Amazing customer service!! Florist called the hospital to make sure they could deliver to the ICU where my friend is, and emailed me to let me know they could (they offered to deliver to the patient's family's residence if they couldn't). They totally understood what I was looking for and made the whole process seamless and easy. And the flowers are beautiful at a good price. HIGHLY recommend.

Just moved to town and today is my girlfriend's birthday. Not knowing any florists, I came across Redwood Florist and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did!!! They put together a wonderful bouquet of red roses with greens and wrapped it nicely for me to carry out. The person that helped me, both over the phone and in the shop, was extremely nice, warm and welcoming, and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Redwood Florist is our go-to place in Highland Park for all things floral! They provided us with lovely easy-to-care for (we have black thumbs) plants for our office, bouquets that are a good value and perfectly arranged for every occasion and saved the prom with a last second boutonnière and corsage that were a perfect match for my daughter's senior prom. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Love Redwood florist they are amazing! We go to Mary for any arrangements we need and her and her staff does an amazing job! I was just scrolling through my phone and started smiling at all the beautiful arrangements we've bought from her and it prompted my to write a review. There's a lot of times I get flowers because I'm on there instagram page and fall in love lol I definitely recommend Mary to everyone I know.

Awesome customer service. Very personalized and caring. Today was my Daughter's Birthday . First time away from home on her Birthday, at the Rutgers Campus; Redwood Florist took my order on the phone. They suggested flowers that would last long, at a reasonable price and even stuck a Coke in at my request since the campus has only Pepsis. Everything was so special that even though I could not be with my daughter, the day became meaningful! Highly recommended!!

I placed my order in mid afternoon and a gorgeous floral design was delivered, as promised, to the hospital in late afternoon to a new mom, my daughter-in-law. Florist listened very carefully to everyone of my requests and all I saw was all I wanted and all I had asked for, including the lone sunflower. That sunflower was used later that day for my granddaughter Sunny's hospital photo shoot. New parents loved the arrangement and so did I. Highly recommend.

My Spouse and I had our floral arrangements for our wedding on September 28, 2014 provided by Redwood Florist. They did an outstanding job! We were more than happy with the flowers and how the arrangements made for our small intimate reception. On the day before the wedding when we went to pick up the bouquet and the boutonnière. When I saw my bouquet, I began literally jumping up and down with pure excitement and joy as it looked so beautiful! It was exactly what I had hope for and more! When we got to the reception, I was speechless by the simply beauty and elegance of the floral arrangements on the table and on the cake! Absolutely phenomenal work. I have used many florists in the area, and this one is by far the best! I placed a last minute order the day after our January 2016 snowstorm, and requested it be delivered the same day. They were extremely accommodating, and happy to help in any way they could. Not only was the customer service excellent, but the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The roses, which I typically avoid due to their short life span, were the most gorgeous I've ever seen. They were open the day they arrived, but somehow continued to open more and more every day and lasted longer than I've had any rose last. They included closed buds which surprised us every day. Orange lilies started opening and then the next morning, to our surprise, beautiful tulips began to bloom! Highly, highly recommend!!

Ordered cut flower arrangement for a birthday gift. Gave specific information such as colors in home, favorite flowers, flowers not liked, style preference. This florist listened carefully and created a lovely arrangement. Delivered exactly on date. A wonderful, easy experience which is not always the case when dealing long distance for some businesses. I ordered flowers for my wife a week before Valentine's day they took all my information told me they would be delivered before 4pm . Valentine's day came no flowers called to see what happened . They tell me they have no record . I check my phone and theirs there number. I called the credit card company they have no record (thank God) so here I am thinking my wife is getting rose. She gets nothing, natta,squat, that's some real bull. So here I am with nothing for her on Valentine's day thank you Redwood Forest great job you are the best I'm going to tell everyone to use you . NOT

I've used this florist for several years for my wife's birthday and for our anniversary. Every time the flowers were arranged beautifully and the associates were helpful in picking out an arrangement. As someone with no sense of taste, this was incredibly helpful. My most recent experience highlights how truly dedicated they are to their craft and their customers. In the middle of all the chaos caused by Hurricane Ida, with 6+ foot flood waters literally one street away they were in constant - unprompted - communication with me about the status of my order and when they could get it to me. It's truly amazing customer service to proactively reach out to customers even in a time of crisis. Thank you Mary and to all the other employees, I will be sure to be back for other events and special dates.
