Great selection of popular Disney and Nickelodeon kids character items. Not much in the way of Canadian cartoons (no "Justin Time" options, for example) hence the 4-star review. Anything disposable and party-related, and you'll find it here. Every item can be purchased in any colour, including plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, gift bags, table clothes, etc. Lots of variety of helium balloons in both regular stretchy and metallic.

They really have everything to party. Even Halloween costumes...anything you'd see at Halloween stores they had it, and everything else you can think of to throw any type of party! They also have a wide selection of helium balloons and the helium on-site. Some prices are more expensive, but some are just as comparable as any other store.

The young girl with dark hair and glasses on the front desk of this shop is fantastic. She is helpful and always has a smile. I bought a lot more from this location because of her suggestions and good attitude. The manager also personally dropped off some items I left behind at the store. Talk about service!

Today I waited 10 minutes while the employees used their radios and texted trying to find their manager for a return. The team leader left the store knowing that I had a return and the manager was not in the store, completely unprofessional and unmanaged. Not the first time with poor customer service but definitely the last!!!!

Waited in line to check out while the only cashier blew up numerous helium balloons for another customer. A while later when the line was extending back through the store another employee arrived and opened another cash, only to start serving people in line behind me. Very poor customer service.

Got balloons for a party. Looked great. Cost about $20 for 9. Not too bad. Good service and loads more things. Go in with a budget cuz you could spend a lot. They deflated after 48 hours which I expected so buy them the day of.

Aisles were very messy and it was hard to find stuff. There was a very weak selection of halloween items when I visited. Customer service was good and the workers were knowledgable. Pricing was comparable to Wal-Mart but they have a larger costume and decor selection online.
