I am also out of province and have used this flower shop on three different occasions. They are great to deal with and the flowers are always delivered promptly. Customer service means a lot today and they make it easy to do business from a distance. Highly recommend this flower shop.

I drop in on this past Saturday, first time in. I ask for a simple arrangement for mother's day. unown to me the owner was the one that started to serve me but when I wanted something different then what was already arrange, she went back and ask foe one of the other workers to help and scream well i guess he does not want what we have and he said that Carnation was an option. The other lady then came out, i gave here what i wanted and she started to put it together, what she showed me was not how i wanted it, after the third time, i said well i guess i will take it as this was still not what i wanted. The owner did not want to give a smile or nothing when I went to pay, once she took payment she didn't even thank me for the busyness... this will be the last time i am in after this service, i hope she changes her attitude as their is more places to buy flowers...
