I cannot say enough good things about this floral shop! I was worried about the floral aspect of my wedding. We had a small budget, from out of town, and I was worried I wasn't going to get what I had envisioned for our special day. I thought small budget = cheap looking and tacky (NOPE!). A coworker had told me about this place, so I inquired and told them what I was thinking. The ladies were so knowledgeable, up to date, and kind. They let me know that my vision was doable within my budget and made adjustments to make sure we would stick to it. On the day, when my bridesmaids brought me my bouquet I was BLOWN AWAY! It was even better than I could have ever imagined. I was initially going to toss it, but later refused and decided to keep it as long as I could! I even brought it on our honeymoon and would sigh at the sight of it. I'm so impressed by this shop, and will always recommend it.

Absolutely lovely - My friend ordered me flowers as I was having kind of a rough day, and I got a phone call asking when would be the best time to have them delivered. I apologized and said I wouldn't be home until after 5:00pm, and the woman on the phone said it wasn't an issue at all and is going to personally deliver these flowers by 5:30pm. Fantastic above and beyond customer service and I'll definitely recommend Ladybug Floral to everyone based off of that one small interaction. Wish I could rate this 10 stars. :) Thank you so much.

I have used growers direct on Bowen for many years, both personally and in business. From prom corsages to entrace spray in a retirement community, wedding and funerals, birthdays, staff recognition and just because bouquets are always beautiful. Fresh and delivered by the friendliest delivery staff. I have sent internationally and they arrived exactly as I requested and on time. My first choice in florists Ps the roses really last for weeks! Excellent product and service.

Phoned to order flowers and the woman that answer was rude and cut me off. Understand it’s coming up to Mother’s Day but I was hoping to send graduation flowers next week and didn’t even get the opportunity to say anything. Great way to lose customers with this type of customer service.

The lady (owner?) here was super-nice. My daughter sent me a bouquet, and the lady was willing to take time out of her own schedule to do an evening delivery for no extra charge! Really big, beautiful bouquet for relatively little cost. Best deal I've ever seen for fresh cut flowers. That was one month ago, and the carnations are just now wilting! Great quality. Great price. Ordered days in advance for a Wednesday by noon delivery. "Fresh Flowers" (obviously what someone expects when spending almost a hundred dollars) were not available, as i was advised the day then were supposed to be delivered. So instead of calling me first (common sense in case something is to be a surprise)(but apparently you have to tell them that ahead of time - and know your suppose to do that)(No, you just have to delivery what you charge for when you charge for it). Excuses excuses excuses. There is no excuse for sending someone a delivery notification via email when you know you have not delivered the product, nor do you intend on delivering it that day. Causing me to email my family telling them how wonderful it was that Grandma got her flowers on her Birthday :( Which she did not. There are several great floral shops in Nanaimo, go spend your money at anyone of them, except this one.
