What was ordered vs what was delivered. My sister has been in the ICU since Sunday. My other sister and I, who do not live local, wanted to get her a nice planter to brighten her room up once she was moved to a regular floor. We had chosen this particular item, had a few we were going between, because of the color of the bowl. It's her favorite. We had it to be delivered yesterday to her home so my niece could bring it to the hospital once she was out of the icu today. I felt so bad when she sent us a picture of it because it was NOTHING like we ordered outside of having succulents in it. It specifically says on the description that it has the BLUE bowl! It also says it has moss and shows this pretty green moss that you always find in fairy gardens. Hers? It has this ugly, stringy, Spanish Moss looking stuff. Seriously, a 5 year old could have made a better presentation than this! I never received a call from the florist about not having the blue bowls it should have come in. No communication on if these differences would be ok or not and they are NOT! It seriously looks like they shoved a few small Terra pots in to a Pyrex dish and called it a day. I always try to support local, especially in these times, but after seeing what was delivered I can honestly say the next time I will not be and will be sure to let my family that is local know not to recommend this "florist". I truly feel like I could have ordered this off Wish and still received something that looked closer to the item I actually bought. I tried to post this on their FB, but then realized they don't show visitor posts on their FB page. Wonder why?
