Do NOT order flowers from here. I ordered flowers for my 89 year old mother for Christmas and she never got them. She had surgery in November and was still house bound so she was home and not out until after Christmas. I called and the flower shop said they were delivered. They said nobody was answering the buzzer so they left them in the lobby of the building with "some guy". As I do not live in Saint John, I was unable to investigate further but had my sister go and look and they found the flowers in a corner of the lobby with all the flowers cut off of them. I contacted Flowers 4 U and told them what happened and asked them to re-send the flowers that I paid for and asked to be delivered to my mom and not "some guy" in the lobby. They had her phone number so could have called her. They did nothing. I have emailed and called several times and nobody will respond. Very poor customer service. I feel like I flushed money down the drain. My mother felt very bad that they did not deliver something that I had paid for. Shame on them!!

Sunday Morning (Mother’s day) I looked all over for flowers as I did the day before as well, I couldn’t find any. But I came across Flowers 4 U Helping Hand. I ordered the flowers on Mother’s Day at about 9 am, as the website said free deliver today. The email confirmation also confirmed that the date, address etc. The flowers never came. So at about 6pm my boyfriend and I drove to the address listed... it’s a weird house that looks run down, I knocked on the door and got the run around from some man. He said to me that I will NOT get my delivery today!! I was really upset, he said they ran out of stuff on Friday. So my question was... why did they allow more orders if they have no supplies to fill the orders, and why did no one call to let me know? He didn’t really have an answer besides that she works through a company and it’s the company’s fault. He told me to call her, and so I said to him that I have been and at first it would ring and ring and ring, but after a few hours (about 15 calls later) she turned off her phone by the sounds of things. Because at that point when I called it didn’t even ring, went beep beep beep, and hangs up... can’t leave a voicemail or anything. So I called in front of him on speaker, to show him what I meant. He didn’t care at all, seems like a really low life business going on here. I will be calling my credit card company for a full refund, I’ll be contacting the BBB and anyone else I need to. Trust me, do not buy from this company!! I see lots of reviews of people paying about what I paid around $70 to get either nothing, horrible display, like 4 flowers etc.

I made a mistake on the address. They never called to tell me. I ordered flowers for my mom and nana and sister. With the last bit of money I had. They said they drop them off in back of a deck. Told me to find the address which there was no address that was provided.i was really sad they wouldn't help or refund me. When I called she was acting like her phone was bad and just terrible scam my moms bday and I couldn't get her more I'm still upset over this please do not order from this site.

Update: After receiving a complaint phone call from my mother, the owner was willing to refund me 75% of the cost as an apology. Mistakes happen and hopefully they can improve moving forward. Original Post: Very disappointing. Delivery date was supposed to be Mother's Day May 10. They were delivered 3 days early on May 7 and the pictures show how bad the bouquet looks compared to what I thought I purchased! Sorry Mom :(

Horrible service. Called three days in a row about my delivery on the 10th. They delivered the flowers then the 8th for some reason?! and then called me back from a blocked number on the 11th.............. Flowers were cheap tulips from a grocery store chain. I did not order tulips I ordered a Mother’s Day Designer Bouquet...actually two... sadly. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY. So many better companies around town.. they are stealing your money and running away with it.

My father passed away so a friend sent me this arrangement. My husband had to pick it up as they did not want to deliver it due to rain. It was filled with broken plants, picks with absolutely nothing attached and dead plants. The wrapping was not secure and fell off the plant arrangement as it was put into the car. I have never seen such shoddy work. As a small business owner I would be embarrassed and ashamed to give this to a customer.

