I ordered yellow roses for a 50th anniversary, to be delived on May 9. I recieved an email saying the flowers were not available. I emailed them to see if I could see a picture of what they substituded and the answer was no. I paid over $110.00 for the bouque in a nice vase. The first problem was I had no idea of what I was sending and the flowers were delivered on May 7th. My sister-in-law called & said thakyou & sent me a picture. All I can say is for that much money & wrong timing I could have bought 4 bouquets of roses from Sobeys & delivered them myself. Not using this flourist again dissapointed.

The florist didn't even read the delivery instructions and the flowers were found by a neighbor by chance. I emailed Canada Flowers about it an never heard back. I won't be using them again and don't recommend them. If you are paying 12 dollars for delivery you expect the instructions to be followed.

The flowers were for a good friend's birthday. I chose orange roses with a square cut glass vase and a mylar balloon. Although I wasn't notified directly as per when I called, they did arrive on time. I had her take a picture and they were beautiful. They stressed due to supply it could be a different flower. Unfortunately I was super excited to send my boyfriend flowers to say "sorry" and Canada Flowers neglected to update me or reach out to let me know the florist was unable to deliver today. No one from Canada Flowers reached out, and I did not receive a confirmation email for the order. First time I called, someone hung up on me. Second time, I was told "we'll give you a refund". I said "OK" and then they hung up! How do I confirm I get a refund? do I sit and watch my VISA statement for the next week? Not impressed.

I was advised almost immediately after placing my order that the original bunch that I had chosen was not in stock, and that another beautiful flower arrangement had been substituted with flowers of the same value. (Note: If I did not want to substitute I was provided with a toll free number to call). I went with the substitute. I am delighted to say that my co-worker absolutely loved the flowers...thank you so much for brightening up a little bit my friend's day, at one of the darkest moments in her life, that is very much appreciated! Everyone who receives flowers sends me their pictures and the arrangements are true to the pictures on line. Flowers looked to be good, but the colour combo wasn't anything like I thought I ordered. Picture showed different shads of purples and yellows in a painted white basket. What was delivered was an arrangement of red, purple and a few pink and whit? in an unpainted basket. Not the same effect at all. Kind of disappointed.. Possible that some of the flowers hadn't opened yet in the picture I received. I know subs need to be made but then why not have a section of flowers currently in season?

Order the flowers on a Saturday to be delivered on Monday for a Birthday. I checked off to be delivered on this day only, no alternate days. Got an email Monday evening at 6:30 stating unable to deliver will try next day. I tried to call them but they are only open 8-4. So I emailed asking why the delivery driver was unable to deliver as people were home all day. Next day same thing happened and I didn't get a response to my email from Monday. Again, someone was home all day and they have a dog who barks. I called Wednesday morning and they told me that they could not deliver because of a COVID outbreak in that area. ANYWAY.....I asked for a refund which they gave me no issues. That is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I still never rec'd a response from my email.

The flowers were pretty, but note that flowers are always pretty, what's important here is the customer service quality in my opinion. I placed a note in my order "My wife will leave her office by 12pm tomorrow, please deliver before or please contact me if you can't deliver before 12pm for any reason" I understand that you cannot guarantee a specific deliver time and i respect that although I expected a little more care or respect. I called the customer service around 1:30 - 2pm, I wanted to know what was the situation with my order, the person i spoke repeated same thing over and over "Your flowers are on the way and will be delivered by 6pm" instead of trying to understand my frustration or explaining to me why my note was ignored. I was pretty disappointed with the experience i had with my latest purchase, I just wanted to surprise my wife on her first week back to work . My note was ignored, my flowers were delivered late and i had a bad experience on the phone. I'm sure everyone had that experience with customer service agents when you feel that the person on the phone doesn't care about your problem and just wanna hang up. It is really easy to buy beautiful flowers when you are willing to pay $80 +/- and there are many online companies who does that. Like i said earlier, customer service is quality is the key here and this doesn't look good on Canada Flowers.

