Not a satisfied customer, I ordered some flowers online from Lancaster Florist the Saturday before Christmas. It would no accept my province in the form but it pushed it through anyway. I did not get a confirmation from them at all. I did another order for flowers for other people right after the first one. I got confirmations for the other 2 orders I did with Teleflora. I also got a notification for the purchases on my credit card as well, but nothing from the order for Lancaster via Teleflora. I then got notice that something went wrong with my order and the order did not go through. I knew it was because of the province issue. So on Sunday I went online and tried to order again. this time it went through and I got confirmation but no credit card notification. On Monday morning I got n 2 credit card notifications one for $107.00 and one for $130.00. I called Lancaster to ask for an explanation and they said they only had one order and they could not explain the other order. I explained what happened and they could not give me a reason. I asked them to check into it and get back to me. About 15 minutes later they called and said that the orders were both processed and delivered to the same address and to the same person from me. I asked how that could have happened. They said that because the orders were not the same it did not get flagged.
They offered to go and get one of the orders back from my family, I told them not to worry about it I would never order from them again.
First off I never got a confirmation on the first order so how did it go through. This was there mistake hands down and nothing was done to compensate me, but an offer to go and get an arrangement back. I usually order from Costco but I thought I would order to a florist close to my family. I will never order from them again and I usually place orders several times a year.
They just lost my business.