Cannot comment on the quality of the flowers but just wanted to give a positive review for their customer service. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and unfortunately they were out of stock and so were unable to fill the order. They promptly refunded me before I even called to inquire. They were easy to reach and very apologetic on the phone.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS "COMPANY" IT IS A SCAM!! If there was 0 stars that's what I would rate it. We paid 90$ for 10$ worth of junk from the dollar store. Our work went in on a spa basket for our boss who had lost a family member. We were so embarrassed when they delivered it. We called and got no where. We showed up to their door and they offered a credit. No we did not want a credit because we don't want a bunch of junk from the dollar store. The pictures on their website look beautiful but it was NOTHING like what we were delivered. We ended up getting our money back and gave them their junk back. If zI could give a minus number I would My elderly Aunt ordered flowered from away this was the florist that telefora used Last evening December 5 I arrived home to find a vase with dead flowers on my steps Flowers not wrapped in cellophane only card was from my Aunt No business card so today I called various outlets till I reached this florist Yes they did delivered knocked on the door apparently rang the bell Car was in the driveway so they assumed someone was home no we were out attending a Christmas Memorial service Owner said flowers were wrapped so must be an elf taking cellophane and business cards for Santa Called telefora my Aunt must called to lodge a complaint then a black mark is placed in the business if it continues will be taken off the list of reputable businesses I called my Aunt to say please have your money returned I absolutely do not want flowers from this establishment incompetent

My comment is about the customer service. I placed an order mistakenly thinking that they were in Newfoundland. They called me and said it was out of their delivery area. Understandable! They went out of their way to call other florists that they knew in the area. It was my mistake but they were so generous with their time to help!

They didn’t deliver the flowers I ordered online and won’t pick up the phone. I’ll will have to file a claim through my credit card company to get a refund. edit: They called the day after Valentines day saying they were having trouble delivering the flowers. SCAM ALERT- Flowers - 4 -u- helping hands Granville Ave Saint John NB. Do NOT order from here. My sister and I ordered flowers for our Mom for Valentines Day. Pictured here are the flowers we ordered and the dismal arrangement she received. They did not arrive on Valentines Day as promised but were delivered a day late. There was no card indicating who the flowers were from and no card indicating the florist they came from. Descriptor read “romantic red Peruvian lilies arranged with wax flower accented by heart-shaped beargrass. Upgrade to add stunning pink roses” (which we did). What arrived were 6 frost bitten small roses with dead leaves in a small vase, a day late and with no identifiers. The delivery person (driving a truck full of hay bales in the back) could/would not identify the florist when asked. When we tried to reach the florist there was no answer and no way to leave a message. Unfortunately we did not see the reviews on YELP until too late. I am posting this so that no one else is caught in this scam operation.

Left flowers on deck in freezing cold, said they would replace they did not. Woman lied and said she did replace she even said she drove by and saw they were still on the step. This was after the first order froze because she left on the step. Just drove by ...17 kms from store to the destination . Really !! Terrible service.

I live in Moncton and a friend had recently lost her dog. Around noon, I placed the order for a beautiful bouquet and chose same day delivery to her work. The flowers were delivered before 3pm. I even called just to get an ETA and they told me they didn't have all the flowers in stock for the particular bouquet I chose but are replacing them all with better, more expensive flowers so I really appreciate that. The service, the timing, and the fast and prompt (and free!) delivery was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a scam. My parents ordered flowers for my grandparents for Christmas. They were extremely ugly, even though we payed 130$ because we wanted a really nice bouquet. When we called to complain, they said the original bouquet broke on the way so they used this as a replacement. They made no effort to contact us about this mistake, and instead of offering a refund, they offered store credit. We do not live in St.Johns, so that means nothing for us, and even if they did, their arrangements are so ugly we wouldn’t want store credit. Their reviews on their website are completely fabricated. This is shown through the vast difference between the 2.4 on google and 4.7 on their own website. Do not order from them, this is definitely a scam, and we will be contacting the Canadian antifraud center so this doesn’t happen to others.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered the designer premium bouquet for Mother’s Day with the balloon add on - totalling $99.93. They didn’t deliver it. Won’t answer their phone. Won’t respond to emails. I am in Toronto and my mom is in Saint John. I’ve contacted my bank to open an investigation but they say it could take up to 50 days to get my money back. I will continue to call. Not impressed. Who scams people buying flowers for their mother ?

