I am a new business this year located in Lebanon New Hampshire. I have had a lot of people turning me down as being providers of flowers for me due to me being a new business for some reason. I finally had found a company down in Whately Massachusetts that took me on and I thought that those flowers were fantastic... That was until my first order of Jolly Farmers came in just yesterday. I was utterly Blown Away by the quality of the flowers and everything I got from them. Not only that but when I had called them just a week ago in shambles because I had nowhere else to turn because my supplier was out they took me with open arms and were super helpful and guided me through the whole process and made sure that I had exactly what I needed on time. From this point on I won't go with anybody other than Jolly farmers.

Our garden club recently took a most interesting tour of this exceptional facility. It is world class, in every sense, from the incredible size of the operation, to the graciousness and professionalism of the staff (who are from all over the planet) to the wide range of countries with whom they transact business. The retail shop is a miracle of trust and excellent choices. Worth a trip from quite a distance. I hope to return.

We have used Jolly Farmer for several years. The plants we receive are always very healthy. On one occasion we had one tray of some plugs that seemed not to be the best of quality, could have been the heat wave at the time. I mention this only as there was absolutely no questions asked, Shelley took care of the situation without any questions. Today, this means a lot to me! Hard to find a company that backs up their product like this company did. Using Fedex for shipping means 2 day shipping also great. And when started out we needed advise on some growing techniques, we called and had a specialist guide us through it at no cost. We will always include them in are our purchases.
