Fantastic experience. Fair prices, quality product(S) and user-friendly website. Delivery was slightly later than wanted, HOWEVER, it was Valentine’s Day, so the long wait is just understood. Will definitely be using this service and would highly recommend it.

I needed flowers for my wedding anniversary and came here. The selection was vast. I chose the Vibrant Shine bouquet and when it came it was as it looked on the web page so no surprise or disappointment there. Ordering on the web page was smooth and easy. They delivered the next day on time. And yes my wife loved the flowers plus they smelled wonderful. Overall an excellent experience. Definatly coming back here.

I live in the Pacific Northwest of the US and ordered flowers through Ital Florist in Toronto. They arranged for Country Garden to make and deliver flowers to my mother who lives in Niagara Falls, for her birthday. My mother called and told me that her flower arrangement was very beautiful. She loved all the bright and colorful flowers in the arrangement. She was very thrilled with the flowers. I will remember to keep this business in mind in the future for flower orders. Good job, Country Garden!

We used Country Gardens Floral Boutique for our wedding flowers. Pat did an amazing job and we could not have been more pleased. She met with us prior to the wedding to guide and answer our questions. She listened to our ideas and used the flowers in her store to give us an idea of what our bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages/centrepieces would look like. She ensured that every detail was taken care of and communicated with us regularly leading up to the wedding. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful and I was blown away by my bridal bouquet. Prices were very reasonable and she was very attentive to detail. 5/5 recommendation.

Came to Niagra to celebrate 255th anniversary. Was in a specialty shop and asked for a reccommendation for a local florist. Country Garden was the answer. I stoped in explained what I was looking for and walked out 15 minutes later completely satisfied. The kicker is I don't feel like I overpayed not did I feel the "Niagra Pinch" of overinflated prices for the tourists. I would recommend the shop for any occasion. Thanks for the help today.

Chose this florist based on it's positive reviews. I have family in a neighbouring small town and thought the selection would be better. Paid $80 for a bouquet of roses. $22.50 for delivery fee as it was for an out of town delivery. Bouquet that showed up was old looking with brown edges. I later found out they "out-sourced" to a florist in the very same town that my family member had been in (which I could have done myself) due to a broken down delivery vehicle. When I called to complain, they said this is common practice and my entire $102.50 charge had gone to the outsourced florist. When I called this other florist to check, they had received $70 toward bouquet. I assume they pocketed the $30. Don't bother with this place!!

Fantastic! I needed to have some flowers delivered to the hotel where my son and his girlfriend were staying. He proposed to her in the morning and I needed the flowers to be delivered before they checked into the hotel. I ordered them the night before and the florist had no problem getting them delivered by 1-00. They are beautiful. Great arrangement!! They love them. thank you

Tried this place out as the first one we went to did a bait and switch. Older building and a bit cluttered inside. The flowers were reasonably priced and the arrangement was exactly what was ordered. Very satisfied. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very disappointed! I received a beautiful bouquet of a dozen roses - absolutely gorgeous - they all died within 5 days! My husband had paid over $100.00 for them and I added the plant food that was attached when they were delivered ???? I sent an email to this business on that Monday, they were all dead on the Saturday (I had received them on Tuesday). To this day, 5 days after I sent the email, I have not heard one word of apology!! These flowers should have lasted at least one week, if not two! Just lost a customer...

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were delivered to the wrong address. The owner of the home called the phone number that was provided and told my mother her flowers were there. When my mom picked the up the correct address was provided. Perhaps the delivery driver could have called the phone number provided instead of leaving them at the wrong house. Not very good customer service.

Love their arrangements but charging $10.00 on a 90 dollar arrangement which is free delivery on line for a local delivery a few miles is terrible. I’m a senior without computer, they are not senior friendly. Lady on the phone was unhelpful and unfriendly. Our longtime local florists much better. Order from Dobbies or Sunstomes.

I was very disappointed with this floral arrangement. The arrangement I selected online was a very vibrant purple. My mom loves purple which is why selected that one. She sent me a picture so I could see them. Not the same at all. The top picture is what she received, the bottom is what I selected off the website. I understand that colours can vary but I should have been informed of such a drastic colour change. I would have ordered something else. I left a review and sent them an email. Not a single word back from them. Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.