Very disappointed.....Ordered flowers from their site to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Their website was easy to navigate however the flowers were delivered a day late and were not the same. Tried calling several times...phone rings but no one ever answers an no option to leave a message...terrible customer service

BUYER BEWARE I ordered the "Pitcher of Serenity", when you look at the item and read the description, it states "Creamy white lilies, roses and stock in a fun ceramic "green" pitcher. The first order was not delivered, not sure why, company said it was but it wasn't received. They then told me the could send a replacement, but what my friend actually received was an off white pitcher with fruit on it NO LILIES at all, 3 roses and 4 carnations!!. I asked for a refund as at this point i was frustrated and the response i got was we can send the lilies now, or you can go to your friends house and get the flowers back and return them???? These flowers were sent for condolences, but for whatever reason who is going to want to go ask for flowers back. They didn't even offer a partial credit. When you order flowers to be delivered for whatever reason, you don't see what is actually delivered so now of course there will be concerns anytime i order flowers, but DEFINITELY not ordering from this company again

I am very dissatisfied and upset with Lori, the owner. I ordered a beautiful, elegant arrangement (Tulips and Pine-Premium/T12Z114C) on 12/7 to be hand delivered on 12/20 as a Christmas gift. I identified the destination as a secured building and provided a complete address and phone number. I have had flowers delivered to this building many times over more than six years. It is an upscale building with helpful and considerate staff members. The recipient always called me immediately after delivery to relay her thanks. I thought it odd when I didn't receive a call on the 20th. On the 30th I found out that my flowers never reached their destination. The delivery person left them in the lobby, removed the gift card to attach it to her mail box. DAYS later a staff member found the gift card on the floor. I immediately called Lori. During our conversation, she gave two versions of the delivery person's experience. The fact is that after the delivery person gained access to the lobby, he/she did knock on the recipient's apartment door or call the phone number I had clearly provided. He/she also separated the flowers from any identifying information. As owner, Lori is responsible for the delivery person's actions. Lori requested that I email my order information to her. She promised to review the information and personally contact within two days. I immediately sent the requested information but did not hear from Lori within the agreed time frame ( 1/3). What was planned as a pleasant expression of my affection for a very special person in my life has become an upsetting situation for me and for her. On their website, Flowers 4U guarantees that all flowers ordered are hand delivered and customer satisfaction is also guaranteed. That was my expectation, but not my experience. My review has one star only because it is the minimum required for posting. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to lodge a complaint and seek resolution.

I figured I'd order some flowers for Mother's day from this company on Mother's day well before the store was set to end their deliveries so they'd be delivered on time. Nothing was delivered to the recipient all day. about 10:00pm i receive a call from a blocked number which turned out to be a lady from this company saying that the flowers for my order came in late that day and they weren't able to ship them until the day after mother's day (Today). waited until about 3:00pm to phone the flower shop because I still haven't heard anything about the flowers being delivered or even another excuse why they weren't it's now 8:30pm. I tried phoning 2 different numbers they have listed, one from google and one from their website. No answer and the other, a fax machine sounding thing. I've contacted my credit card company now for fraud investigation after reading all of the 59 google reviews. I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company.

For everyone in Saint John, New Brunswick PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! We had ordered flowers from FLOWERS 4 U HELPING HAND over the phone as we don't live there and wanted to surprise someone for their birthday! This took us days to figure out what shop, what bouquet, and everything else. I seen FLOWERS 4 U HELPING HAND had some good reviews and with most shops closed this is the place we picked to order from. When we phoned they told us they would be delivered at noon, and I made my spouse ask how many flowers will be in the arrangement, they told us over 20. This sounded perfect.....friday came around, we had asked if anything was delivered at 1pm to the house, there was nothing, we left it for a little longer, then asked again, nothing. They had waited for 3 hrs for them to show up until the person waiting for the flowers couldn't wait anymore as they had things to do, and had waited for 3 hrs already. When they were gone, the flowers had been delivered on the doorstep, they sent us a picture of them.....they were no where near the arrangement we had ordered. This had all sorts of colors in it and only like 7 flowers in it, ours was suppose to be purple/blue and white with over 20 flowers in it. By this point I was not impressed, they were late, made people wait and didn't give us the arrangement we had ordered. I tried phoning them many times, got no answer, sent them a e-mail got no response back. I have phoned everyday since friday and have got no answer from them what so ever. We did not pay over 50 dollars for 7 flowers..... We looked up reviews again, and they are horrid and they have done this many times to people, I don't know how I missed all this as I usually dig deep into things. I wanted to let people know this happened to us so this company can stop ripping people off and doing such a horrible thing!! PLEASE, PLEASE SHARE SO PEOPLE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS WE MADE!!!!!!

