Alittle disappointed in this store.
I am a VIP member and yesterday went in and purchased something on special with a limit of 6, that I was ok with, paid and left.
This morning was out and about and stopped in again and said well I'll buy the same product for my camper for this summer to have, grabbed 6 again and gave VIP number and the price didnt change, I stated that it was on sale and the cashier asked if I had already bought this product, I said yes, yesterday; his answer.... " sorry you only get on kick at the can".
That was NOT clearly marked on any advertising, as well what would happen if I were going in to do shopping for someone else, due to this plandemic?
NOT very happy, I will continue to shop as I do like the store but I wont make any special trips.
To me it doesnt matter if I go every single day to buy that product I took my limit and left and other people had there time to purchase as well, if I choose to wait my turn again and go the next day then I should be able to purchase my limit again.
So, do I set up 6 or 7 different accounts?
Please dont turn into that type of place.
The location of your store is set up to help the people that REALLY need you so why deny them?
As for me, I make special trips to your store and really dont need to go there.
So, I hope you look at this stupid policy and seriously fix it, if not for me then maybe for the struggling families that do!
