Ordered online and the flowers showed up on time. It was a nice enough bouquet, however nothing like the picture. I picked an arrangement that was mostly orange (her favourite colour) and what I got had next to none. Some flowers were also substituted. For the price I was hoping for more.

I just wanted to say thank you for your outstanding customer service in regards to my order. This was my first experience ordering flowers to be delivered to someone back home and I am glad I chose your company. The bouquet of flowers our daughter received was beautiful. She sent me a photo and I was so impressed with her bouquet too. I placed the order at approximately 3:00pm on a day that is very busy with Mother’s Day preparations and deliveries, knowing that they would be low on flowers too. The flowers were delivered to her door before 5pm the same day. Thank you so much for providing both beautiful flowers and excellent service. Very happy customer from Alberta

I've used their website twice to order flowers and both times it's been super easy. The flowers deliver on time and they are always gorgeous like the photos show (Not always identical but always equally stunning). The last bouquet that I had delivered on Mothers Day is still going strong after 2 weeks! Highly recommend.

I just wanted to send a huge shoutout to the ladies here at The Floral Boutique. My boyfriend is working away here in Alberta with me while his baby girl is back home. We called the ladies and they were quick to help make a little girls day with a beautiful arrangment of flowers, a teddy bear, and some cute little balloons. They were quick to get exactly what we were looking for and even went to the length of sending us a photo of the arrangment before delivery, being in Alberta is hard on him and his little lady, and these ladies made their Valentines day that much better <3 Thank you so much for everything!