Terrible Product and Customer Service I ordered an arrangement for my Mother's Birthday last month. When I went to see her the next day I was very upset at what she had received. Roses were losing all their petals and were curled and brown. That was the next day after delivery! I've complained and received no response at all. No one answers the phone or answered my emails. Also, how is it that the owner Lori can leave a review (below) for her own business with pictures?? No other reviewers can add pictures.

My customer experience with this business started out very positive. They called many times to get the details of my order for two floral arrangements and a gift basket. And that is where the positive experience ended. Only one of the two floral arrangements was delivered...ever. The other was delivered late and a poor substitute for what I ordered was delivered for the second, which was later than committed. The gift basket was reasonable and was also delivered late. And then they stopped answering calls and emails. Had to complain through the Better Business Bureau and still have not resolved the issue of no/substituted deliveries. Buyer beware!

I purchased "endless love" for a co-worker's mother funeral in premium, my coworkers and myself are very upset by the poor quality, wilted flowers. They had been delivered to the wrong funeral home to start with after multiple calls they were taken to the correct funeral home after the viewing started. I phone Lori back told her how dissatisfied we were with the purchase she never apologized, asked me to send pictures to her of the arrangement, I did. She was supposed to send me pictures of what was delivered that was 9 hours ago at present and I've never recieved a picture from her, I've tried to call her multiple times she has not answered any calls from me. I ordered a bouquet of spring flowers for Mother’s Day I ordered this of bouquet of nice flowers and received 9 tulips in a glass jar just the tulips nothing else .I had ordered a spring bouquet of flowers and what I received was 9 tulips not even in bloom. I was never so embarrassed to see my wife pic them off our door step. I paid $51.95 for something I could purchase at super store for $6.00 to $10.00. I have been trying to get ahold of this company as I ordered flowers and a balloon for my mother on Mother's Day who lives in Saint John. I live in Nova Scotia so I did the order online. My mother received someone elses order. Even the card was for someone else and no balloon. I have sent an email and a text and called several times but no response. The phone rings and rings and then is just hung up. I want to see this rectified as this means there are 2 families out there with the wrong orders. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered from out of town, for my mother on Mothers Day . The Arrangement was Beautiful , the service was fast, pricing fair . Spoke with Linda , Great Customer service . Also people need to remember ,(after reading reviews) that during these times of economic turmoil with Covid-19 , that we need to be more patient and cannot expect miracles when their drivers cannot even deliver to the person . All in All -Great Company -Great Service - will be using them in the future.

I had them sent to my grandmother who is an hour away from this business. Flowers were for my mothers birthday and were were delivered to her door when she was not home. It was last February and very cold. The delivery person left them uncovered outside and when my mother came home a couple of hours later, the flowers were dead. I called the shop manager and I was told that the flowers wouldn’t die because it wasn’t cold enough. It was at freezing temperature. You would think that a florist would know better than to leave fresh, uncovered flowers out in the cold. It’s simply common sense. When I called her to tell her the condition of the flowers she didn’t believe me so I sent her a picture of them....clearly dead. She said I could have store credit but not a refund. Why would I want to purchase flowers from them again in light of what happened. Still trying to get a refund with no success.