Ordered sympathy flowers from CanadaFlowers early Saturday morning. Website and phone recording says same day delivery in most big towns and cities if ordered by 2pm. Well Toronto is the biggest city in Canada and yet, due to what they said was busy holiday schedule, delivery would not be available until Monday. Ok. I bought that. Called before noon on Monday to confirm delivery for that day. Was assured arrangement would be delivered by 6 pm. No delivery. Called at 7 pm and was told they were too busy to deliver. When I told the client services guy I wasn’t happy and would likely not use this service again he said “ok” and hung up on me. It’s now Tuesday close to noon and still no confirmation of delivery. Called again and Canada flowers says they can’t get a hold of the affiliate so, although they are telling me it will definitely get delivered today, they actually have no way of confirming. So frustrated and embarrassed as this is a sympathy arrangement for an out of town family member. ????

So now I don't know if I want to use this service anymore because it seems they replied to my previous emails for the order but for cancellation they did not reply. I have to seriously consider if it's worth the money that I'm paying extra for this service. Let's see how long the flowers are going to last!?

Horrible! I made an order on Jan 7th with the expectation it was to be delivered Jan 9th to no avail. I called Sunday and was told the florist that is handling my order is closed I would have to call back the next day. Come.tl today, Monday at 5:30, my friends sympathy flowers have not been delivered. I spoke to someone twice and was told both times that it was out for delivery since this morning. This is ridiculous to spend 80$ on what you think is convenient service when I could have contacted a florist myself and got thr flowers delivered the same day. If you cannot meet expectations due to unforseen circumstances you should be communicating with your customers. Its understandable but that would also allow me to maybe try another service or be aware of whats happening. Will never use this service again.

The ordering process online was simple. What was a bit misleading/confusing was having the thumbnail image from the search page not match the "Starting at" price. The "Standard" bouquet is the "starting at" price while the "Upgraded" bouquet, at a higher price, is what's shown. My mom loved the bouquet however, so the quality is definitely there. She wouldn't have realized that the delivery was not same day, as advertised, but two days after I placed the order. While this might be due to COVID reasoning, this wasn't made clear. If time is of the essense, be sure of what the agreement is. Otherwise, if a few days is no big deal, I think you'll be happy!

Ordered mothers day flowers (citrus smiles) and selected the premium option which is the top one. The flowers arrived looking quite poor and definitely not worth the extra 40$ going from regular to premium 2 levels up. Only positive is they have delivered it on the correct date and have relatively the correct flower combination. Not worth the money.

Canada Flowers didn't disappoint! For a change, a successful online order!!! Sadly, I had to find and send an appropriate arrangement for the unexpected death of an infant. It was a good clients granddaughter. It was the Peaceful White Lilies Basket. I'm typically not an online shopper, so I had to shop around. It was going to a small town outside of Edmonton Alberta. Some US companies came up, claiming to service Canada (not disclosing the prices were in U S currency). Found the exact bouquet at Canada Flowers. $50.00 cheaper. Ordered it late at night and the arrangement was exactly as ordered. It arrived in another provence, Alberta before noon the next day. This was during the covid lockdown. I've had just one problem: in that case, they responded to my e-mail quickly and resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction in a few hours. Sending flowers online, sight unseen, initially felt like it might be a very bad idea. Arrangements are knowingly subject to substitutions in flowers, vases, etc., and they're also subject to subjectivity: will the florist do their best to create something beautiful that also resembles what I so carefully chose? When I send flowers, there's a 100% chance they're going to an important person, for an important reason, so these things matter to me. I've come to trust Canada Flowers, and I hope (and expect) that will continue.

What I ordered and what was received were 2 TOTALLY different arrangements. And they even forgot to put the message on the card for the flowers. To top it all off, I asked for the flowers to be delivered anytime after 4pm, and they were delivered at 2pm and left on the front porch in 22 degrees Celsius temperature as the person who the flowers were for get home at 4pm. Simply put, simple flowers should not be so much money. Ordering was easy, the flowers were very nice but the extreme cost of such a small amount of flowers is the reason for my review and rating. I would never buy flowers again to send for an occasion. For the price I had to pay, even for the scaled down version of a simple little basket of the flowers, I could (and probably should have) ordered a complete steak/lobster gourmet dinner with appy, wine and dessert and had it delivered to my loved one. Flowers shouldn't be that much!

