Very helpful staff. Im shocked at food prices ie:ziggy prepackaged lunchmeat suddenly jumped by a dollar from five dollars to six, except the bologna, it's still $5! That is quite a jump, im sure its happening at all Weston owned store's! Nice clean store, but pricey. Could be a little more adventurous with ethnic choices!

Wonderful staff. I had a great experience. I was looking for an item. I passed by the clothing department and asked the lady if she can help me in the dairy section. She left what she was doing and came to help me and even asked another staff member who also looked in the computer. They were soooo patient and kind. They went beyond. Thank you. Also at the cash the item price was not correct. The cashier corrected and was apologizing and also was patient. So clean. Well organised.

For the record, I am not a fan of Superstore in Winnipeg. I don't like there products, and I don't like the cleanliness of the store. Now this Superstore is a totally different animal. Courteous and friendly staff that have actually been taught customer service, a skill that many, including myself, believe to be a lost art. I stopped in almost every day while visiting the area for a week, and always had a pleasant experience.

This store put a $170.00 hold on our debit card for 10 days. The manager could have fixed the issue for us that same day and the money could have gone into our account the next day but for some reason they gave the money to the bank to deal with, causing a major delay in us getting our funds back. Our polite pleas for our money or our grocery order, to the main manager, were met with folded arms and looks of accusation. Like we were trying to get something out of this?.. We just wanted our groceries or money back. They wouldnt even make a call. All of this during COVID. It was the worst customer service experience of my life.

My 1st shopping trip out of town in a year or so, it was nice to see friendly faces again. Shelves were well stocked and clean, it started to get busier as the day went on but everyone was respectful and kind. I enjoyed not rushing through and missing things. We spent less than we thought we would and the fridge and pantry are full for the long weekend!

I have shopped here before and will shop here again. It is a big clean grocery store with a lot of variety of products. Unfortunately on this visit the cashier was having a bad day and seem to be taking it out on the customers. I had her before and she was as unpleasant as she was today. The other cashiers seem nice. Live and learn. I will do my best to avoid her in the future.

I have one major complaint about this store. The diapers and baby formula my son needs is constantly out of stock. Its maddening when this is the only grocery store here, the pharmacy is more expensive and also rarely has more than 1 of each on the shelf (but at least they have it), the border is closed, and walmart is an hour away.

Large variety of foods. The prices are sometimes high. Some employees are friendly and polite, but others seem to not enjoy their job. There are a lot of employees that don't inforce the covid rules. I find a lot of people walking wrong way up isles and not using sanitizer at the door.

This store is a nice store and carries food for people with milk intolerance. They carry food for all kind of dietary needs but when it comes to diabetics they rate a big fat 0. They have no. No sugar added syrup for pancakes. No NSA ice cream nothing but a few wafer cookies and usually not enough of them they keep running out. I have asked the manager numerous times to correct problem to no avail.

Superstore isn't too bad. Although the salads are one item when compared to Costco are twice the price. I don't like the self serve checkout all the time. Too much lifting and work because you still have to load them in your car and take them out. I'm in my 60s but I think this must be very hard for someone older or with health issues but you usually have to use these checkouts or wait half an hour in a long lineup.
