Disappointed. As a Horticulturalist trained in floral design I was very disappointed with the arrangement I bought for my Valentine. I spent the extra money on the "Premium" design and still was left with a design that looks like it was hastily thrown together with no thought at all. I will look for a different florist next time I want a professional design done. The quality of work was equivalent to something you could buy at Sobeys or Walmart, just thrown in a mug. I didn't expect exactly the pictured design but I at did expect a premium design. To their credit they did deliver at the expected time, the flowers were quality, and the chocolates were pretty good.

Great service! Called from the US to have a basket of flowers and snacks sent to my Dad and Step-mom that were staying in Niagra Falls and Bloomers was friendly and super helpful! My Dad and Step-mom were very impressed with their goodies and it was all so much more affordable than other options in the area. Thank you!

Had to use this floral store as my regular store is in St Catharines and I wasn’t able to fit in a trip before I needed the flowers. I was very disappointed in the quality of work especially for the price I was charged. The florist there was pleasant but their products are horribly overpriced! The arrangement looked cheap and was not well put together. I will not be going back and for anyone looking for a gorgeous arrangement I would suggest the watering can. Their prices line up with the quality of product and work you pay for.

We went to bloomers to inquire about flowers for our wedding in November. Val was able to help us and went above and beyond to help make the flowers prefect for our special day. The flowers arrived on time and were gorgeous! As someone with little knowledge of flowers I appreciated all that Val suggested, to help keep my vision in mind. Blown away by the amazing customer service!

Went to get shawarma next door and saw beautiful flowers outside of this store. Went in to check it out and was greeted by a very nice and kind lady. Ended up buying a bouquet of roses and will definitely go back!

I called in to order a bouquet of thank-you and happy new year flowers for my Doctor. I called ahead to let them know what I was expecting and what my budget was. When I walked in to pick-up the owner was kind an courteous she handed my an arrangement that would meld anyone's heart it was so big I needed two hands to hold it. Very well put together. I was blown away considering my modest $40 budget. I really recommend this florist if your in Niagara she was prompt, friendly and really out did herself with the bouquet.

I have ordered flowers online several times from Bloomers. Each time my mother-in-law raves about them, usually saying they were the nicest bouquet she got for her birthday or Mothers' day, etc. Will certainly be ordering again.

They barely have flowers!!! When I walked in I asked for an arrangement I was told there’s barely any in the fridge the only thing available were carnations. Kind of strange given this is flower shop

I ordered flower for funeral and when I walked in and seen them I was so embarrassed. I ordered after seeing a picture on there site. Well the picture was taken with greenery in the back round, I thought it was part of the arrangement. I was told they were going to do better then the picture, I thought that was really nice of them. Well it looked like they put less in it, so disappointing!! When I called to talk to the lady she was raising her voice at me, here I am carrying a having heart and this lady gets all defensive. All I was trying to say is that if I knew the greenery wasn't a part of it I would have paid more to make it fuller! So basically maybe that's not a good picture for people to see because it's deceiving, but she just got nasty and I had to hang up because my heavy heart could take this women treating me the way she did. I do not recommend this place.

Blown away. Best florists from whom I've ever ordered! The bouquet was a surprise for my girlfriend on her birthday and not only was the bouquet delivered on time and exactly as ordered, but it looks really carefully and thoughtfully put together. The chocolates were a hit, too. Will gladly order from Bloomers again.

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff and delivery person at Bloomers. I recieved the most beautiful arrangement from my son for Mother's day. He called from out west and he said they were so helpful to him and walked him through the order during this busy time. It's been 2 weeks and my flowers are still gorgeous. I highly recommend if you want quality and professionalism you definitely need to call Bloomers for all your flower needs.

Being new to the area, I had no idea where to buy beautiful custom made bouquets. I am 28, have been exposed to many beautiful arrangements at weddings and have a specific eye for things I like. I was blown away with the beautiful arrangements they produce. I always come in, pivk out the flowers and colours I want, give them a price , and they make an arrangment even better what I imagined. I refer them every where I go and cannot say enough about their talent, customer service, and dedication!

This is my first time to Niagara Falls. I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a gift basket for our room. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! I asked for a fruit, tea, and cookie basket. I got a MASSIVE basket overflowing with it all! Two BEAUTIFUL tea cups, apples, pears, grapes, blueberries, tea, honey, chocolates, and 3, count it, 3 huge thinfs of cookies and biscuits. Even the basket is beautiful!! I am so overjoyed and blown away. The care and detail. This place is THE BEST!!!!

I have been going to Bloomers for over 15 years.. for work when there’s a birthday or any occasion and I have NEVER been disappointed. I always deal with Valerie, and she is such a nice person.. that alone keeps me going back there. There prices are very reasonable and there’s lots of other fun stuff in the store too!

Ordered a Christmas flower arrangement and got a bait and switch. Very dissatisfied. The arrangement was nice but not what was ordered. Was sent the lower price version with less flowers and roses. Big difference in price. The clerk argued with me over the order and only offered a $3 dollar refund per rose that wasn't included. Take pics of your order and check up with who you have them delivered too. Will not be using them again.

This is more a review on the service. Given the current climate I have been super disappointed with the lack of safety by using/wearing masks. Twice now we have had deliveries and the lady bringing them has not worn a mask and comes right up to your door expecting to hand you the flowers. Just really frustrating seeing a local business not complying with health and safety guidelines.

Ordered a flower arrangement in a vase online plus delivery for my mom’s birthday. Flower arrived early in the day I requested, beautifully arranged and I appreciate that the buds are fresh in its bloom so the arrangement can be enjoyed longer.
