Have always had an amazing experience. I usually get my brows and lashes done by Gabi and she’s amazing, I recommend her to every girl I can. The only complaint I have is odd but it’s the pedicure chairs/stools. I find they aren’t very comfortable to hold your feet in the right position for applying polish, ect. At the end of every pedicure my ankles and legs hurt from trying to hold them in the right position. So although the pedicure area is very pleasing to the eye as is the rest of the spa and salon, I wish they had comfortable pedicure chairs!

Do not book online if only for a man's cut. I loved that I could do that as I used to do it with Karl at HandsomeDevil.....but they will call back and try to move it for more convenient customers. (read $$). So for a man's cut, go somewhere else...

Christina was great but forgot to dye the back of my hair! Not what I was expecting for $200. Unfortunately it was done before the long weekend and I had travel plans. I would like to think that they would have fixed the problem but for the price I paid there never should have been a problem! Not impressed! Magic Cuts would have done a better job!

Love this place ❤️. Have the perfect hairdresser. Love you Courtney! She always does a great job. Knows exactly what I want and how my hair looks best. Try them out. They also do Mani/Pedi and facials, etc.

Very beautiful place. Feels very spa-like. Went to get eyebrows and upper lip waxed. Paid $30. Too much for this service unfortunately (compared to other Aveda salons). Will not be going back unfortunately.

Love the experience, staff were amazing, I went in to get my eyebrows and I got exactly what I was looking for, I'm very happy with their service and I will sure go back again! I've actually been able to book a follow appointment right there and then! Soulflower you've made a costumer for life.

Sam was great and right on time! She was friendly and professional. She also asked if I would like the top of my brows done and did so when I said yes. This has been rarely asked during these appointments. Once complete she offered a makeup touch up as well. Fabulous!! I have already booked my next appointment!

Simply amazing!! Had a gel pedicure which consisted of a foot soak and scrub, gel polish, and a foot and calf massage and hot stones! I am literally mush right now!! Thank you Marley for the amazing service!! I will definitely be back!!

Courtney's colour correction was amazing! The attention and time paid to detail was a cut above Finally a colour I love after a 10 year battle! It was a long process but she made it fun time. 5 stars from me Soulflower Rocks!

Not even able to make an appt without a credit card number . For someone who is a victim of cc fraud it’s not easy for me to just give out my number when I’ll be paying cash when I leave .. unfortunately I’m not able to book an appt without providing that so I have to take my service elsewhere .. super disappointed

I had been loyal to another Salon/Spa in Moncton for years, I decided to try Soulflower today for the first time and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly and professional, not to mention the decor is impeccable and makes you feel like you’re in a different city, so stylish! Riah is the aesthetician who looked after me and I would recommend her three times over. She was genuinely attentive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable. She also showed much knowledge and skill, not to mention passion for the products she uses on her clients. Do yourself a favour and pamper yourself at this location, you won’t regret it! I read the bad reviews previously posted and I couldn’t even believe them after having had such amazing service. Thanks again girls!

It was my first visit and I was a little nervous. I found the loud music from the main salon intrusive. Samantha Joe was so calming with her lovely light touch I was able to relax and enjoy my experience. My facial left my face feeling and looking wonderful.

Had a very difficult time trying to convey what I wished to have done. I tried this place as I was referred by a coworker, albeit I should have stuck to my regular go-to place at Nakai. It seemed they were more concerned with personal gossip than what I wished to have done. Very unfortunate.

All the staff were very friendly/knowledgeable! Emily gave me an amazing haircut and was really attentive! she listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what that was! Also explained why another style of what I wanted may not have worked due to my hair! I also loved that before she styled she checked with me to make sure that I liked what she had done!! She was so kind on top of all that awesome stuff! All around a wonderful experience from when I arrived to when I left????

I went in for a mens cut today. I am usually very picky with who cuts my hair. Today I had a wonderful experience with Taeyong. He is a newer stylist but his attention to detail and hard work was superb. This was one of the best cuts I have had in many years. Will be going back to see only him for sure!