I was embarrassed to get it and the sender was embarrassed to have their name associated to it. The second, make up arrangement was as bad as the first. Do NOT buy from this company. It is a scam. I ordered flowers off of their site and not only did they arrive two days early, but it consisted of 6 lower end flowers (carnations and daiseys) not trimmed, not in a vase like they should have been, flopping over in a cup and I paid almost $40 for it. The delivery people drop it off without telling anyone what they are for. When I called and complained a ton, they said they knew and had too many other orders to go out, said sorry and I can't get my money back but would try and send some extras a few days later. Which they did...but it was 5 extra flowers in tissue paper, again not trimmed and she dropped them off to my friend and said nothing and walked away. How these people are still in business is BEYOND me. Their website is false advertising and the people working there know it. You may see 1-2 good reviews on here from a Linda and a Lori...those are the owners. Complete scam. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Atlantic Canada. Buyer beware.

Do NOT order from this place. I ordered a standard Mother's Day Bouquet for $39.95, plus a $9.99 service fee (plus tax). The bouquet turned out to be four flowers in a vase. FOUR flowers! Not even any fillers, just FOUR flowers. They were supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day as the website allowed me to select that day as a delivery day. It was delivered the same day I ordered it, which was Friday. They didn't knock on the door, my Father just happened to notice them tipped over on the doorstep. I am so disgusted that we spent $58 on FOUR flowers. I am disgusted.

Read the Reviews: Very Disappointed. I wish I'd read the reviews before I used Flowers 4 U to send flowers to a friend. What they sent was nothing like what I ordered. No attention to detail and the flowers were not even the same as what was pictured. The arrangement was small and the flowers were half wilted. I was embarrassed that they came from me.

These people are terrible! I have ordered lots of flowers over the years and have never seen such poor service. Ordered an arrangement for my Wife for Valentines. There were No roses in the arrangement I ordered! As my wife hates roses. When the order arrived the box of chocolates was on the ground. There were a dozen half dead roses in an oversized square vase flopping around with a few pieces of greenery. I payed over one hundred hard earned dollars for this garbage! Wrote a review on the email they sent got no response, no surprise! I'm not finished with these folks. Work to dam hard to let this go! They owe me my money back! Or a decent arrangement of flowers just like I ordered.

My family was trying to make a nice gift for me and they ordered from this site thinking it was legit. They don't live in Canada so they don't know this place. I was supposed to receive a dozen of roses and instead I got this, which looks like my 8 years old cut them from a garden and put them in a dollar store pot. This is a total scam and people should be aware of this. I don't know how they are still in business.

Don't let the good reviews fool you. Three of them are from the owner: "lori legere, linda flowers, and linda boudreau boudreau. Just a few of the different names she goes by. She delivered flowers for my mother's friend who had lost her daughter and they were awful. She's tried to open many scams around town- foot care business, daycare, etc. She scams customers and her staff, as you can see from other reviewers. Please do not make the mistake of using this business :(

I order flowers for my mom on mothers day . The flowers were not the ones I ordered and she never received note or box of chocolates I ordered . I've emailed called and no answer.

My wife received a floral arrangement tonight , I laughed, 60$ for 3 roses , a piece of sponge and a dollar store tray. Looks nothing like the picture you order from Not enough greenery for a salad. It looked like it was arranged by a 3 year old . Felt embarrassed for both her and my Daughter who arranged for this from Saskatchewan. Hope you enjoy the $60.00 you must need it...

Ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered Sunday for Valentine's day as opposed to Monday because he was home Sunday and everywhere else was closed. The delivery confirmed Sunday delivery. They were not delivered Sunday and I was emailed 8pm my time (11pm their time) that they'll be delivered Monday. I gave them his phone number to phone in advance just in case he's at work to not inconvenience the delivery driver if he goes to his house instead. I get a phone call confirming delivery of flowers, I ask them if they called him on the number I provided. They said my number is only provided (I included his number on delivery instructions and in the email). I asked what address they delivered to, they said an address I'm not familiar with and wouldn't say if they handed it to him or not. I then called my partner and he said he didn't get the flowers. They called and were vague and just said they have a delivery and wouldn't say what for. They got dropped off at his work, he was home. So he didn't get the flowers. He went into work the next day and got them finally, 2 days later. I emailed before writing this review voicing my poor experience and disappointment with no answer.