Not sure how that happens, and they weren't able to offer me any explanation, so overall the experience wasn't super satisfying. They did however, deliver next day, and the price is fairly reasonable. Will probably try them again in the future, however, if you need time sensitive delivery, i would try somewhere else.

Ordering online is about trust. When we give our credit card info online, we as customers expect that that's exactly what will be sent, exactly what your web page depicts! Clearly this wasn't the case. When we complained they said they'd look into it, then never messaged us back. They delivered a small brown bouquet of flowers humiliating me, then never followed up with our complaint. Very poor customer service AND product Save your money. ! Totally disgraceful! We paid extra for the larger bouquet. It was tiny. Never again will I deal with Canada Florsit !

I called their 1-800 # & spoke with a representative who was so nice & offered to look into whether the delivery would make it on time. I called again around 2pm., & again a wonderful representative looked into it for me & let me know that the flowers had arrived around noon at their destination. I realize they may seem a bit pricey, but their service is exceptional & they go out of their way to provide great service. The flowers she received looked nothing like the ones I ordered and the few flowers they sent only lasted two days. The flowers arrived and she sent me a picture of them in which I was quite shocked at how the arrangement looked as I had paid for the utmost upgrade! So customer service asked for a picture of the front and back of the arrangement, so I asked the person to take photos for me, and I explained that I wasn’t happy with the arrangement! So she sent me two clear photos which I sent to customer service, who replied that the photos needed to be taken in a better quality light and of better positions ! Not impressed as I told them I am not asking the individual to redo photos that were adequate the first time and I could clearly see the poor quality of the arrangement! Which I then told them if the quality was satisfactory we wouldn’t be having this discussion! Never heard back from them and now they have lost a customer and a good review!!!! In my opinion you need to be careful using this company!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered flowers on Saturday for Mother’s Day, but I knew that they would not be there for Sunday (I was ok with this). When I placed the order it had said they would be delivered on Tuesday. I received an email at 5:45 on Tuesday evening saying they had some floral delays and would be delivered Wednesday or Thursday. Flowers were finally delivered on Friday and left on the porch since no one was at home. There was also NO phone call made to the recipient. My Mom was thrilled with the flowers, but what I had spent was surely a disappointment with what was delivered. I will not recommend this company nor will I use them again. The flowers were delivered finally, and that is why they received one star.

UPDATE: During this time when we can't be with the ones we love the best we can do is try to make them feel special on their special day...this was not the case in this instance. Not only was I upset but my sister didn't get anything from her family on a milestone birthday, and Canada Flowers didn't even care when I contacted them. I sent emails and instead of answering my questions I received a very generic response, so I called them.... Both the representative I spoke with as well as the Manager seemed completely apathetic that my delivery was missed until the next day, and what I paid for was in no way close to what was received - they wouldn't have apologized if it wasn't for my insistence; the apology was as insincere as my conversation with them, little else was done to correct my issues. They do nothing to follow up with their affiliates once the money is in their hands. After that recent experience I will no longer use them. They received 2 stars because it's easy to navigate the website, that's it. __________________________________________________________________ I use Canada Flowers anytime I need a fruit basket of some sort or a bouquet of flowers. Last year I used them for all the centerpieces for our company Holiday party. I've never been disappointed. They contract the orders out to our local vendors and even though what I receive isn't exactly as shown (as stated while ordering) it's very close and always beautiful. Delivery is always fast and on time. Keep up the good work!!

Absolutely disappointing service. My order was delivered 2 days late simply because the cell number I provided at the receiving end didnt answer their phone. I got an email from Canada Flowers 30mins before their closing time on Saturday evening that I should provide another number. They never called me. Needless to say by the time I answered their email and tried calling them, they were closed for the weekend. I just got an email saying sorry. No phone call, no concession. The flowers were for someone's 20th wedding anniversary and they reached 2 days late. Save yourself the effort, opt for some other florist.

