Very beautiful store to visit. Has a very homely feel to it. Service is excellent, they will go above and beyond in advising you on making the most of your garden. The quantity and choices available is amazing. We spend hours each visit and come out revitalized each time. Their hydroponics section is very complete.

Horrible experience. Honestly the first time I went there it was great and lovely but the second time I went there with my friend the employee started being rude and disrespectful to my friend because he was black and called him racial slurs like the n word. We eventually left and had ice cream so we can calm down but still your employees are not respectful

Terrible experience. Very Rude employee. Date is April 24, 2021 11:30am. We were on cash (first cashier coming from inside) when someone at the cashier who is training someone (I think) shouted at my kids because they are blocking the way. I understand that but the way she says it is very rude uneducated way. I attached a receipt to prove I really went there. She should not be in retail if she has attitude problem. By the way the older lady on the floor is very helpful.

Bought some blueberry bushes, tundra berry bushes, dwarf kiwi vine, fertilizer spikes, acid rich soil and much more from these guys. The staff are freaking amazing, they know their plants! I've also encountered a strange caterpillar eating my cherry tree's leaves (bought from Canadian tire ironically) and we needed an insecticide as blowing them off with the hose wasn't working anymore. Showed up a minute after they closed and the lady I talked to knew exactly what we needed and was able to ring it through! Pricing is acceptable considering the health and quality of their plants / products too. Highly recommended!

Scott's has everything you need to get a few house plants on the go and more. Planters trellises including various soil types. They have everything go check them out. Beautiful Greenhouse also. Update: My plants are... growing. Go figure

I went in to buy a light. The girl in the 'ponics room helped me find the right light for my limited skill level. They all make a big deal with my dog to when I bring her. It's nice to have a place to go where you don't have to leave your dog in the car.

I ordered on line from Scott's website a Deluxe package of flowers for my best friend's husband funeral. The flowers that i ordered were so beautiful and full. It had 8 lilac roses and lots of other flowers and greenery. What I got looked nothing like the photo, it was half the size and only had 4 roses, wilted flowers not to mention broken flowers. I was shocked at how bad they looked. I showed the lady waiting on me how bad they looked, she stated that it was the company that dies their website and that what i had was the deluxe flower bouquet. She put some peach roses that were also wilted and starting to turn brown on the tip of the petals, in the bouquet and said there is that better. Needless to say I will never go back to Scott's nursery again. What I ordered on their website was not what I got. The money I paid was for I got was a disgrace. Shame on Scott's nursery as it is false advertisin. Do not order from their website.

I highly recommend stopping into Scotts Nursary, when searching for quality plants with excellent personable service I would drive straight to Scotts, they even offer warranty on many of their plants aswell which is a great bonus, the warmth and atmosphere will keep your lingering for hours exploring the many different species !

Because of the pandemic, we can't go in the store. However, their online shopping is awesome and easy to use. Once you get your order confirmation from them for pick up. You simply arrive at the store park your vehicle in the designated area, tell the staff your order number, wait for them to put it in your vehicle and drive off... Great staff and always friendly service!

Great place to get any sort of plant you want, their selection is amazing, from flowers, to trees, to succulents. Their prices might be a bit higher than other places, but if you're looking for a plant you can almost guarantee that you'll be able to find one here.

I've been going to Scott's since I was a kid. I shop there very often!! Usually once a week. They have wonderful staff, who are knowledgeable and friendly and are also up on the most current gardening techniques and products. I highly recommend Scott's Nursery! I'd say to you, get there early and don't expect a quick visit. They have everything in the gardening world at there facility, so planned or not, you'll be there for hours! Definately worth checking out, and trust me. You'll go back time and time again. ????????????????????????????????

Perfect store for getting what I need but I will try to use online whenever available because the staff in the hydroponic section are the rudest people I've ever encountered. Not helpful, don't seem to want to lift a finger when you have a question and actually seem annoyed when you ask a question, so yes I can pick up some soil there but I'd much rather deal with non soil stuff online.

Extremely overpriced. Saw a pump in the hydro section listed for 499. Literally the exact same pump was at walmart for 99. Grow lights are so much cheaper everywhere else. Their hours aren't very friendly either

If you plan to shop here make sure you give them plenty of notice. Drove 45 mins into town to get a load of sand and I just flat out was refused service because I didn't call ahead or pay online. I could understand it if it was a more close contact sale like picking out plants but this is literally tap debit and someone in a whole other machine loading the sand with absolutely zero contact. Complete waste of my time and gas. I will not be back to try again.

Scott's has a great selection of plants all year round. I've only been buying houseplants from them so far because we're in an apartment, but even for just indoor plants they have a huge selection. I used to live in a larger city in Ontario and Scott's has a better selection than the greenhouses there which surprised me. I have over 40 plants in my tiny apartment and it's all because of Scott's! Lol

Absolutely gorgeous nursery with an amazing selection of plants, gifts and decorations. I stopped by because they were having an event where you could get your pet’s picture taken with Santa - it was super fun and well organized! I also like that the store is pet friendly and you can bring your dog into the store as long as you keep it on a leash. After the event, we stayed and bought some Christmas decorations, and I was impressed by how incredibly friendly the staff were. An all around great experience!

I had requested certain seed package that was not available at the time in the store. Lady took my name and number, told me she'd call when order came in. Within a week I had received my phone call with the message seeds were now in. They were waiting for me at the counter by the time I arrived. Highly recommend for all your gardening needs.

If you like plants, you will like this place. Everytime we go, we end up buying something. It is just nice to walk around and browse. The staff is very knowledgeable about all their plants and products. Even during winter, it is nice to walk around. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes to garden or that has house plants.
