I ordered a bouquet for my sister's 40th birthday. I went onto 1-800 flowers and apparently it was your store who delivered. You delivered a pathetic version of what I ordered. And it didn't even come with a vase!! I paid $60 for something that looks like you grabbed it from Sobey's. Seriously?! I've already put in a complaint with a side-by-side picture to 1-800 Flowers. I discourage anyone from using your service. It's sub-par at best. If I could rate you a zero, I would.

The flowers were great, but when my wedding had to be postponed due to a medical emergency, they still charged me and said I would have to pay again next time. Every other store/organization showed understanding and reimbursed me except for Trites, so they will not be getting any more of my business. Too bad. Lovely local shop but zero compassion :(
