didn't look at all like the picture. It was full of green foliage & the flower colour ratio was no where near the picture. The burgundy dahlias were small, & mixed in with some sort of burgundy stem which was not part of the agreement. Peach carnations were an important element & there was only one peach flower on the side, barely noticeable. Seriously, what was the point? To say I got my peach? For $188.71 they were unable to give me the colours & flowers stipulated on the invoice for a very important event of a lifetime? I cut off the excessive greenery that protruded out at least a foot on one side. This improved the look, as there was no time to address this with Mullen Garden. My advice for others would be to have them text you a picture before delivery so they have time to address it responsibly to honour the agreement. Given my experience, I cannot recommend.

My wife Birthday today and didn't get a chance to get out yesterday, how am I going get White roses on Sunday morning, early and Google flowers shops and Mullen came up and is open at 8am, but wasn't sure they sold roses. Call them and lady on the phone said yes we do. Thank you so much for saving my bacon, lol. Will definitely return to your shop in near future for others stuff and seen would be great for our house. The prices are concomitantly higher than at other garden centres, but the location is very convenient and some items are priced very reasonably!

Mullen Garden Market was recommended to my husband & I via Elope Niagara Little Log Wedding Chapel as a preferred vendor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating so we decided to use them as our florist. We ordered my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere and we were extremely impressed with both. They were exactly as we wanted them to be and were delivered promptly to our hotel. Ordered wedding florals ,details were given and we stressed the fact that my daughter wanted NO roses...none . We listed flower choices. I sent emails and visited several times to confirm every detail so nothing was overlooked. We had several issues but the worse one was bouquets loaded with roses. Called many times to get an explanation but i was told they were premium roses....a rose is a rose people. Poorly handled ....paid a lot of money since it was mothers day weekend ....daughter devasted after all that planning we were totally ignored. I do not reccomend.

We have been using the Mullen Garden Market for several years and are always very happy with both their products and service. The store itself has a wonderful atmosphere with a selection of unique gifts and 'ready-to-go' arrangements and bouquets. I've stopped in many times to pick up a quick gift for someone and the recipient has always been thrilled. Most recently they did a grave-top arrangement as well as several centrepieces for a reception. Marion and her team are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and very easy to work with - I normally just give a colour, or an idea and the staff create something special. We've always received lots of compliments on their work. Mullens is our go-to florist.

They are open year round, and they have a great selection of indoor plants. I bought a beautiful ficus tree and it was affordable too. They also have fertilizers and pesticides that are difficult to find elsewhere. Our favorite store.

Pre-ordered two bouquets for Mother’s Day, three days in advance. When I arrive at the time I was told I wait for 10 minutes to find out they do not have any record of my order. I then have to wait 30 minutes for new flowers to be made. They offered to have them delivered but they would not be delivered at the time I needed. When I return to pick them up the bouquets I was quite disappointed, they looked like the left over flowers were just thrown together. Paying $100 I would expect a bit more or some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Mullens garden is one of the last few places that actually know what customer service is! A week before our wedding, our original florist who we had booked 8 months prior bailed on us. My wife and I walked into Mullens explained our situation and they bent over backwards for us. The flower arrangements they presented to us the day of the wedding were perfect. You can tell that they have a passion for their work. We can’t say enough good things about mullens and they will be getting 100% of our business from here on out! Thanks for saving our day!!
