Helpful staff assisted me in locating the item I was looking for. They also assisted in scanning dinner plates I was looking at to get the per unit price for me. Great to have the option of buying single plates instead of 16 piece dinnerware sets. The store is chock full of interesting items for the home and the stock is good quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is conveniently located and there is easy access to parking. This is a fun place to shop.

They had a lot more stuff than I thought they would. When they said 'beyond' they really mean it. First thing I noticed was that the store smelled great. Maybe it's because I'm writing this review at Christmas, and aroma diffusers are an 'in' product, but it was nice. It was pretty well organized and I was surprised to see that they had a little pet section.

Outstanding service at this store. The associate was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us select the product we were looking for - which took a while as we were fairly indecisive. I do find BB&B's pricing a little on the high side, though they do have an extensive product selection.

Nice bright store with an amazing selection of everything you could imagine for the kitchen and bathroom. Good spot to purchase Miele vacuum cleaner bags as these tend to be difficult to find in other stores. Keep an eye out for sales and reduced prices as I'd suggest every day prices tend to be on the upside.

Clean store, knowledgeable staff. Downside: minimal colour choices in store for what I wanted: sheets and towels. Have to go to website for other options. Why have store if suggestion is to go online. Disappointed in that as I'm not a fan of on-line shopping and colors are never " true" .