Don't waste your money with Canada Flowers, just use a professional florist shop directly. I ordered flowers for my wife's first day back in the office after being off work for several months. By 3:30 the day of delivery she had not received them (her office closes at 4:00) so I called Canada Flowers to ask what was happening. They said the flowers were "being loaded on the delivery truck". I was a bit concerned at that point. My wife received the flowers as the office was closing and she was leaving for the day. Not happy about such a late delivery for an occasion like this. I e-mailed Canada Flowers to ask who the florist was. They didn't respond to my first e-mail, 3 days passed with no reply. I e-mailed a second time and they finally replied that they don't release that information. What I think is Canada Flowers orders go to the bottom of the list for the florist as they do their own customers first, then leave the rest until the end of the day (if they can fit them in). I was never asked for a preferred time of delivery. You have no control over who Canada Flowers uses as a florist, and they will not tell you the name. Never again. Don't waste your time and money with this company and risk spoiling a special occasion for someone you care about.

I have been using Canada Flowers for a few years now, and have spent a considerable amount of money sending my favourite people flowers, as a rule, everyone that has received flowers has been more than happy. Until Now. It's Mother's Day and it's CoVid. I sent my Mother flowers, which she received on Friday, by Monday, she was picking out dead blooms. I contacted Canada Flowers, explained what happened, and was told unless I sent a picture - front and back - they would not consider replacing the flowers. I further explained that she lives 300 miles away and has no access to internet. I get that some people may try and get free flowers, but when a loyal customer has an issue, don't you think it could be resolved? Sorry to say, but I highly doubt if I will use this service again.

Very Disappointed with the arrangement I sent my mom for her 85th Birthday, its nothing like what was ordered from their website, I ordered 12 pink carnations with baby's breath .. the arrangement arrived with 1 pink carnation and 4 red ones .. (NOT 12 carnations at all) , but they added 2 pine cones and a pink Christmas ball stuck at the top.. as well as 30 percent of green filler in between the 5 carnations. . I sent CANADA FLOWERS the picture to complain and still , they were full of excuses and they thought it was OK. I am not impressed with the service at all and I am so disappointed to say the least.. Canada flowers sent me an Email saying they were sorry, but they felt I received good value for my money. What a joke.. I would of been better off having someone pick up a Bouquet at the local Grocery Store ...and if I wanted to send my mother a Christmas arrangement thats what I would have ordered online, . I would not recommend CANADA FLOWERS, and I will not use them again.

I am very unhappy with the service from Canada Flowers! I had ordered flowers to be delivered to someone on their birthday. I set the order up 2 days ahead. The day AFTER the birthday, Canada Flowers called me & told me that the local florist had NOT delivered the flowers. The representative said the florist called once when at the delivery address, and upon not getting an answer had returned to their shop. Apparently they only called or tried once. The day after they offered to call & deliver again, but I had to pay ANOTHER $10.00 delivery fee! That is outrageous and unheard of. Any other business that I have ordered flowers from, they call from the florist shop and do not go to the address unless they find the person at home. Your florist is saying they drove there once, so they need $10.00 to try again. Do I just keep paying $10.00 per day until they actually deliver? And how old would the flowers be by then?! And they missed the birthday! I asked if a refund was possible but was told the flowers were arranged so only a partial refund would be possible. I felt I was given no choice and had to pay for the second delivery fee. I am doing so under protest though, and now I doubt the flowers will ever even get there. I am very dissatisfied with the service & I certainly will not use Canada Flowers ever again. I emailed my complaint to their customer service department 3 days ago, but they have not replied at all.

We had extremely poor service. We ordered a plant medley as an expression of our sympathy for a friends husband, who had passed away. They promised delivery on Wednesday. On Tuesday, they called and said the order would be delayed until Thursday. On Wednesday, they emailed that plants weren't available so we would have to have cut flowers. They didn't offer a discount or credit for the inconvenience. When I returned reply that we would have to accept cut flowers, they then responded with another day delay. Only after I expressed my displeasure with our service, was I offered 50% off the delivery! They still charged us full price for the cut flowers, and wouldn't provide a picture of what it looked like. We were very unhappy with the experience, and can only hope the arrangement looked nice.

I'd never order flowers from there again. I presume this is the florist you use in this area. You should change it. By the time my order was finished I paid over $85.00 for an arrangement that looked like I paid $10.00. It was very embarrassing.
